Instructions: Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

• PAULA (2/5): Just void - Simply horrible. The bed is like a rock, it is impossible to have a decent night of sleep. It is noisy and freaking hot. We booked a double bedroom and got a twin. The bathroom is so small that you literally shower on top of the sanitany. The smell in the toilet is disgusting, the sink was leaking and the floor was always wet. The only good point was the location, away from the crazy center.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bra men enkelt boende - Bra bornde nära till allt. Bra om man vill bonliye avskilt och komma bort från allt ljud men ändå tre minuters promenad till centrum. Små enkla rum men med allt man behöver. Finns en bra uteplats/balkong.

The downsize is the internet that is VERY slow (believe me... you couldnt even check you FB with it) and a stupid rule of having to take off your shoes every time you walk in the hotel. I understant that it is a kinda asian tradition but im not asian and I was paying to be there.....

• Madeline (8/5): - An easy stay, added to our enjoyment of Phi Phi! At check in, we were able to choose the garden side, as opposed to the street side, to allow ourselves more quiet and serenity
• Gabriella (4/5): Skulle inte bo här igen - Incheckningen gick smidigt och det var trevlig personal. Rummet var supetlitet och det fanns bara enkelsängar. Toaletten tänker jag inte ens prata om.. Dessutom finns det lite glipor här och där tillexempel runt dörren och fönstret där det kommer in 100 tals myggor varje natt, inte jättekul! Vi hade rum med fläkt och det var alltid för varmt och gick knappt sova. Sen vaknade min pojkvän upp med 40 tal bett på armen en morgon, vi är inte säkra men det såg ut son bedbugs! Vill du ha budget/är backpacker fungerar det men jag skulle personligen inte bo här igen!

• Maelle (6/5): Court sejour sur koh phiphi - Sejour de 3nuits dans cet etablissement, situé a 15min du port, tt se fais a pied sur l'île. Chambre comprenant le strict minimum (clim, eau chaude), chambre petite et sans meuble, odeur d'humidité tres forte.
• Thomas (4/5): Ok inte mer - Vi hade bokat två nätter men kände redan efter den första att vi ville ha ett bättre hotell på ön innan vidare färd. Badrummen/toaletterna är små luktar avlopp, man står över toalettstolen när man duschar! Hotellet har trevlig hjälpsam personal och det är billigt så är du beredd på spartanskt boende är detta stället för dig!

• marjo (8/5): ile Ko PHIPHI - Plage de cette ile très très bien beau sable blanc et assez propre. Par contre trop touristique à mon goût. Aussi endroit pour fêtards et à part les bars il y a très peu de divertissement. Je ne recommande pas cette ile pour qui veut se reposer.
• Marcin (4/5): just bad - The worst place for such a price ... maybe ever. The place is dirty and smells. Could be enought to say only that mattreses were in foil and you could see. Towels and sheets were dirty. We were acually afraid to touch walls. The airconditioner was blowing mold smell, which I think might be unhealthy for some people. Wifi was slow. The location is bad, as it is both, far from the beaches, and still it does not give quiet neiborhoud and fresh air. So, it wont satify nor partiers nor people looking for peace.

