• Norman (9/5): Overall our stay was great and we rested well. We would stayed here again and recommend to friends. - The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed having additional seating other than the desk in the room. Location was convenient to everything. It was not that I did not like it, however, the coffee and hot food for breakfast was not always kept fresh or hot. Maybe because one person was having to maintain the front desk while also policing the breakfast area and coffee? A designated person in that area would be a big plus as most places we stay at have that. I believe this would make it an excellent experience for all travelers.

• Danyelle (6/5): - You can tell that whatever they didn't serve for breakfast one day was what they put out the next day. A lot of the staff was unfriendly and rude. I spoke to a cleaning lady and she deliberately ignored me. The best thing about this hotel was it's location.

• Karly (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the hotel was near many restaurants as well as stores . The staff was nice and welcoming. Breakfast setup was nice. The room itself were pretty nice. The elevator could use an adjustment. The bathroom could definitely use a upgrade. Wish it had a walk-in shower . There were scratches on the door and the door could use a stopper, some stains in the toilet, as well as the tub . The towels weren't as cleaned. The faucet in sink did not have hot water. I let the faucet water run and run and it never did get hot .
• Loren (6/5): - The hotel overall was ok. I didn't realize that booking an accessible room meant the bed would pretty much be on the floor. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told they couldn't help me because the room was booked through this app and not directly through them. This made sleeping pretty uncomfortable. The last night of my stat there was a power outage. This meant no air conditioning. Also the next morning I had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water. Only one elevator was operating so I had to wait four times for the elevator at checkout. For the most part the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and in good condition.

When We needed something at the desk in the last evening after Dinner, there was a sign saying nobody was at the desk, be back soon. Same thing at check out time just before 6am. We left our cards in a bowl on the desk with a sign on it.

The overall experience was great and the the breakfast was a big spread. We can’t say enough things about this hotel and our experience and we will be using this hotel for our next trip to Gulf Shores
