Guest Reviews
- Brandon (10/5): Great location to socder fields and center of great restaurants. Close to other hotels and gas station. - Excellent location N/A
- Rise (10/5): -
- Onna (7/5): Meh! - Good location, clean. Several areas of the hotel are under renovation. Black plastic drapes in the lobby, gym and pool closed for renovations as well. My room needed some updates. Chipped paint in bathroom little details. Price was super high due to “Ring day weekend at A&M”
- Jay (1/5): This property refused to have a conversation before my trip about my reservation. Bad form. Bad business. -
- James (10/5): I would definitely look there first when traveling to that area again. - Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. The free WiFi. It was too limiting and if there were other options, such as better paid connection and access, it was never explained.
- Jay (1/5): Zero communication with pre visit question. -
- Claudia (9/5): Loved the hotel…conveniently located to restaurants, & shopping. - Convenient
Great location
Nice sized rooms
Cook, Jermaine was absolutely amazing. Food was not only season right but had amazing presentation. Chelsea, took our breakfast order, was delightful, very pleasant very happy! Breakfast wasnt included…we had to pay for it
Also, the drink station during breakfast hours only had coffee and water, no juices, no milk
- Cruz (10/5): -
- Vincent (9/5): The room was clean and comfortable - Excellent location The shower head had some issues.
- TAMMY (4/5): Mid to low Level - Tho run down feeling, it was clean for the most part Floor in our room was sinking and bathroom tiles were popped up. Stained hand towel in room. The bed went straight to the platform when laying on it and the pillows were flat- made for inability to rest. The front desk said they were about to renovate but then stared blankly at me, which was awkward customer service. Plugs were loose and some didn't work. To pay what we paid, it left us feeling as though we were in a low budget room. The main lobby was nice.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Good overall. - Clean, friendly Complimentary breakfast would’ve been nice.
- Guest (6/5): Air unit was very loud - Location Air conditioner temp control
- Eric (10/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): - Very nice staff
- Sheila (8/5): -
- Paula (10/5): - Friendly atmosphere and very clean. Great size rooms. They accommodated our request for 3 rooms next to each other. They could offer complimentary breakfast.

- Estella (10/5): -
- natalie (8/5): -
- James (10/5): -
- Cherry (10/5): - Loved the bed linens
- Serena (10/5): Super quiet and comfortable - Possibly the best night’s sleep ever in a hotel. Our room on the top floor was quiet - no road noise, nothing from the hallway or neighbors, and didn’t hear anyone else’s plumbing. The AC wasn’t too loud and the refrigerator was only a very low hum. Room was dark and bed was comfortable. Lots of places to eat within a couple of miles (and a restaurant onsite).
- Monica (10/5): - Nice neat and clean.
- Chaucer (10/5): -
- Monica (8/5): - Convenient
- Jean (8/5): -
- Nannette (9/5): - . .
- Becky L (10/5): - Very nice & clean facility.
- Daniel (8/5): - Bath tub was stopped up and management didn't get it repaired
- Pleasant (10/5): -
- Lucinda (10/5): - Nice and Quit
Parking can always be improved, anywhere.
- Salah (10/5): Exceptional - Every thing Nil
- Mellora (10/5): - Wonderful staff and excellent location
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dennis (10/5): - New hotel that was very comfortable. Good location to events.
- Desiree (4/5): - Our experience at this property was mixed. Upon arrival, we had booked a double bed room. However, when we entered the room, we discovered water leaking from the ceiling into the bathroom light socket, which immediately caused concern for safety. I reported the issue to the front desk, emphasizing the potential risk not only to my family but to other guests as well. Initially, the front desk informed us that there were no alternative rooms available. A maintenance staff member was sent to inspect the leak. After assessing the situation, they communicated with the front desk, and surprisingly, another room became available.
The new room, located on a higher floor, was equipped with only a single king-size bed rather than the double beds we had originally booked. While we managed to adjust, the arrangement was far from ideal. Considering the cost of our stay, I was shocked by the service and felt the safety concerns were not adequately acknowledged. This left me feeling uneasy for the remainder of the weekend, though we had no choice but to stay as everything else was fully booked. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t anticipate returning in the future.
- Claudia (10/5): - Awesome!
- Greg (10/5): Exceptional -
- Courtney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lara (10/5): It was great - Loved it
- Dariush (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (8/5): - We were very disappointed in the King bed especially the frame height and mattress..even though it was an accessible room..the bed was so low and fragile..even a handicapped wheelchair bound person would have difficulty getting in and out of this bed. Very dangerous
- Maria (10/5): - -
- stephendY991AY (10/5): Staff makes all the difference - The bar was fantastic tonight. Tina was the bartender and she was amazing (as always). She always made sure everybody felt like they were her #1 priority. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back.
