• Tasha (8/5): - I like the house , and it’s very near to town areas and it’s clean , and maintenance and customer service was good in attending Few errors happens , but the main thing is the door automatically opens when we came back home after some time , that’s makes me too anxious because our belongings and costly items was inside our house
• Michelle (8/5): It was good and in am very happy. - Keys have to be collected from Langkawi Seaview Resort which is about three minutes away by car. It was not the most convenient but we didn’t mind it. I have stayed at this apartment before for a field trip earlier in Jan 26. Very responsive helpdesk because we had some minor issues with the Aircond being warm. Maintenance was immediately sent and the issue was resolved very promptly. I will come back again to this apartment in May for another field trip and stay here again. Good value for money. The apartment building itself is not new and is shared with local permanent tenants. A small drawback is it tends to get a noisy at certain times of the night when tenants come home late. Noise also travels.

• Ali Raza (9/5): - Great place and very neat and clean. They maintain it like a hotel because the owners own a large hotel that’s close to the apartment. They even let me use the swimming pool inside the hotel.
• Nur Atika (6/5): ok la - the house was okay quite clean but on the first night there was a cockroach on my bed (master room) 😅 others are ok, normal clean. I thought it was an apartment but it is actually a Kuarters Kerajaan. Initially I thought the hotel is beside the apartment but its not. U have to drive around like 2km to go to the hotel if u want to use the gym & pool. So we didnt go, since wearing wet clothes in car is a bit uncomfortable. Maybe I expected too much 😂

• Altaf (5/5): Lot of scope to improve the service level, may be the service was poor becs it an apartment not hote - Check in was fast No one guided us to the property which is away from the hotel where we checked in Internet was not good Toilet faucet was leaky Very rigid about check out time with very little allowance for even a small delay, they said RMY 80 for late check out even short delay of 15 minutes seems to be not acceptable

It's got all I need in an apartment including cooker, toaster, iron, wifi, fridge, microwave oven, fresh towels, washing machine, clothes drying rack. The beds, pillows and duvets were super comfy with fresh bedding like 5 star hotel. I would say this apartment feels like a 5 star hotel. We had to check in at another place. I wish the information was given earlier so that we wouldn't waste time going here and there.

• Yuet pui (7/5): - Nice and helpful staff, driving us forth and back from checking point to hotel Unclear instructions of check in process! We cannot find the reception when we arrived the building, until several calls to the customer service. And waiting for almost 10 minutes for the driver to drive us to another hotel to do the check in and get the keys.
• Altaher (7/5): Unique experience In langkawi. - The location is perfect. It was clean and quite place . Beautiful view . The reception was hot because their is only one fan . Also you should change the TV to smart or at least put a smart receiver. In the kitchen there is no drinking water source . we have to go buy a lot of water. Either Water filter or Water machine. Their is only one bathroom with sink .

• Fadilah (5/5): Pretty sure will not repeat a stay at seaview apartment again - Location was within short driving distance to shopping places / attraction centre / beautiful beach Main hall aircond was auto-off every 15mins..iron board was unable to lock-up so it is obviously useless..scum in main bathroom was scanty n it felt so unpleasant to clean up ur body for long time..kitchenware looks dirty,dishwasher liquid smell weird..detergent for washing machine was so little for our 3day stay there

Comes with lots of amenities including washing machine. -The water heater only functioned in one bathroom only -Water pressure for the washer machine is extremely low and we have to do it manually by pouring water into the machine for it to run. -The staff needs to do some maintenance work for the lamps in the staircase area which are very dark at night.

• Durray (8/5): Overall, we were satisfied with the price; equaled to the quality we had hoped for. - The apartment was equipped with all the basic/necessary items/appliances needed to make our stay comfortable. The TV remote controls were not working. It was pretty annoying whenever we want to switch channels.

• Jeremiah (7/5): Worth the money, and yet have to improve certain aspects such as their light facilities and location point in waze and m - The interior and the rooms were clean. Everything was fine interiorlynand it's worth for the money spent. The lights in-front of the house and the lift was blinking continuously giving headache whenever crossing through it. The place location provided was not found in maps and waze. Had to roam around the nearby areas to find the entrance. Check in and out was at their hotel instead of the apartment itself while the distance from hotel to apartment is around 5minutes by car.
• Thurgashini (7/5): Spacious Apartment - So far the apartment was spacious. 3 bedroom with comfort bed and Aircon. The apartment was clean. Big enough for 6 people stay. Aircon was cooling enough. Maybe next time can add smart TV. The heater was not working in another bathroom and can't lock it. Outside of the room looks like so dark, they not even provide the light. The lift is small.
