Maxxismarsh (10/5): Nice place to stay in Krasnoyarsk - We stay in this property almost 10 days. Property location was fine and we had highest floor with a nice view of the city. Restaurant foods were nice. Gym was closed during our stay but we didn’t go to world class because it is expensive. Property has guest laundry and can do laundry by ourselves. Breakfast also okay. Refrigerator was not working in the room. We asked from the reception but they said it only work on room temperature. That’s only the issue we had but rest of others were fine. Thanks

sergeyk147 (8/5): It is NOT in the downtown! - This is a Hilton Garden Inn facility like thousands and thousands worldwide. Stepping in, you cannot say whether you're in Siberia, Alexandria in Egypt, Moscow or, say, in Bettendorf, IA. Faceless flawless service, artificial smiles, cold empty politeness. Feels sort of mawkish to me... Well, people most probably like this samey atmosphere (otherwise Hilton would not practice it) but that is not my cup of tea at all. It does not mean that the hotel is bad, however - to the contrary! We stayed there in August twice and I rate them not as "excellent" only due to location.

Проживал в номере категории «Делюкс», в номере всё необходимое (чайник, чай/кофе, средства личной гигиены, халаты, тапочки, утюг, гладильная доска, сейф), удачно расположены зона отдыха и рабочая зона – очень удобно. Хороший интернет. Также в номере очень тихо. Хочется отметить быстрое заселение, но так как приехал утром до 9-00 – оплатил ранний заезд. С 9-00 при наличии номеров плата за ранний заезд не взымается. В целом всё понравилось.

A6130FMtomc (6/5): Comfortable and functional - Rooms are a little basic but adequate. The hotel is not in the centre and the outlook from my room was a tad dismal but the area is being developed. Reception staff were good and all spoke some English at least. My room was on 12th floor and the lifts could be slow. The bed was comfortable with various pillows. The decor was basic and the entrance area somewhat bare! Even a few hooks on the wall would have helped (with a couple of warm jackets to hang up). Breakfast was good but unchanging. Fried eggs were available and could be requested freshly cooked as well as omelettes. Lunch was cheap but good and there was a good menu in the evening (but there was a plethora of excellent restaurants walking distance away) Overall no complaints - comfortable bed and good sized room. I had a car available so site was no problem. And dining adequate.
BrianP514 (10/5): Excellent Hotel but Beware of the Dogs - This Krasnoyarsk Hotel is of the highest quality at its standard. Large well appointed rooms, spotlessly clean, very friendly and welcoming staff who speak good English all made for a most enjoyable stay. The food was good too and the buffet breakfast was especially memorable. The location is outside the older centre of the city which means that there nothing of interest within walking distance but easily reached by bus or taxi. The only real problem was that the heating and air conditioning controls did not seem to work. The room was too hot and when you open the window to cool it down you hear dogs barking all night long even on the upper floors. Sleep quality could be improved.
Fly_girl074 (8/5): Excellent reception staff - I ended up at the skyport after a missed flight connection and after a slightly cold few minute walk (it was February) I was met by a lovely lady who spoke fantastic English. Check in was easy and I raced to the restaurant as it was late and I was hungry! Alas there was no English menu but again the receptionist helped me and with the aid of google translator I order some food, which was ok. I was hoping for a big juicy burger but it was a little small for my liking. The internet required you to register but only allowed for a Russian mobile number to be entered, again reception helped me with that but it did mean there was only WiFi on my phone and no way to connect to a laptop. The room I was allocated was a double sized room with a big bed and large en-suite shower room. I was a little amused that the bed only had a single duvet with a spare duvet in the wardrobe....... but now I can see the benefit of having your own duvet in a big bed ( can’t be accused of stealing all the duvet, might adopt this idea). Breakfast was not bad and had all your basics there, cold meat, salad, pastries and hot items bacon, sausage, beans, eggs....... but no milk for the coffee? I decided on black coffee as I wasn’t sure how my sign language for milk was going to go down........... mooing at waitresses in restaurant raises a few eyebrows. Check our was quick and I was on my way again. All in all, it had been a long and frustrating day for me so the warmth and helpfulness of the reception staff was a welcome greeting, many thanks to them.
j889814672 (2/5): Horrible staff - Check in is painfully slow. There can be 3 staff at the reception but only one will work. Rooms are OK and fortunately the windows open to escape the over-heated normal state. Gym is useless with a bunch of broken or weird equipment. Breakfast has improved but is only up to average. Had an encounter with one of the managers which was very unpleasant as she was hyper aggressive and attempted to extort money from one of my colleagues. As a result I don't feel safe staying at this hotel ever again and would recommend same to others.
_G8611TJ (8/5): The poor WiFi - Dear Hilton's Receptionists. I stayed for a week in your hotel in October 2018 for the business reason. Thank you for the warm reception, especially for the paperwork for my trip sheets and access to the new free gym. As a good guest, I wish you all the best and patience for my following feedback. Allow me to notice a couple of annoying things, I found. First and mostly fixable, the lack of WIFI speed. I couldn't learn my regular English classes via Skype because of it. Second, the breakfast might have been more healthy and had more salads. Third, the window view made me feel like the saddest man in all the world because of that grey area of Krasnoyarsk your hotel placed at. I hope you will look at these facts, and work on the first and the second ones. I could be totally tolerant of the third one if you would offer a lower price. Yours truly, Sergey.
E9546UAwilliamj (10/5): Oasis in Siberia - The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. My wife and I have stayed here several times. It is alway a refreshing and relaxing time. We have also had many guests come for visits and stay at the Hilton. It is the best! The restaurant has a great filet minion and roast beef salad! There is a World class gym in the building as well as a spa and bowling - but none of these disturb the peace and rest you get in well-kept rooms.
Dimitri (8/5): Gutes Hotel in Krasnoyarsk - Ein tolles Hotel in guter Lage für alle Reisearten. Leider hat dieses Mal die Zimmerreinigung überhaupt nicht funktioniert. In 3 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Sonst ist das Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist Klasse. Frühstück einfach toll!
801ChrisJ (10/5): Very good hotel with excellent staff. - I stayed here for just one night as a stop over on my Trans-Siberian train trip. It’s a great place for a stopover as, amongst other things, it has an excellent easy to use self-service laundry which was perfect on my trip. Travel to the hotel is easy by taxi and about £2 if you use Uber or Yandex. Check-in was excellent. The receptionist spoke perfect English, welcomed me warmly and fully recognised my Diamond Hilton Honors status. Whilst I arrived early I was given a room straight away and also offered a later check out with out having to ask for it. I was given a great welcome pack of three large cookies, a small bottle of wine, a small jar of local jam plus water. The room was large and had a bath which was much appreciated. The location is away from the city centre and there didn’t seem to be much to visit close to the hotel. Whilst I had a city tour during the day I decided to eat at the restaurant for dinner. The food was good but there were few other guests so lacked a bit of atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent and better than the normal Hilton food with local dishes to supplement the regular food. I’d recommend this hotel for a stopover or even longer.