• saaandy (4/5): Tout dépend de l'emplacement de la chambre - La guesthouse à 1ere vue à l'air situé au calme, nous sommes très bien accueuillies, le hall est propre. Une jeune dame nous amène dans notre chambre, côté rue. La chambre est propre, il y a la climatisation et une petite salle de bain, parcontre une odeur nauséabonde d'égouts envahie la chambre. La 1ere nuit fût horrible, il y a des petits commerces au RDC, les masseuses ont crié jusque 3h pour interpeller les clients puis ont fermé boutique jusque 7h! De même que les jeunes qui ont bu toute la soirée et qui rient et crient dans la rue et dans la guesthouse avant d'aller se coucher. Le lendemain nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, nous avons eu une chambre sur l'arrière de l'hotel, qui sentait également les égouts (mais c'est le cas un peu partout sur l'île car trop d'immeubles et trop peuplée je pense par rapport aux installations, mais beaucoup moins de bruit. Chambres pas trop chères par rapport au reste de l'île mais mauvaise odeur dans toutes les chambres et bruyantes sur la rue.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Günstiges Hostel für kurzen Aufenthalt - Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war dieses günstige Hostel durchaus ausreichend. Das Hostel hat eine zentrale Lage und liegt direkt an de Treppen hinauf zum Viewpoint. Das Zimmer war aufgrund der fehlenden Ablage- und Verstauungsmöglichkeiten und aufgrund des kleinen und unangenehm riechenden Badezimmers nicht gerade komfortabel.nIn einer Nacht gab es zudem Stromausfall (,wovon allerdings mehrere Hotel betroffen waren), was im Hinblick auf die Hitze und die bezahlte Klimaanlage etwas ärgerlich war. Für junge Pärchen oder auch für Partyurlauber, die nicht allzu lange auf der Insel bleiben, ein begrenztes Budget und nicht allzu große Anforderungen bzgl. des Komforts haben ist dieses Hostel trotz der kleinen Mängel zu empfehlen!
• Wojciech (6/5): Cena/jakość - Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości biorąc pod uwagę realia na Ko Phi Phi. W miarę blisko do centrum, kawałek dalej do plaż. Zaskoczeniem jest konieczność chodzenia boso po obiekcie (buty ściąga się przed klatką schodową). Mieliśmy dwa pokoje w różnych częściach hostelu - w jednym mocno śmierdziało ściekami. Nieco głośno, ale byliśmy tam raczej w celach imprezowych, więc nie był to wielki kłopot. Absurdalna ilość zakazów - nie można pić, jeść, zapraszać gości, hałasować. Dobrze, że można oddychać ;-).

• Lysanne (6/5): Very good and cheap accomodation - We had a good stay at ko phi phi dream. The staf was very generous and the owner offered us free airco, which is Nice to have in ko phi phi. The rooms were very clean and the location is good. We had a good sleep. - the room is very dark, but this is not very annoying because we were only in the room for sleeping

• Jordan (6/5): Fairly nice guesthouse - Good size room but bathroom is a little small. Smells of either sewage or the cleaning soap they put in urinals. Wifi can be a little temperamental. Nice staff though and a good price compared to other places.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Worst hotel ever. - More like a nightmare. We have travelled to many places in many countries, including many Asian countries. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed. Hotels backs onto the sewage channel. No amenities at all. The window does not lock so someone can easily climb into the room. I had to use my gopro selfie stick to lock the window. The safe used a small pad lock which could be cut easily. The room smelled of raw sewage. It is tiny and absolutely no closet at all. The wifi does not work. The computer they have was infected with virus. Shower is on top of the toilet. It was awful. Avoid this place like a plague. I would not go back even if they pay me.
• Wayne (2/5): Phi Phi nightmare - We checked out as soon as we found somewhere else. There was no internet no hot water and it was a very noisy street yes it was budget accommodation but there was better and cheaper elsewhere.
• Julia (8/5): Phi Phi Dream - lovely stay - Pleasant 3 night stay. Close enough to everything, but far enough away to be reasonably quite. Hotel quiet but some street noise. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean,including clean bedding and towels on 2nd day. Excellent tour office downstairs.
• Samantha E (10/5): Quiet location, good service - We were pleasantly surprised by Phi Phi Dream. The location is great -- far away enough from the party scene that it isn't too loud and you can get a restful night's sleep, but close enough to the action that everything is a short walk away. It's about a 10 minute walk away from the pier and 5 minutes away from the beach, which was great. Service was better than other places we stayed at in Thailand. The hotel staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and had everything we needed (soap in the bathroom would have been nice, but not a big deal). Note that they seemed to have pretty strict rules about what you are allowed to do in the room (no guests, no eating/drinking, and no loud noise) so it's not really meant for the partying type. But great for couples/families.
• Jago (2/5): Phi phi nightmare - After waiting around 25 mins to check in, we were finally greeted by a moody Thai lady who ran the hotel. The hotel has a ridiculous amount of rule attached. No alcohol, no guests, you must remove you shoes outside and walk through the hotel barefoot. The bathroom was tiny about 2 meters squared and absolutly stank of sewage. The toilet sat under the shower in the wet room so was always wet. The sink leaked all over the floor. The location was off the Main Street but near the centre. The main bit of the room was a fair size. I would not return to this hotel because of the bathroom. But if you are ok with that it is pretty cheap!
• Theerudh (2/5): cheap abut not recommend. - Worst hotel i ever stayed in this range of price. It's 1500 baht and i get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the room except two beds. The room wasn't that dirty neither clean, bathroom is super small and the hot water didn't work on the first night. Neighborhood and distance from the pier are two downside for this hotel; you have to walk like 10 mins from the pier to get there plus the road was super bad. The hotel is located near pubs and nightlife places so it will be super noisy at night which will surely bothers your sleep. I can't blame the hotel tho.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap & not so cheerful - The reviews for this hotel were quite good, which is why I stayed here, but I cannot understand why. The room itself was fine (although you need air con - cannot survive the heat with just a fan). The bed was hard as rock, but I can cope with that. The bathroom was awful - it stank and there was no separate shower so everything always got all wet and there was limited room. I had to wear flip flops to walk in there. It was also sooooo noisy, so was difficult to get a decent night's sleep. The wifi also didn't work for the two days I was there. On the upside, the staff were quite nice and it was only a 10 minute walk to the pier, a 5 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and shops.

