- Anine (8/5): Very good - Loved the spacious room, the views and facilities. Provided all which I could hoped for. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was okay and sufficient. Loved the grounds, animals and the views. Beautiful venue and functional spacious room's. The shower was very small and uncomfortable, although the bathroom is spavious enough. Due to other functions on the grounds, the noise levels were too high. People partying, be loud and loud music until the early morning hours.

- Greg (5/5): Not worth the price you pay. - The staff were very friendly. Secure. Old linen. Not enough furniture in the room, landed up eating on our laps and our bags were on the floor. Fridge is extremely small as in tiny, could only fit 2 2lt coldrinks. Old curtains with hooks missing. The unit we stayed in was one of 4 or 5 semidetached in one big building, you can hear other guests talking and walking around in the rooms. No aircon or even a fan. For the price I would of expected at least some sort of self catering unit.

Easy, and not far, form the beach if you are prepared to travel for 5 minutes. Loved the surrounding animal life Nothing not to like if this is your personal preference and type of accommodation.

- Clement (4/5): Very dissapointing - House Luise was beautiful. The surrounding area itself was a breath of fresh air, my children enjoyed seeing the animals and we had fun jogging around the block before check out. The service was terrible. From check in with the receptionist. She gave me a funny look when I asked about breakfast options, she then offered to call Steven to ask. she laughed loudly and turned away while they exchanged remarks on the phone. Steven shortly came, processed my payment and pointed me towards the house. On entering the house, the alarm went off like crazy - only then was I given the security code. I was appalled to find that the bathrooms did not come with basic things! No Towels, no hand washing soap. Steven was very rude when asked about this and did not even try to do anything about it. It took every inch of self-respect I have for me not to hang up on him as he kept going on. The mattress had felt like it had a whole in the center. I definitely will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
- Cameron (6/5): Fair - Very spacious for a family stay. Understand is a farm style, but cutlery and crockery are very old rusted and I think not clean and safe to use. Farm style is nice, but the place needs some upgrades and more comfort to suit today's lifestyle. Close to the shopping centre and entertainment. Very nice that it's not in the city centre. Hopefully a more modern environment in a few years time.
- Charlene (6/5): - No WI-FI as it was advertised which was really disappointing so false advertising. Gate at the bottom is a struggle, to open with key and to bang close, someone else never closed so not great security as we were alone most of the time. Surprised as a great spot and Hancke have a few businesses running and this is simple things to see to and fix.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ruim no geral - Flat bem antigo, com uma infestação de baratas no banheiro, área um pouco deserta em demasiado a noite, sem estrutura alguma, nem toalhas havia, pois é dito self-catering. Okk endereçode locacao é de um hotel especializado em convenções de casamento, e nao corresponde ao do flat. A vista é linda, e a praia otima para banho, mas nao voltaria.
- Sammy (4/5): - While the price was pretty low, and we were visiting in winter, it would have been nice to know that there was no heat available. The staff was accommodating, in that they drove us to the property. This may be a very different experience in summer. In winter the place was pretty run down and freezing.

There was room for 15 for the 5 of us (we oriiginally reserved 7 but 2 of our guests bailed. thought that was a waste of our money.
