Muhammed (10/5): - Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Miracle Resort Hotel und waren für 2 Tage dort. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an der Spitze mit einer traumhaften Aussicht – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, egal ob Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen. Auch der Service war hervorragend – das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war einfach top und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen und können das Hotel jedem nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit.

Our room was spacious with a fantastic view of the resort and sea. The food available was varied and catered for everyone with choices from all over the world. The whole of Miracle Resort was exceptionally clean. From the pools to the rooms, everything was kept clean and tidy. The main entrance and foyer was stunning to look at and a great area to chill and relax in. I would not hesitate to book another stay at Miracle Resort Antalya again.

809grantj (10/5): Better than Nirvana Cosmopolitan - Great hotel. If you’re choosing between Miracle and Nirvana, book Miracle. We have now stayed at both, and everyone in my family agreed that Miracle was the better overall experience. We had a great time at Nirvana last October, but beyond the flashy lobby, the hotel itself really disappointed us. Once you get into the lifts and see the inner parts of the building, it starts to feel neglected. A lot of it looks brown, tired, and low quality. The internal windows also felt flimsy and unsafe. The walls at Nirvana were extremely thin too. We could hear every beat from the evening shows, not just from Nirvana but from Miracle and other nearby hotels as well. Miracle, by comparison, feels much more solid. It feels like a proper hotel. The building, layout, and views are better from almost every angle, and the rooms have much better sound insulation. Food: Nirvana may slightly edge it on quality, but Miracle wins for variety. The service setup at Miracle also worked much better for us. Grounds: Miracle wins easily. It has a much more tropical, polished holiday feel, and everything feels better finished. Sports and activities: Nirvana probably has the better facilities on paper, but Miracle was better in practice. There were more activities, and they were better organised. Beach: Volleyball was better at Miracle, although both hotels seem to mix together for some activities, so it is not a major deciding factor. Nirvana has the advantage of a proper restaurant on the beach, while Miracle’s beach area looks nicer and has two bars instead. We didn’t try the à la carte restaurants at Miracle, but the ones at Nirvana were very disappointing. After staying at Miracle, we wouldn’t book Nirvana again. Miracle was simply the better hotel for us. We may try Titanic next, but between Miracle and Nirvana, Miracle wins clearly.

Alisina (1/5): I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The kitchen staff lacked professionalism and proper customer service training. - The property’s location is convenient and very close to the airport. It is also only about a 15-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. However, one major downside is that the hotel does not offer a shuttle service to the airport or nearby attractions. Instead, their taxis charge between €10–€20 for rides that only take about five minutes. It would have been much better if the hotel provided a shuttle service for guests. Good WiFi and Good Turkish Bath . The staff who serve drink are excellent. Reception staff are friendly. I have been to Antalya multiple times and have stayed at several different hotels over the years. Unfortunately, this was my first and likely last time staying at this hotel, as our experience was very disappointing overall. The location of the hotel is convenient, but many other aspects of the stay did not meet expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Food: The food was often cold and lacked variety. It felt like the same meals were being repeated daily, only moved to different serving stations. By the time you walked back to your table, the food became even colder. The plates provided were also very small, making it difficult to carry multiple food items at once. Staff and Service: The kitchen staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. When asking for food, items often felt as though guests were being treated poorly rather than respectfully. Asking for an extra piece would result in rude looks or uncomfortable reactions. For an all-inclusive hotel, guests should not feel judged for requesting food. In the dining area, staff rarely cleared tables promptly. Empty plates would pile up for long periods unless guests removed them themselves. Seating near the buffet area filled up quickly, forcing guests to sit farther away while carrying multiple plates of already-cold food. Plates were very small and required getting 5 to 10 pleated for each meal . Snacks: Outside regular meal hours, snack options were extremely limited. Unlike many other resorts that offer proper snack bars throughout the day, this hotel only provided small amounts of dry popcorn and mixed nuts, which were not enjoyable. Pools and Facilities: During our stay, the pool water was extremely cold, so we were unable to enjoy the pools. Room Service and Housekeeping: Housekeeping was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly, sinks were left dirty, and basic toiletries like shampoo were not restocked consistently. Our bathtub remained clogged throughout the stay.