Caraduras (8/5): Modern Hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms - Located a bit away from the center of town, but easily accessible, the Hilton Garden Inn is a modern hotel with a friendly staff and comfortable rooms. They have a nice breakfast buffet, worth getting if you don't have other plans and a full service dining room for lunch and dinner. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. The standard room is large and has a couch and desk.

Andrei (8/5): Один из лучших отелей сети Хилтон в России - Хорошие номера, внимательный и оперативный персонал на ресепшен, есть кулеры на этажах. Хороший ресторан с демократичным ценником. Хромает сервис в лобби баре - если хотите поесть, лучше в ресторане (меню одинаковое, а сервис лучше). Завтраки хорошие, но свежевыжатые соки не входят в стоимость. Из плюсов - на 7 этаже есть прачечная самообслуживания, очень удобно и экономично для длительного проживания. При выборе отеля нужно учитывать его расположение - район "взлетка". До центра оперативной пешей доступности нет, но такси недорогое. На 7 этаже есть небольшой фитнес центр, в целом неплохо, но эллипсоид не закреплен - при использовании качается из стороны в сторону, не комфортно (возможно, нужно основание более жесткое под него, или отрегулировать).

A bit far from the town centre in case you happen to be in the city for sightseeing. Taxi varied from 200 to 500 depending on who you picked on the street. Clean and great rooms. At a reasonable price for standard room you can get complete set of all services and quality of service, inherent in hotels of Hilton family. Rooms clean and comfortable. Brendan (8/5): Good option in Sovetsky area. - This is a great location if you're doing business in the up-and-coming area along Ulitsa Molokova and Sovetsky area. It's out of centre but there are plenty of restaurants and bars opening in the area within a five-ten minute walk.. Centre of Krasnoyarsk is a 45 minute walk, or 10-120 minute taxi/Uber ride, depending on traffic. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with excellent friendly English-speaking staff. For dining, however, I prefer to eat at one of the cafes or restaurants nearby. Unlike so many Russian hotels, it is not overheated and stuffy in warm weather, which is a big plus for me.
der Nassauer (10/5): Gutes Hotel mit ebenfalls guten Restaurant. - Eine von besten Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Krasnojarsk: moderne komfortable und große Zimmer mit dem Wasserkocher (Tee + Kaffee), bequemes Bett, sehr gute Küche (Frühstück + Abendessen in Restaurant), freundliches und kompetentes Personal, gute Lage mit den kostenlösen Parkplätzen.

Номера идеально чистые, ради интереса проверили абсолютно всю, ни пылинки!кровати удобные, постельное белье новое, от чистоты аж хрустит, мебель вся новая, уборка в номере каждый день. Завтраки сытные и очень вкусные. Лучший отель в городе Красноярск

Ginette (6/5): Nice new hotel but to far from city center - This hotel is new, therefore spotless and clean. The room was great, fast free wifi, wonderful staff, we had a great dinner one night at the restaurant, the fillet mignon was cooked to perfection. Hotel had nice modern decor and bath and great a/c. The only disappointing thing for us wax that it was in the middle of no where. We like to be in the historical city center and walking distance to everything and this hotel wax far, it was probably s 10 minute taxi ride. I have a feeling it was near the airport as we saw a lot of airline crews staying there. We were travelling on the Trans Siberian rail and would have liked to be closer. But all and all it is still a nice place to stay, we made it work.
Reisende aus D (4/5): Sehr sauberes Hotel mit unqualifizierten Personal - Die Reception ist eine Katastrophe und die Bar schlechter als jede Bahnhofskneipe. Barkeeper hat von Cocktails genausoviel Ahnung wie eine Katze vom Fahrrad fahren. Änderungen an der Buchung sind nicht möglich. Trotz Zusage nicht im PC geändert und Zugang zum Zimmer musste täglich neu freigegeben werden. Die Zimmer sind in der gleichen Preiskategorie extrem unterschiedlich groß.
Алексей (8/5): И приехал я на Красраб! - неплохой отель. место для хилтона странное, далеко от центра. на подьездах пробки. на ресепшене толпа долго заселяли. постоянно шумно, вечно какие-то конференции проводят. в номерах все отлично. на уровне. не хватает минибара. в фитнес отеля пускают посторонних, заниматься невозможно