Diane at the front desk always makes me feel welcomed. She is one of the many members of the staff who make this feel like a home away from home when I am here on business.
Victor on the grill always does a great job. The food is always good.
I fully recommend a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - College Station
- jessica (8/5): - The front staff were patient and friendly.
- Natalie (10/5): - Stay was wonderful!
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Our stay was okay. Room cleanliness and service was great. The downfall was the hot tub not working. We specifically booked a hotel with a hot tub this particular weekend so that was definitely a negative for us.
- O (8/5): Very good -
- Paige (8/5): - in a central area lots of dinning options near by
- Summer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (8/5): A good hotel, I’d stay again. - I like the cleanliness. Also they were able to accommodate us on short notice. Staff was very friendly. A little pricey, no free breakfast
- Katina (10/5): Comfortable and hospitable! - Makenna was at the front desk and she was warm, welcoming and professional which was a representation of my entire stay there.
- Lindsey (2/5): Disappointing - We came in from out of town and specifically called and ask if the pool was open for swimming , we arrived got down to swim and the pool and hot tub was ice cold and was not able to swim.
- Ashley (10/5): - Nice to have a little area to order dinner after traveling
- Miller (9/5): We had a good stay all in all - Put darker shades on the windows in the room. The light from parking lot shines through while trying to sleep
- Wallace (8/5): Hilton Garden Inn- Bryan, Tx - Nice hotel in a nice location with nice staff.
My only complaints would be the room has low lighting and cheap toilet paper. Both issues could be remedied with large light bulbs and higher quality toilet paper.
- Kristie (10/5): - The property showcased a fire pit on the advertisement and we were looking forward to sitting by it in the evening. However, it wasn’t working and it was a disappointment.
- Annetta (10/5): Thumbs up - Stayed here 3 times and will stay here everytime.
- De (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracy (9/5): Superb -
- heather (10/5): - Great time
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - Customer service
- Lynn (10/5): - Excellent. We will definitely stay again
- Christopher (10/5): - They had a great hot tub.
- Tabitha (8/5): Recommended!!! - Our stay was good! Was on the forth floor and the view wasn’t too bad. Very clean and the receptionist was super friendly!!
- Lawrence (8/5): - Fine
- Mary (7/5): Good -
- Mark (10/5): Diane was one of the best reservation agents I’ve ever had -
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed stay….. - I could not believe I was at a Hilton, it was far below any experiences that I have had at other Hilton Hotels, there was not a magnifier mirror, and the lighting especially in the bathroom was terrible which made it very difficult to apply makeup. The whole experience was very disappointing…… not what I expected from a Hilton, I could have stayed at a Hotel 6 and had the same experience and saved money…… Please…… you need to do some updating on your Hotel in College Station…….
- Sharon (9/5): I would stay here again - The hotel was clean and breakfast was very good beds could have been a little more comfortable but they were not bad
- Karen (6/5): - The mattress was terrible. Had a huge flat spot on the right side. Definitely time for new mattresses. Also, check out is already early at 11am. Why was housekeeping knocking on our door at 9am.
- Tracy (10/5): - Tina the bartender provided great service and made the evening fun.
- Bridget (10/5): LSU vs A&M - Nice hotel
Easy to college
- Greg (8/5): Love staying there and will be back soon. - It was very clean and the staff were really nice N/A
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Check in did not go smoothly. Hotel staff complained about us booking through Hotels.com and said it was a lot of work for them. They asked for a credit card on file for incidentals and now they are using it to bill for the room again. I confirmed that my payment had cleared on my credit card through hotels.com and they are still trying to charge me a second time for the room. I have to wait in the general manager to call me back to fix the double charge. If the hotel thinks it’s too much trouble for customers on hotels.com, they should not list on the website for booking.

- Joshua (2/5): - The televisions did not work well, the beds were the worst that we have ever slept on and horrible water pressure. It was not a great experience
- Naomi (8/5): - We had an overall great experience at our stay.
- Williams (5/5): Don’t know - It was nice Apparently my reservation was canceled after I had already paid for it.
- Linda (10/5): -
Good value hotel - convenient location
- Kandy (10/5): Aggieland awesome experience - Friendliness and clean Better pillows and don't put towels inside shower. Breakfast and front desk attendant were phenomenal with customer service. Will come back anytime in town!
- Cynthia (9/5): Superb -
- Rugena (8/5): - I loved the property, location was great, and the staff was professional and friendly. The only suggestion I have for the property, please check your plumbing between guests. The toilet in our room and the room next to us were both having issues.
- Shawn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (9/5): Superb -
