- Martinez (8/5): Worth it for the price! - Great location, good value. It was a little older and run-down feeling but the staff is regularly cleaning and the place is clean. The beds are firm but ok. There's a mini fridge in the room and they gave water bottles every couple days. When I arrived I was not impressed, the vibe is a little dingy and the pool looks more green than blue. And my room was small and dark in a poorly lit hallways and took forever to cool off with the AC. But once I cooled down, I calmed down. The facilities were basic but met all necessities.

- Hannah Viktoria (7/5): In Ordnung. Lage top + schöner Pool. Zimmer kann man nicht abschließen. - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Der Pool war groß und schön und das Zimmer war sauber. Am Hotel gab es ein kleines Restaurant, wo man sich essen kaufen konnte. Man konnte das Zimmer nicht abschließen! Aus dem Wasserhahn und aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser. Die Wände waren so dünn das man jedes Wort hören konnte, wenn Leute vor dem Zimmer standen und laut waren. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert.

- Anna (4/5): - Le lieu dans son entièreté est très sale. La piscine : eau trouble, la salle de bain : traces douteuses dans le lavabo et cheveux dans la douche, lits : boule de cheveux. Cerise sur le gâteau: IL N’Y A PAS DE FENÊTRE. Donc méfiez vous il disent que ya une clime mais ce n’est pas gage de fraîcheur, l’air frais s’échappe immédiatement car les fenêtres sont uniquement des moustiquaires. Nous sommes entrée dans un four mais après plusieurs heures et la clime réglée sur 16 nous avons réussi à atteindre une température acceptable. Breff on ne s’attendait pas à du luxe au vu du prix mais déçues quand même.

- Steven (4/5): Awful - Location On arrival ,first apperance was good, but when you go out the back to the rooms, it's a dump. The place is run down and dirty.,the window was boarded up. Door to bathroom would not open because of the sink. Bed was rock hard. Do not book this place!
- Hugo (6/5): Good value for money but cleanliness could be better. - The property itself is nice, specially the garden! The location is also very good! Also the bed was comfortable! The cleanliness of the bathrooms is definitely not the best. The shower had no warm water and the toilet flush did not work properly. This was in our first room because we had to change rooms in the middle of our stay because of our room getting full of some kind of flying insect that came out of one of the holes in the wooden floor. So definitely don’t expect the cleanest room but for the price you pay you can’t expect more.
- Lotte (1/5): Slechter dan slecht - Niks heel slecht wij zijn dezelfde dag weer vertrokken we hadden 2 nachten geboekt en zijn er uiteindelijk geen een gebleven Badkamer was viezer dan vies, airco deed het niet, alleen maar kokend heet water uit de douche, zwembad zat mos in, alleen maar dronken en stoned de mensen. Receptionist was steeds weg. Sleutels van kamers die je moest inleveren als je weg ging lagen open en blood iedereen kon die pakken. Daarnaast super gehorig en zat naast een restaurant met live muziek

L’accueil: le jeune homme de la réception est desagreable , il parle sèchement et son comportement est fortement nuisible à l’hotel: -il attribue des chambres aveugles alors qu’il reste des chambres avec fenêtres au même prix -il n’ pas de monnaie pour la Landry, ne prévient pas les clients lorsqu'une machine est en panne depuis un moment et ne previent les clients qui paient donc sans pouvoir se faire rembourser -Le lendemain alors que l’on le sollicite pour changer de chambre , il ne nous regarde pas, et nous assome d’un: je sais pas, plus tard, 1h, 2heures.... Bien agacés par tant de laxisme et d'irresponsabilité, nous avons quitté l’hotel, non sans lui avoir lu en anglais ce que nous mettions en email a sa direction.

- Sara (3/5): Sad reminder of how greedy owners can destroy a fabulous place . - It’s so sad. We have been coming here as our stop over on the way to Mae Hong Son since 1990… staff are wonderful. The owners of the Lai Tai who have taken it over - are completely incompetent and run a fabulous guesthouse, in a fabulous location, right into the ground. Too little staff to cope with the number of rooms to clean. Absolutely no investment in the fabric of the place .. obviously don’t care and it shows. 100+ rooms and no restaurant no breakfast except the lovely franchise but they run out of pastries.. early. The location and memories of times past when the Lai Tai had owners who cared about it .

