• Adhi (9/5): Nice clean hotel at prime location in Kuta - Location near to everything. Clean and the pool area is superb. Everything is working nicely I even extended another night here. Im not sure of the room is sounds proofed. Inside, we heard noise from outside when someone talks in the corridor or even in the next room.

The discovery hotel is like a dream compared to Rhadana I had booked for three nights at the Rhadana we only stayed one night condition of the is poor.

• Suriani (7/5): Please improve the breakfast menus. - The hotel location is convenient to the shop nearby. Staff's hotel is very friendly. During check-in, the room that I requested all occuppied, but the next day, once the room was available, the staff hotel changed the room for me to king-size bed. For muslim guests, not so worry because this hotel serves halal foods. The hotel room is quite small. For muslim guests to do prayer, very little space. The breakfast is not much variety. Almost every day looks like the same menus they serve. (Fried rice).

Housekeeping was done everyday. The room is spacious and clean. The location was great and near to surrounding facilities. I modified booking date, but the property missed out. Luckily there is still rooms when we check in midnight. So for whoever wanna book, plz make sure u get confirmation reply from d hotel that they acknowledge your booking modification. The hotel is quite hot at the corridor space.

The pool area have two benches and no other seating or relaxation options. But the most disappointing aspect was the breakfast - it was incredibly limited and below expectations.

We got a lesser room than ordered on arrival as the room we ordered wasn't available. I feel it would of been nice to upgrade us to a better room or at least offer us a discount. We stayed in the lesser room for 2 nights before we were able to move into the room we ordered. Also, there are no cable channels on TV as advertised.

• Rozlin (8/5): i just love bali and any type of hotels, as long as it is clean is enough for us - the fact that it is located directly infront of convenience store is really helpful. the security will help you cross the road no worries. the room is adequately spacious for 2 persons, the water heater worked well, however they only provided us with a towel and we need to request for another one. If you are muslim and wanted to perform your prayer, sadly the space is not quite spacious enough which i performed mine on the bed😅. The breakfast is kinda a letdown. Only one or 2 main dishes are presented, together with breads n fruits. And there was this helping waitress scooping out the food for u😂. But with the price you pay for breakfast, i aint complaining tho. the breakfast. pls vary the choice :)
