- 645arlenel (10/5): Great value, this hotel has Onsen included with room! - We came to see the Takoro Gorge and stayed here 1 night. I was a little concerned about the quality of the hotel as we have never stayed here before and the price was so good. We were so pleased to find this is a quality hotel with great amenities, mostly the spa facilities with a soaking tub by the window in our suite, and of course the beautiful onsen facilities! We didn’t know this hotel was a Japanese onsen style hotel. The room had a raised floor where you can leave your shoes in the lower entryway. The private soaking tub and bath area was beautiful and functional, and very enjoyable. But the biggest surprise was the onsen! They had a complimentary onsen area, and it was so nice and hot. It also had a steam room and a dry sauna room! This place was awesome!! I was so pleasantly surprised at the good quality and amenities at this hotel, its good location and the great price we paid for the accommodations. Free parking underground for your car or in front for your motorcycle. If you are coming here to the area, I highly recommend this place.

- Shodai (8/5): - ビジネスホテル並みの料金だったので、正直あまり期待していなかったのですが、朝食がとても良かったです。ビュッフェ形式で品数も十分、味も美味しく、嬉しい驚きでした。 花蓮市への到着が遅れ、チェックインがかなり遅い時間になってしまいました。そのため夕食を取ろうとした際、周辺のレストランは8時〜9時頃に閉まるところが多く、選択肢がかなり限られていました。ただし、これはホテルの問題ではなく、私たちの事前調査が不十分だったためだと感じています。 ホテルには大浴場とサウナがあるようでしたが、営業時間が短めなので、チェックインが遅い方や、朝早くから行動したい方は特に注意が必要です。 また、フロントでコインランドリーの有無を尋ねたところ「ありません」と言われましたが、後から調べたところ地下にあるようでした。案内があればもっと助かると感じました。 部屋自体は清潔で広さも十分でしたが、外よりも湿度が高く、かなりムワっとした空気でした。エアコンで湿度を下げようとすると冷房をかなり低めに設定する必要があり、夜は寒くて少し寝苦しかったです。 Since the price was about the same as a typical business hotel, I didn’t expect too much, but the breakfast was excellent. It was a buffet with a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious — a pleasant surprise. We arrived late in Hualien City and checked in quite late. When we tried to get dinner, we found that many nearby restaurants closed around 8 to 9 PM, so our options were limited. However, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault — it was due to our lack of prior research. The hotel has a public bath and sauna, but the operating hours are relatively short. So if you plan to check in late or head out early in the morning, be sure to plan accordingly. I asked the front desk if there was a coin laundry, and was told there wasn’t — but later I found out there actually is one in the basement. Some signage or guidance would have been helpful. The room itself was clean and spacious, but the humidity inside was higher than outside and felt quite muggy. I tried using the air conditioner to lower the humidity,
- E6242NTvanessab (4/5): Unimpressed - The layout of the bathroom is strange. It is a deep bath but to close the blinds you have to walk into the bath. The shower is before you get to the bath which means if someone has had a shower before you bathe the floor is very slippery. Cold drinks were provided but no glasses to drink from. The room does not have a safe. We were with a tour group and on both evenings a set meal was provided. This was average. However, the second night they provided exactly the same meal. We asked to speak to the Restaurant Manager who was most unhelpful. There is not much choice for Western style breakfast. Really unimpressed by this hotel.

- Lucy (10/5): Spacious room, eclectic breakfast - The room was spacious and included a Japanese style sitting area. I appreciated how there were two luggage stands for our double bed room. The bed sheets were very nice! Breakfast was a little odd. There was only one type of cereal, in the ice cream section. There were breads and toast, but the only jam was Chinese plum jam and the only butter was truffle butter. I would characterize the cuisine as mostly Chinese and Malaysian (crab roe gua bao, crab wonton soup, and Kaya to go with the toast). There were also some Thai dishes.

