The owners are super sweet and likable, accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommendable! -

• Mzima (3/5): Not Again, Sorry - The pool table children enjoyed it and the braai area was nice, we enjoyed it No parking designated, parking outside on the street with a sign Parking at own risk. No air-condition, I was freezing with cold air coming through the space underneath the door. Extra blankets are the one used by initiates at the bush, pathetic. Water ran cold in the moddlle of the shower, I guess they using not enough solar panels. Grout on the tiles of the bathroom at Room11 need attention Pool was dirty and the children couldn't use it, very disappointed as it was the main reason we opted for the place. Quality of the TV picture is pathetic. They are using etv satellite dish, I had to watch Soweto derby match by streaming on my Dstv, very dissapointing

• Sandra (10/5): A friendly and wonderful experience and wonderful owner! - The owner is extremely kind and accommodating and even packed a breakfast for my son's nippers championships competition, despite leaving earlier than breakfast time.

• John (10/5): Ideal place to stay in Jeffrey's Bay. - Both the owner and the lovely lady in reception are terrific hosts. Friendly, professional and always there for advice and a chat. They sorted my taxi to Port Elizabeth and held my room while I travelled to Namibia. They really care for their guests and you are guaranteed a good night's sleep.

• Melanie (7/5): Good - The booking method. I booked a weekend away for my parents. And on arrival there some complecations with check in. They had no idea whats happening and I had to send through booking confirmations, proof of payment as if a booking wasn't made. This caused great embarrassment to them and myself. No one wants to start a weekend off like that. So I would suggest a better system. Besides that, they enjoyed the stay
