Neil (8/5): Very comfortable and relaxing stay - Lovely location with fantastic views of Juno’s Temple. Very good food and superb breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some wonderful local produce at both dinner and breakfast. Very nice room with terrace and plunge pool but shame it wasn’t heated. The eco stuff is a bit odd at times. We had the biggest pool towel I’ve ever seen but there were no bath towels (you are supposed to use the same towel) and the bathrobes were very small. Understand that’s it’s probably because of the remote location but very odd to be asked not to put paper down the toilet in a hotel at this price point!

Nicolas (9/5): Fantastisches Resort mit Traumausicht! - Super Zimmer mit hervorragender Ausstattung und fantastischer Aussicht. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch kulinarisch ein echtes Highlight: gutes Frühstück und ein köstliches Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant mit exzellentem Service. Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung! Das Früstück war zwar gut - aber nicht hervorragend. Hier hat das Doric m.E. noch am meisten Potenzial. Abstimmung beim Personal war noch nicht optimal und es enstand z.B. der Eindruck, dass der Koch zum ersten Mal ein Omelette zubereitet hat (lecker war es danach aber schon).

Très confortable, vue incroyable, services hautement qualitatifs (piscine, jacuzzi) et environnement très apaisant. Très bon et beau petit déjeuner. Staff au petit soin et flexibilité très appréciable (late check out). Un petit bémol sur le bruit généré par un groupe très bruyant (couvrant nos discussions à table). A magnificent experience. The hotel, already beautiful three years ago, has improved even further. Refined and elegant decor. Very comfortable, incredible view, top-quality amenities (pool, jacuzzi), and a very peaceful atmosphere. A delicious and beautifully presented breakfast. The staff was incredibly attentive and their flexibility (late check-out) was much appreciated. One minor drawback was the noise from a very loud group (which drowned out our conversations at the table).

Pioneer602344 (8/5): luxury hotel with a view - Beautiful setting, quite new hotel, heated pool, staff super-helpful, a lot of extra's in the room, very nice breakfast with freshly pressed orange juice, granita, possibility for freshly made eggs, etc. we took lunch on arrival in the restaurant: we had some high expectations, but were a little bit disappointed about the food. They overcharged us two items (25 euro too much). In an expensive five star hotel, we don't expect to be "voluntary" charged a percentage for the staff. This is in the restaurant and for the hotel. I think this doesn't suit a high class hotel. We gave something for the staff, but not the full amount they proposed.

Carla (10/5): This is a fantastic spot outside Agrigento - one night felt like a week to relax. - Private pool in the suite was great, with a view down to the sea. The room was comfortable size with all needed for two, and the food was great. The host who welcomed us Fabbiana was lovely as were all the staff. we waited a little bit of a time for dinner one night in busy restaurant, but minor. Everything else was perfect.

I love that the restaurant on sleep was exceptional. A swim-up bar in the pool was an added plus. I wish I would’ve booked more days at this property. Nothing!

iancr2025 (10/5): Enjoyable stay - My wife and I had a fantastic but all too short a stay ( 2 nights) at the Doric Eco in late October. The hotel and facilities were excellent ,the view over the Temple of Juno amazing and incredibly serene.The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was well stocked and delicious. We also used the pool and gym facilities which were both great. One small suggestion would be to provide water and towels in the gym as there were neither when we were there. However the best part of the stay were the staff. They were brilliant, so friendly ,enthusiastic and efficient . From Fabiana who received us and showed us around, to Massimo and his team in the restaurant, all staff here were great. Thanks for the hospitality.

269miamiv (10/5): Wonderful and quiet villa with a private pool. - Wonderful villa with a private pool next to the vineyard overlooking the temple at a distance. Absolutely quite. Great good and service. My husband and I spent 4 nights at the villa and had a chance to meet the owner. He is very hands-on. We had a minor issue with a private transport. He took care of the issue right on the spot. If we come back to Agrigento, we would stay at this place again.

Top La qualité de la nourriture du restaurant était bonne, mais vu que la nourriture en Sicile est excellente, c’était donc peu en deçà de ce qu’on peut manger dans un restaurant d’Agrigento. Il n’en demeure pas moins que c’était tout à fait convenable et que le personnel était vraiment très sympa.

thepadelranch (10/5): Relaxing Spa, great sleep with Gourmet eating at its best! - I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the grounds were beautiful and the view of the valley of the temple was amazing. I also ate at their wonderful restaurant and the chef out did himself with the tasting menu. It was outstanding. The only disappointment I had was the pool was very cold. There is no heater which in the summer months makes sense but by October it is cool. I would definitely come again and next time book a room with a private jacuzzi. 🤣

CoolRickSF (10/5): The View Of the Temple is awesome - We had a Villa suite with a pool. Which is needed in September as it gets warm in the afternoon. The room is fabulous. Breakfast & dinner are very very good. Service is excellent. You need to take a cab to go anywhere. We enjoyed the place and found everyone to be very helpful and friendly.

The private pool in our room sure was great and the views into the valley were spectacular. We ate two breakfasts, one lunch, and two dinners at the hotel and every morsel was delicious. The staff is very accomodating. This is a fantastic hotel, I couldn't recommend it more.

Set in a compelling and exquisite location overlooking ancient temples and featuring our own private plunge pool. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. My wife and I enjoyed three days in the Agrigento area and took advantage of all of the restaurant facilities at the hotel as well. Food and service was excellent. I would highly recommend this experience.

Location was ideal with a superb view of the temple from the room which had its own plunge pool. The spa area and treatments were also very nice! Highly recommended.

L’accoglienza è stata gentile e professionale, con un piacevole tour della struttura al nostro arrivo. Le camere sono curate e pulitissime. Ottimo per chi viaggia con bambini: ci hanno fatto trovare vari gadget dedicati e una culla davvero comoda. L’atmosfera è rilassante e il bar a bordo piscina è un tocco unico che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Colazione ricca e di qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. Consigliatissimo!

Chaque logement est éloigné des autres et la discrétion est assurée. La décoration est moderne et confortable. Le personnel est attentionné et assure un très bon service tout en restant discret.
