- Liza (8/5): Beautiful hotel & pizzeria in the center of town. - Beautiful hotel and pizzeria in the center of town. Room was tastefully decorated with comfy bed and great air con to keep cool. Amazing shower and lovely toiletries which we have purchased after using. We really enjoyed the pizza and capreze salad in the restaurant downstairs. Directions for parking where clear and communicated before arrival. Great bakery nexdoor. No mirror in room and no plug in the hall where mirror is located. This made it very difficult to dry and style my hair.

Great to have a focus on reducing single use plastics but just having a reusable plastic bottle for handwashing in a toilet probably needs rethinking. It can't be properly cleaned between guests. A stainless steel hand pump would be more hygienic.

There was plenty of parking and it was conveniently placed in the centre of Narberth. The room itself was small - without a chair or anywhere to work. I was looking forward to a hot breakfast - but the chef was sick and their replacement arrived after I had to leave. I have been offered a refund to cover the cost of the missing breakfast.

Good choice of tea and coffee even oat milk sachets! Couldn’t fault any of these thing at all . Unfortunately we had room 8 great delux king room . Good points first very clean comfy bed good bathroom . The room it’s self could be so much better with a little attention to detail . It needs painting some damp coming through and marks on wall at right side of tv very noticeable . Some lovely pieces of furnature but a black modern wardrobe with some marks on the front didn’t go with room . Didn’t see a photo of this room on booking . Com . That said we would absolutely stay again but not in this room unless it was revamped . Then we would as the view out of the window was wonderful of the small church . As for breakfast, it was brilliant! Lots of healthy choices as well as a variety of hot options, add on fresh croissants and great coffees made to order, and you were set up for the day! Additionally ALL the staff ( but particularly Jenny and Lee) were kind, helpful and professional. We’d absolutely recommend Top Joe’s for a Narberth getaway. There was nothing we didn’t like!

- Ged (9/5): - The staff were excellent always helpful with a smile, our room was on the first floor and was comfortable, only criticism around the room was a lack of a mirror in the room and the TV signal kept coming in and out, the pasta meal we had was very good (would of liked more pasta dishes but it is a pizzeria, breakfast was very good and again staff serving were excellent, all in all a lovely place to stay in the middle of a lovely town Nothing really

- Carolyn (9/5): Lovely stay at beautiful town house in lovely Narberth - Brilliant position right in town. Lovely room and above a great pizza restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Water in shower could have been a bit hotter , but this was a minor problem - I just like a very hot shower!

- Jonathan (10/5): Comfortable stay in interesting town. Good value - Friendly staff, nice pizza, quiet room, modern fittings, comfortable, own parking, centre of nice town, freshly decorated. Car park entrance through a narrow arch, but not much you can do about that! Fine if you take it easy
