• kino (10/5): - 女性専用の宿泊施設です。韓国に女性一人で旅行されるのならこのゲストハウスは最良の選択です。セキュリティもしっかりしているし地下鉄の新村駅からも近いし、何よりもオーナーがフレンドリーシップにあふれる素晴らしい女性です。英語のできる方なので、きっとあなたの韓国旅行をサポートしてくれます。もちろんゲストハウスですから通常のホテルの設備とは比べられません。しかし簡素ながら清潔感あふれる室内です。もしバスタブが必要ならお風呂屋さんを教えてもらえますよ。
• Verified traveler (10/5): 很適合一個女生旅行的住宿點 - 第一次入住，這裡非常舒適。姨母很熱情，也很體貼。離機場巴士站很近，不論是去程或是回程都非常方便的，而且機場巴士費用1萬，很值得啊，完全交通便利，如果是搭早班飛機也沒有問題。離新村站（地鐵）也很近。因為自己本身經常往返台北首爾，能入主到舒適的環境，覺得很開心。以後有機會一個人旅行的話，我還會再次入住的。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 立地、スタッフの対応は良かったです。 - 総合的に見ると良いです。 スタッフ、立地とても良いです。古いながらも清潔に使えるように清掃されてます。 3月下旬から4月をまたいでの利用でしたので、オンドルが入ってた時には少し暑かったです。窓がないので入り口のドアを開けることで対応しました。 しかし韓屋ですので、トイレとシャワーに行く際には、一旦外に出て中庭を横切らなければなりません。雨の日や寒い時期にはその点を考慮に入れた方が良いと思います。

• Nina (10/5): Thank you Ms. Lee! - Me and my sister had an amazing stay here during our first few days in Seoul! Ms. Lee and her daughter were such amazing hosts. They went above and beyond the call of duty and treated us more like family than guests. It was honestly heartbreaking when we had to leave. They were just that awesome! The guesthouse is ideally located. Close to the main road but tucked away in a quiet street. It is only a two minute walk from Sinchon station with lots of restaurants and shopping. The guesthouse itself is a traditional Hanok home with all your necessary amenities. We stayed at seperate room and it was enough space for the two of us. Since it’s a traditional home the place doesn’t have central heating for the winter but the room is well equipped with floor heating and bed warmers so you won’t get cold. Also, the bathrooms are outside so you will have to brave the cold when you need to take a shower. But, it wasn’t really an issue as the bathrooms are heated and the steam will warm up the space in no time. Lastly, the walls are paper thin but hey, if your in Korea you’ll mostly be exploring anyways and it’s all part of the experience of living in a traditional home. And more than anything, the hospitality was just perfect! Ms. Lee with her daughter helped us out so much, since it was our first time in Korea. They even checked up on us even after we checked out and exploring other parts of Korea. I highly recommend especially for newbie travelers
• Beau (8/5): - Very good location. Near Subway by 3 mins walk. Staff is very helpful. the only one con is bahtroom is outside So it’s quite a bit cold in winter.

GS25, the coffee shop, Issac, and lots of restaurants nearby the guesthouse. It’s very clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice. I will definitely stay here next time.

Although there are rules in the room, people may not follow like my roommate come back at 03:00 mid-night every night , then I cannot sleep well. Room and bed are a bit dirty. But overall is ok in this price.

• Carita (8/5): Excellent location - The host was super friendly and flexible! Huge thanks to him once again. The room was big enough for one, and comfortable. The style of the place was traditional, so the walls were literally made of paper so hope that other people staying at the guesthouse appreciate silence at night time. Location was superb, and the nearest subway station was right there.
• Mon (8/5): Good experience - I vistied Seoul alone and it was safe to stay in iCOS. It is very convenient that you can walk to the subway station in 2 minutes. The guesthouse is a traditional korean house. It was a good experience to stay there. When I arrived in the first day, the host was not there but I waited him for about ten minutes only to get into the house. Nice experience btw :)

