The furniture and other fixture are poorly maintained . the bathrooms ,window panes, are dirty. The corners have cobwebs and dirt is showed under the bed, The management needs to work on the same to give their customers a better experience

We could not see a single mood swings ! Wow 👌 Chef “Santos” prepared our dinner with excellent taste! He was very particular to ask if we wanted something else or we would like to have our half board differently prepared. He was genuinely open minded to satisfy us ! Sushma from Darjeeling working as waitress was just a wow ! She was sooo professional and at the same time very private with without crossing her profession! This girl will go very far in her career! The waiter (do not remember his name unfortunately but he was from Varanasi was sooo helpful and nice to us. His boy like cuteness made us fall for this guy. He totally went out of his way to help us out ! The only thing we were disappointed with was the water system was very poor and needs huge maintenance. We complained every day and they fixed it temporary but after a couple of hours same problems. Another we were not satisfied with is the poor WiFi why I couldn’t work as planned. Even the staff had issues with poor WiFi that much so they hardly were able to charge our credit cards without trying over and over again.

There needs to be more attention to detail while cleaning the room and bathroom. Not worth the price paid.

- Shukla (6/5): Over all pleasant stay with family. - Breakfast was delicious and the staff was courteous. Over enjoyed food. Swimming pool was uncovered with lot of Pigeon Poo in the pool, the shower area was dirty with leftover cans therein, moreover it was a smoking area which my children did not like as they could not ask other guest not to smoke.
