• Jan (8/5): - Zentrale und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Problemloser Self- Check-in und Check-out. Zimmerwunsch wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Das Zimmer lag nah am Fahrstuhl und war zum Gang entsprechend laut/ hellhörig. Werde das Hotel beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Berlin aber wieder buchen...

• Fatemeh (7/5): Neue Erfahrung in einem neuen Hotel - Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Umgebung war ruhig und angenehm. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und das Stadtzentrum war sehr gut. Leider bin ich erst nach den Öffnungszeiten des Personals angekommen und war deshalb wegen des Check-ins etwas gestresst. Es wäre sehr hilfreich und angenehmer, wenn die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption länger wären.

• Peggy Marie (9/5): Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für die Lage, Sauberkeit und Größe des Zimmers. Für Besuche der Museumsinsel se - Sehr zentral im Nikolaiviertel, sehr nah an der Museumsinsel und Alexanderplatz. Gutes Preis-Leistungsvehältnis.. Sehr sauber und großzügige Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Es ist etwas für Frühaufsteher. Früh morgens ist es etwas laut. (Müllabfuhr und Restaurantpersonal um die Ecke) Die Buchung war etwas irritierend. Man bekommt einen Link von Arbio, der im booking nicht sichtbar ist. Der Link kommt separat per sms. Aufgrund der ganzen Warnungen vor phishing SMS oder Links ist man sehr verunsichert, ob es sich nicht um einen Betrug handelt. Zusätzlich ist eine übliche Kaution fällig, die auch über Arbio läuft. Am Anreisetag bekommt man ein Code per SMS und kann die Hoteltür öffnen. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Aber man war bis zum Anreisetag verunsichert, ob es nicht Betrug ist. Ich weiß jetzt, dass Arbio kontaktlos es übermittelt. Der Link hat funktioniert. Es wäre schön gewesen, dass diese Info bei der Buchung über booking sichtbar gewesen wäre. Oder mindestens einen kurzen Hinweis, dass es alles separat über ein Link von Arbio und nicht über booking gebucht wird. Bei jeder Nachricht, die ich vom Hotel über die booking Plattform bekommen habe, erhielt ich eine Warnung von booking über phishing links. Jetzt kann ich bestätigen, dass alles gut geklappt hat und würde das Hotel wieder buchen. Vielleicht hilft diese Info anderen Gästen.
• Andrea (10/5): - Wir waren mit 9 Leuten (Familie und Freunde) unterwegs und ich bin übers Internet auf diese Unterkunft gestoßen. Wir hatten 2 großzügige, saubere und gepflegte Zimmer mit insgesamt 12 Betten zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Das Auto konnten wir (kostenpflichtig) im Hof stehen lassen und zu Fuß losgehen da das Hotel sehr zentral liegt. Sehr nettes Personal und alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir werden wiederkommen.

• Erika (9/5): Odlična lokacija - Super lokacija, zelo blizu metroja in avtobusne postaje, mirno okolje. Postelja bolj mehka, čistoča ok, lahko bi se sicer malo bolj potrudili počistiti tiste elemente, ki se jih ponavadi ne počisti po vsakem bivanju, npr. radiator v kopanici.

• Ingolf (10/5): Sehr angenehm. - Zu den Vorfragen noch ein paar Anmerkungen. Unser Zimmer war in Richtung Innenhof und somit sehr ruhig. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass am Rote Rathaus viertelstündlich die Glocken die Zeit angeben. Das Rote Rathaus ist ein unmittelbarer Nachbar der Unterkunft. Die Betten waren schön bezogen und es war bei der Ankunft sehr nett dekoriert. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich, so das man es mögen muss. Die Frage nach dem romantischen Aufenthalt, würde ich persönlich mit ja beantworten. Sie sind im Zentrum von Berlin. Es gibt unzählige Bars und Restaurants, die fussläufig erreichbar sind. Das Zimmer ist nett eingerichtet und es gibt eine sehr geräumige offene Dusche...;-))) Ein kleiner Hinweis für spätere Gäste, bucht unbedingt einen der 4 Parkplätze !!! Das zum Teil englischsprachige Informationen per E-Mail bei mir eingegangen. Ich habe nichts gegen eine 2 sprachige Kontaktaufnahmen, aber die Amtssprache in Deutschland ist nun einmal deutsch.

• Avital (8/5): - מיקום מצוין. הצוות נפלא, ידידותי, אדיב, דואג. באמת מרגישים בידיים טובות. מחיר מצוין בעבור מיקום ויחס הצוות. מבחינת ניקוי חדרים. ניקו פעם אחת בשהייה של 5 לילות. מצטברת אשפה, אנשים משתמשים בכוסות רב פעמיות לשתייה חמה, צריך להחליף אותן, כדי שנוכל להשתמש שוב. זה לא חלק מהשגרה. הכריות לא היו לי נוחות (נמוכות מדי) והשמיכה (שמיכה ליחיד) לא מחממת במיוחד.
• Helmut (9/5): Gutes und sauberes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. - Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, da die Bewertungen so gut waren. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Die Rezeption ist nur von 9:00-17:00 Uhr besetzt und selbst dann kann die Rezeption nicht viel lösen, da dies über eine Hotline läuft, die oft schwierig erreichbar ist und nicht immer direkte Lösungen anbietet. Diese war auch bemüht. Wenn alles funktioniert, perfekt. Bei Rückfragen und Problemen, etwas kompliziert.

• Mariano Jesus (9/5): Fantastic family stay. We will return on our next visit to Berlin - The strongest points are its location; the comfort of its beds. The hotel is located in Nikolaiviertel, near of Alexanderplatz which allowed us to get around on food or public transportation. On the other hand, I want to higlight its constant communication and its flexibility to let us make early check in. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. There are umbrellas for visitors. Nothing special. Everything was OK.

The staff made sure we check-in and check-out smoothly, because we arrived late and went out early. All attractions and places to see are nearby. None! Keep in mind if you are an early morning person, who drinks coffee, all cafes nearby open quite late - around 10AM.

• Marion (8/5): Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen. - Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, große Zimmer, bequeme Betten, geräumiges Badezimmer. Die Frühstücksempfehlung war gut. Der Buchungsvorgang war sehr mühsam: nach einigen Telefonaten, einer Stornierung aus dem arbio-System und einer erneuten Buchung mit gleichen Vorzeichen und verwirrenden Nachrichten hat es am Ende aber zum vereinbarten Preis geklappt. Es gab bei drei Übernachtungen keinen Zimmerservice.

• Christian (6/5): Gute Lage - Zentrale Lage und große Zimmer Nachts war kein Personal vor Ort, sodass man keine Möglichkeit hatte sich über die sehr laute und vermutlich stark alkoholisierte Männergruppe aus einem angrenzenden Zimmer zu beschweren. Daher war an Schlaf nur phasenweise zu denken.