- Alexandra (4/5): Camas muy incómodas y falta de toma corrientes - La ubicación era muy buena No había suficientes toma corrientes, a las justas un par, la luz era muy tenue y las camas súper incomodas se movían y no se quedaban fijas, los colchones eran muy incómodos y toda la habitación estaba distribuida muy apretada, muebles e instalaciones muy antiguos hechos de bambú y la piscina casi siempre estaba sucia por las hojas, ramas e insectos que caían de los árboles
- Silke (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen! - Es gibt die Möglichkeit zum Frühstück. Nebenan ein Restaurant und eine Bar mit live Musik. Das Hotel ist sehr runtergekommen. Möbel total abgewohnt. Bettwäsche fleckig. Extrem harte Betten. Keine Haken im Bad für Handtücher oder Waschbeutel. Unter Anderem alte zerschlagene Moskitos an den Fliesen im Bad zeigen wie schlecht gereinigt wurde. Kein WiFi im Zimmer. Mitarbeiter ignorant und unfreundlich.

- Erell (5/5): Hôtel trop proche du centre avec beaucoup de circulation juste devant, beaucoup de bruit. - Belle piscine Machine à laver sur place Beaucoup de circulation devant l'hôtel. Propreté moyenne dans la salle de bain. Perte de temps à l'arrivée pour avoir nos chambres, manquait une chambre alors que nous avions réservé plusieurs mois en avance. Le problème a toutefois été résolu.

- Laura (7/5): - L'emplacement. Piscine agréable avec cette chaleur mais trop peu de transat, et pas de chaises à dispo. Le bruit de la route (surtout que j'avais la chambre juste à côté), dommage, elles ne donnent pas toutes sur la rue.

- Lisa Doris (1/5): Katastrophe - Nichts! Katastrophale Unterkunft, noch nie so etwas gesehn. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist schon sehr abgewohnt und alt, darüber könnte man noch hinweg sehen. Aber Sauberkeit etc war sowohl in den Zimmer als auch in der Anlage nicht gegeben. In der Dusche und im Zimmer waren Haare von vorigen Personen. Auch das Zimmer wurde nicht ein einziges Mal während des Aufenthaltes sauber gemacht. Pool und Außenanlage wenig einladend, sehr schmuselig. Personal war leider auch nicht wirklich motiviert. Hatte man Fragen gab es schnippische Antworten zurück oder es wurde wenig bis gar nicht auf Probleme eingegangen. Phasenweise war die Rezeption gar nicht besetzt... Bitte nicht auf die Bilder hereinfallen!

- Véronique (1/5): La pire expérience - RIEN À notre arrivé , en famille avec un enfant de 2 ans après 24h de voyagement, on nous avise qu’il on pas d’eau depuis la veille et qu’il en aurait pas pour quelques temps encore! Ayant un jeune enfant, on leur dit que nous ne pouvons pas rester à leur hôtel! Il nous dise pas de problème que il vont nous annuler la réservation et nous donner un remboursement complet dans 3-7 jours sur le mode de paiement! Ne jamais faire confiance à cette établissement. Mauvais service! 2 jours après booking me dit que l’hôtel les a aviser que nous nous somme jamais présenter !!!! Des personnes MALHONNÊTES !!! Vraiment pas correcte! Nous avons par la suite essayer de les joindre à plusieurs reprises et aucune réponse! N’y de leur pas et booking nous dise qu’il peuvent rien faire!
- Philippe (3/5): - Proximité de la ville Nous avons séjournés à deux reprises dans cet établissement, la première fois chambre moyenne mais pour le prix ok. Par contre la seconde fois, chambre sous les toits, toilettes à l'extérieur sales, lit défoncé ( double matelas dans le sens de la largeur...) et la serrure de la porte qui s'ouvre sans qu'on lui demande. On ne pense pas être trop difficile mais là, mauvaise expérience.
- MEGGIE (1/5): Publicité mensongère, photos non contractuelles, personnel inexistant. Certes le prix est pas cher mais c’est pas une ra - Rien Tout. Lit = planche Salle de bain pas propre 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 nuits et 4 jours. Matelas de piscine craqué Clim qui ne fonctionne pas Nous avons raccourci notre séjour tellement c’était inconfortable.

- Martin hurtig (1/5): - Läget var ok det enda jag jag tyckte var bra med detta ställe. Byt ut eran bild, solstolar med trasiga dynor fanns bara på en sida av poolen. Personalen var otrevlig och rummet var under all kritik fönstret gick till en korridor där de förvarade stödutrustning med handdukar och lakan på golvet utanför vår dörr och fönster. Toalettspolningen fungerade inte, badkar och handfat med endast kallvatten. Mögel i badrummet!!!

- Dominique (5/5): - Chambre encore plus petite que la première fois. Traces de poussières importantes . Pas de savon.fenetre obstruée par une plaque en bois. Un peu bruyante, canalisation bruyante,parquet bruyant, salle d'eau très exiguë. Personnes Au petit déjeuner très sympa.