721raedq (2/5): Very bad choice - My stay at Miracle Resort Hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service was very poor from the moment we arrived. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful whenever we asked for assistance. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the food quality was far below what you would expect from a resort charging these prices. I also sent emails before arrival and never received any response. Definitely not worth the money.
Lizzy25262526 (10/5): Excellent customer service - We had a fantastic holiday plenty to do food excellent and entertainment staff where marvellous with we us and children Our last day the 13 year old dropped one of of her ear pods down elevator shaft we only had 45 minutes left for pick up transfer and when we told hotel staff what had happened they called maintenance man to come and close lift and go down in the lift shaft to retrieve the ear pods we had one happy teenager So a big thank you to all hotel staff for going above and beyond

Prekash (3/5): Mij zien ze nooit meer terug - De lobby is wel mooi Het begon al bij de slagboom. Ondanks het tonen van mijn voucher werd ik botweg tegengehouden. Het beveiligingspersoneel sprak geen woord Engels en toonde totaal geen bereidheid om te helpen. Pas na veel aandringen kreeg ik eindelijk de receptie aan de lijn en mocht ik – met veel moeite – het terrein op om in te checken. Hoewel het inchecken zelf vlot verliep, was de toon voor de rest van de vakantie al gezet. Faciliteiten en Hygiëne Het hotel is simpelweg bomvol. Het lijkt wel of ze de capaciteit niet aankunnen. Dit zie je overal in terug: • Service: Personeel loopt met de ziel onder de arm; van oprechte gastvrijheid is geen sprake. • Hygiëne: De toiletten in de algemene ruimtes waren ronduit smerig. In een resort van dit prijsniveau is dat onacceptabel. Het restaurant: Een rampenplan Het buffetrestaurant is een totale chaos. Het is een dagelijkse strijd om überhaupt een tafel te vinden. Heb je eenmaal een plek? Bereid je dan voor op: • Lange wachtrijen: Voor elk warm gerecht sta je minutenlang in de rij. • Kwaliteit: Het eten is simpelweg niet lekker en mist de verfijning die je in de omliggende luxe hotels wel vindt. • Drinken: Lange wachttijden voor een simpel glas water of fris. Conclusie: Miracle Hotel haalt bij lange na niet het niveau van de buren in Lara. Als je gewend bent aan de service van Delphin of Concorde, kom je hier van een koude kermis thuis. Voor mij was dit de eerste en direct de laatste keer. Mij zien ze hier nooit meer terug. ik ben bij Guest Relations geweest, maar die hebben nooit wat laten horen en hebben wij niet geholpen.

Roy (8/5): - Veel Nederlanders in plaats van die dronken Engelsen. Mooi uitzicht op zee Tijdens het diner was het een uitdaging om een geschikte eettafel te vinden. Eén van de drie liften was buiten gebruik, wat resulteerde in aanzienlijke wachttijden voor de overige liften, die bovendien vaak overvol waren. Het duurde soms enkele minuten om de gewenste verdieping te bereiken.

KARINE (6/5): - Concernant la nourriture, j'apprécie particulièrement les cloisons vitrées et le fait qu'il ne s'agisse pas d'un service en libre-service, pour des raisons d'hygiène, avec tellement de monde au restaurant, et pour éviter le gaspillage. Salle de fitness très agréable et bien équipée, avec sauna, hammam, bassin d'eau froide, casiers et toilettes à proximité . Service de relation clients à l’écoute et réactif. Salle de restaurant très grande et bruyante. Accès au sauna et hammam aux enfants, au spa, pas très relaxant. Activités sportives aléatoires ( water gym, morning gym) pas assez bien organisées, sans indication de lieu. Animations le soir toujours en extérieur, malgré la météo pas toujours clémente.