• MEGUMI (8/5): 温かみのある家 - 韓国ドラマに出てくるような昔のお家です。ドミトリーの部屋とシングルがあります。スタッフのおじ様が優しくて、高感度がよかったです。英語がべらべらです。浴槽は無くトイレにシャワーだけですが、広いのでシャワーを浴びやすいです。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 조금 오래됐지만 좋은 비품과 서비스 - 시설이 조금 낡은 느낌이 있지만 자잘한 비품(면봉, 티슈, 샴푸와 컨디셔너, 폼클렌징 등)이 많이 준비되어 있었고 호스트 분이 아주 친절하셨습니다. 신촌역에서 가까운 점도 아주 좋습니다. 수건은 지참하시거나 호스트분께 요청하여 1000원에 대여하실 수 있습니다.
• Mirror (10/5): 整體滿意 , 有屋企的感覺 - Owner十分友善 , 和藹可親 ^^ , 民宿外觀簡樸 , 有入鄉隨俗的Feel , 不過床墊就薄點 ^^
• Verified traveler (6/5): - It is really close to subway. It takes only 2-3 minutes to the station but there is no elevator at the station There is a lot of shops and restaurants in 5 mins walk. It is the area close to a university so a lot of students at night. I went there in autumn and lived in the shared room but dunno why there is a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I was bitten seriously. But the host is so kind to change the room for me. If you are just looking for a place to sleep for a few days and have limited budget, i think it is fine for you.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ok but needs improvement - It's at a very convenient location. I was ok even I carried 3 pieces of luggage. But the problem is you better call the manager whenever you have anything that needs to contact her. I was locked outside the hostel door for about 20 minutes when I arrived which freaked me out. But you can probably connect to their internet and use your skype to call the manager or it's hard to see her in the house.

• Wing Chi (10/5): Traditional Korean house with heated floor - I stayed at one person private room, spacious, clean and warm, I love the heated floor in traditional Korean house. I have no difficulties with share bathroom, it's pretty clean and big, and I never need to wait (it's off peak season) But last day when I want to shower before check out, hot water suddently not working. It's only happen once but am okay with that lol Location is perfect! It's just right next to Sinchon station, u can walk to some tourist attractions indeed Guesthouse owner is pretty nice and helpful. I recommend this house to those want some privacy of single travellers, who have something to do in seoul, or visit friends here, or just came for crazy shopping will be perfect.
• Ani (6/5): Very basic, friendly staff. - I had the only private room and stayed 3 nights. The room is smaller than the size of a double bed. It has no ventilation once you close the door. The window does not open and is covered with insulation, so no outside light. It has ondol heating. The room itself is in an independant building of its own, standing in an inner courtyard, where are situated other small constructions: dorm rooms, a basic kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms. Mosquitoes would enter the room as I went in and out. Other patrons were not so respectful of the quiet hours after 22::00 and the noise carries. The street is pretty quiet but the neighborhood lively with the University crowd, restaurants, cafés, shopping, Sinchon subway station. Overall, it felt a bit like camping, and I was quite at ease in my little nest.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - I had a very short trip 2 nights trip to Seoul and I was looking for a place to stay that was more on the budgeted side. ICOS guesthouse was very welcoming and convenient, not to mention kept me warm during the cold winter nights. I liked how it was specifically for women so it gave me a ressurance because I was by myself. I would stay again during my next visit to Seoul.

• Cindy (4/5): Disappointed - I had a single bedroom with the traditional futon mattress. The weather was madly cold (sub-zero degree), but the heated floor made it all nice and toasty in the room. However, it is one thing to have heated floor, but another to try sleeping on one. The thin futon mattress diffused the heat so poorly, you have to have keep turning and tossing or risk getting toasted! I could hardly sleep. The walls and door were so thin, I could hear everything that was going on around me. And there was this constant beeping from the security system, it irritated the hell out of me when I was already having a hard time trying to get to sleep on the extremely hot mattress.. The toilet and bath come together, and it is really spacious, a little too spacious for good because the heater will take forever to warm up the space and the water from the tap also took a while to heat up.