- YUAN HSIN (6/5): 很棒的飯店，來花蓮的口袋名單。 - 1.印象最深的就是三溫暖裡烤箱的溫度比我去過的所有三溫暖還低，可能也因為環保吧，哈！所以烤箱裡面根本也沒有準備計時器、溫度計，畢竟溫度不高。 2.現場加購早餐一客要六百，用app訂房請務必記得先訂好早餐！餐點內容很豐盛，櫃檯接待很熱情，很不錯！印象最深的就是炸物偏多，印象中有炸棒棒腿、炸雞塊、炸脆薯條、炸卜肉、渣馬告排骨，最推薦和牛肉燥，淋在飯上、或是作成和牛豆花都特別好吃，主廚例湯也很鮮，務必要喝！另外有提供種類繁多的穀物堅果粉或脆片，這個請務必品嚐。如果要把這個餐廳的早餐餐點當成午餐的話，主菜可能要再加強一下，我吃了兩天，主菜都是炸馬告排骨、油蔥雞以及麻辣豬腳，要當成午餐吃的話，最起碼也要有現切牛排吧，現打果汁的選擇也不多，整體而言內容就是早餐，只是時間能夠跨越中午，可以睡很晚或者退房後再前往餐廳享用，時間帶很讚。 3.位置上還算不錯，對於喜歡散步的人真的不錯，走一小段約1公里就有松園別館、河濱公園，再遠一點有將軍府；往海邊走也很容易可以到達海岸步道可以眺望花蓮港。但是對於想要方便逛街購物的朋友就不太好，畢竟是個住宅區，走到購物區域大概也要30分鐘。 4.三溫暖上午時段很好，5:00-8:00，晨運完剛好可以紓解疲勞。但是晚上時段很差，最後進場只到21:30，和朋友聚餐聊天不小心就超過時間了，不是很體貼的安排。 5.三溫暖更衣室很陽春，只有三張椅子、一個吹風機、一瓶身體乳液、兩盒面紙，棉花棒、刮鬍刀、刮鬍泡、面膜、臉霜等等一概沒有。三溫暖裡面看起來很不錯，實際上普普通通，很可惜，小板凳只有三張、小臉盆三個，沒有進湯池前淋身體用的水瓢，尤其沖澡區域排水不是很好，弄得整個湯屋地上都是水，可惜了看起來不錯的地方。整個三溫暖最到位的就只有蒸氣室，溫度夠蒸氣也充足，但有時候得過5分鐘左右才補蒸氣；烤箱就算了，故意去泡冷水池之後立刻進烤箱也不覺得熱，可以說是我使用過最不熱的一個烤箱。 6.整體而言是值得再來的飯店，家人都很喜歡。

- Kouhei (8/5): - お部屋、朝食、スタッフのサービスはとても良かったですが一点だけ、大浴場のドライサウナの温度が低く、スチームサウナは排水のにおいが充満してとても入れませんでした。 この点以外はとても良かったのでまた機会があればまた宿泊したいです。 また所在地は中心地から少し離れており夜市などへはバスなどに乗る必要がありますが、本数が少なく若干不便さを感じましたがタクシーを使えばよいかと思います。

No any room upgrade even in weekday. i asked hotel staff, they told me they don't have any perk for us! Marriage anniversary celebration compensation is 1* orange, 1*apple and 1*kiwi only! they ruined our celebration. Don't go if you wanna celebrate your big day in this hotel. [Pro] breakfast is remarkable! SPA is okay, water/sauna/stream are all too LOW temperature. no lotion after shower. what the another joke.
- Sunny (10/5): - Nice clean hotel. Location bit far from city ; calling taxi takes time. Not a lot of dinning options around the hotel. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

- POLLY O (8/5): Check in staff require more training - The hotel and rooms were decent and good size. Check in staff definitely need more training. We had 5 bookings with single rooms or double. Other hotels usually just provide one name and they will pull all the bookings. I basically had to take over and organize our group into single rooms or shared so that front desk staff did not get confused.
