- Jane (9/5): Excellent, a real find which I shall visit again. - Ideal location for my purpose (visiting relatives), warm & friendly welcome, very comfortable room and bed, sensible check-out times, great value for money. Room a little bit chilly in the morning.
- Elizabeth (7/5): - Convenient location Stair from bedroom to bathroom, steep staircase, no information re parking access in advance which would have been helpful.
- Alexios (10/5): Fantastic stay at Jasmine House - We had a fantastic stay at Jasmine and Monica was an excellent host. I had mistakenly booked the day after the evening we arrived, and miraculously Monica managed to get us in our room a day earlier. The room was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was equally enjoyable. Highly recommend this property Nothing negative to say about the property
- David (6/5): - Nowhere to park
- Stephenie (7/5): Decent place to stay whilst stopping by Lutterworth - The bed was super comfortable and bathroom really modern, powerful shower and the location is good as it’s very central.
we had a room at the back so it was really quiet but can imagine the front facing rooms might get a bit noisy (although it’s not a majorly busy road so don’t think this would’ve been an issue for us)
The host is so lovely and accommodating too 😌 Can’t control the heating from the room yourself, not that much of an issue as the lovely host turned it on for us when we first arrived and felt a bit cold 😊
- David (8/5): - Room was tastefully decorated and the decking outside the room was a nice addition The shower was a little temperamental and would go hot and cold randomly

- Simon (8/5): A comfortable B&B, reasonably priced in a good location. - Good location. Comfortable bed.
Good shower. The first room we were put in had no internet connection.
This was remedied quickly.
Parking was "on street" in a busy town location.
- Ayaka (8/5): -
- Karen (10/5): -
- Serena (9/5): September - Location. Parking can be difficult but we managed thanks.
- Louise (10/5): Welcoming, homely, comfortable and great value for money - Friendly and welcoming host great room and facilities breakfast was fantastic No dislikes at all
- Hallford (7/5): Good - Excellent breakfast well.looked after
- Karin (8/5): Good value, comfortable b & b. - Room was clean and spacious and was at the back of the house, away from the noisy main road. Bed was extremely comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.
Breakfast (full English) was excellent. Parking was difficult as house is on the High Street and there is no parking area at the property. There are a few places in the side road opposite, but they tend to get filled up during the day by people at work in the town centre.
- Lawrence (4/5): - Tv limit channel, no internet connection, and people walking about above my room on creaking floors boards.
- Rebecca (8/5): - The owner was really welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The room is a good size and cosy.
Nice soft extra rugs
Thoughtful- earplugs
Nice shower products
Comfy bed
Good storage
Nice tea and coffee
Beautiful flowers in the main parts of the building
Handy for the town and motorway
You can eat downstairs in the breakfast room in the evening.
Would definitely return. It is a little bit scuffed around the edges - which adds to the charm but could with a bit of a touch up in places.
Maybe a hook nearer the shower for your towel.

- Peter (8/5): Pleasant stay - The room was nice . Shower was good It’s located on a busy main road.
Had to park quite far away .
The noise from the road was constant all night
The Wi-Fi was useless
- John (8/5): - The only fault was that the clik-clack plug in the wash basin did not work so shaving was difficult. Everything else was fine and our host was extremely helpful providing a super breakfast at short notice
- Sara (8/5): -
- Moretti (7/5): It was convenient as we were travelling but the parking was the main issue. - The room was clean and spacious. There was no parking so we had to park a street away which was very inconvenient as it was raining and we were worried about parking the car so far away. Also we weren't able to have breakfast.
- William (8/5): Pleasant, very clean B&B - Very clean, comfortable & very nice size room. Room i had was at the rear of the property. It's quite a busy road at the front, so any rooms there may be noisy. Did find i got a lot of noise from the room above, when the occupants moved around.
- Magdalene (9/5): Monica was an exceptional host breakfast was very good if I was to say anything negative it would be that there was no p - Yes the property was lovely x It was clean and although looked small from the outside was very spacious

- Billy (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Breakfast, parking, quietness, bed comfortable, great shower One night, was on the bottom floor, room above was very noisy with creaking floorboards and movement. Next night was very quiet. Lovely shower except for nowhere to put the soap etc

- Sophie (8/5): Clean, comfy room and a lovely host - The breakfast was delicious, and the host was absolutely lovely. Beds were comfy and the room was really clean. Only gripe was the street noise, which meant we couldn’t open the window overnight (and it was a warm night). Not an issue for rooms at the rear of the property.
- Joanna (8/5): Lovely host and comfortable stay. - Very lovely host and a delicious breakfast. I would say it is slightly overpriced. By around £20 a room.