• dingends (4/5): Awful room - The room stinks. It was really terrible. After discoveing were the smell comes from i was even more shocked. They filled up the drain in the bathroom with lister blocks, those smelly things u find in a pub toilet!! Apart from the room the location was great.
• Eiry (10/5): Very good stay - Hotel was great, very clean and house keeping everyday with clean sheets and towels. It's set back from the main tourist area so it's nice and quiet and still only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Right by the viewpoint too. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!
• Verified traveler (2/5): Reception with an attitude - Not going to bore you with an essay, location was brilliant but major issues with staff who were unwilling to provide fresh linen and towels, tutted and had an attitude when we asked for fresh ones on DAY 3 of stay. Felt as though they tried to get as much money as they could out of us by adding on fees to laundry (almost double price for express which we did not ask for), complimentary bottles of water which we were charged for etc. Left a bitter taste, and would not stay here again
• Becca (8/5): - Hotel itself was great and even tho we had a fab room it was still not too warm in there. Staff seemed friendly at first HOWEVER, they make you take your shoes off and leave them in the porch area (fair enough other hotels do this too) but on our last day my partners £50 shoes had been stolen. When we told staff we were met with laughter and they offered no help at all! Ruined a nice stay on a very bad note.
• Martina (6/5): Cheap and good - It's not The Ritz but them again you're not paying for The Ritz. Rooms are keep clean although duvets were not washed before we arrived or during our stay. Staff are friendly. There are numerous posters with various rules are regulations around the place but it is easy going. All we needed was a bed and a shower. We went to Phi Phi to see the island not to stay in a hotel room. Beautiful little island.
• Becky (8/5): Nice affordable place in phi phi - We stayed at phi phi dream for ten days and it was pretty perfect, good wifi, the rooms where cleaned everyday with new towels, good aircon and also a fan. Tv with English channels- the only bad thin about the room was that it didn't have a fridge, which is a big thing when your staying for 10 days. Would defiantly recommend for anyone looking for cheap accommodation in phi phi.

• Andrea (6/5): A decent place to stay - While we had no real complaints about the Phi Phi Dream, it also didn't wow us. Rooms are standard and clean, although a bit old feeling. It's away from the loud party, but the walls are still thin so we did hear people on the street outside sometimes. Nice staff. A bit of a walk from the pier, but the island town is small and people are also happy to give your directions.