Service was top, even at the poolside. Special mention to Mehmet in Lobby Bar, Yakub in the entertainment team and all of the girls from the mini club.
sylvain (10/5): - Choix énorme au restaurant, produits de qualité, chambre spacieuse, resort très complet, emplacement idéal. Le choix de cocktails et de boissons comprise dans le all-in est excellent. Le vin servis au restaurant est de bonne qualité. Un lit king/queen size aurait été apprécié dans la chambre, matelas trop ferme a notre goût, mis a part ce détail nous sommes très satisfait de notre sejour et recommandons l'hôtel !
517zamanz (8/5): The room is new and beautiful, yes—but the gastronomy and service are not. - Food: There is food available, but you have to ask for everything individually—even for something as simple as a piece of bread. This is not the standard of a 5-star ultra all-inclusive hotel. The worst part, however, is the racial discrimination. Although I came from Europe, I am treated differently because of my appearance (not having light-colored eyes). Other guests receive better service, and even though taking food out of the restaurant is not allowed, if they want to take something, no one really stops them. There are good alcoholic drinks, but as mentioned, the way drinks are served also varies depending on the guest’s appearance. Overall, despite the relatively good facilities, I did not have a positive feeling about this hotel.
lindsey127 (10/5): A fantastic stay - We had a great stay here, found the rooms very spacious, we had a family room, we are a family of 3. We had a sea view room which was lovely! No problem getting sunbeds. Had to queue to get drinks most of the time at the pool bar but they are very fast and will fill up cold cups if you ask. We really enjoyed the food. The whole chefs serving it/putting it on your plate we really liked from a hygiene point of view. Great for allergies/intolerances, nothing is getting mixed up or the wrong spoon being put in the wrong bowl due to other guests so actually worked really well. A smile and a please and thank you go along way, I think unfortunately the staff as use to customers being quite demanding/rude to them, so give them a smile! Always got a seat in the restaurant no problem, we were a party of 8. Entertainment was a bit repetitive but the kids really enjoyed it! Very talented performers just a very similar thing on every night. You can go to the soft play with the kids if they don't want to stay on their own which was good, lots of paths to walk around the hotel. Shops etc just outside the hotel and probably about 25 mins drive to land of legends which is great.

We couldn't really use the large outdoor pool as it was too cold in early April, but we made the most of other facilities. Jacob on the entertainment team was brilliant, very friendly and made us feel most welcome.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the area was generally clean and safe for children. There were various activities available, which kept the kids entertained for some time. My children enjoyed parts of it, especially the creative activities.

Das Essen war allgemein sehr gut, es fehlt nur etwas an Personal - vorallem abends. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber die Spiegel etc. waren schon beim hereingehen am ersten Tag fleckig. Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt und das Personal war immer sehr nett und hilfreich. Der Pool ist sehr gross und für Kinder ist am Pool viel geboten wie grosse und kleine Rutschen.

Good place for families. 1. Professionalism of front desk, reception, is already a problem last 2 years. they almost cant speak in English + attitude is not really pleasant, could be much better. However, not all of them are same, there were some nice young employees who spoke well and helped us. Hotel needs to take action for this matter. 2. There were certain times when AC wasn't working in the room. AC is only working from 5 or 6 PM to 2.00 AM, that was terrible, you couldn't stay in the room normally to rest, it was too hot. when I called reception their answer was rude. 3. For the price that people are paying Bathrooms could be way much better. For this kind of hotel its not relevant. For example Lights, Bathroom equipment are really low level.

799farheena (10/5): Great place for a holiday , clean and tidy - I would say we were a bit apprehensive when we read a few reviews but to our delight those were all wrong. The place is huge, staff is brilliant , friendly and always supportive, place is super clean even the places which are used the most. Room are a bit dated but don’t mind that as they were clean and if you ask guest service and cleaning girls they will surely listen and follow what you asked for. A big shout out to all the life guards, they are doing an amazing job , I have never seen such attentive life guards who are always looking out for hazards or safety concerns and asking individuals to behave as well. Guest relation were very helpful as we wanted to swap our room due to some restricted view but they supported us . However we didn’t change it in end as we were only staying in room during night to sleep so what’s the point. Food was great, I like the serving thing as it reduces waste and keeps the counters clean. Icecream was available literally full day . Gym was nice but a bit small. Sauna , steam room all clean. Food was available literally 24/7 . Patisserie time could be extended if it is possible but not a showstopper was us. Indoor pool, clean and warm which was great. All in all great holiday. Location was ideal too so close to amenities and airport. The evening shows were great

We had to report another guest for shouting at us (two feamales together) this guest was threatening and intimidating because we didnt finish our food..guest relations did nothing and the threatening behaviour happened again ..him shouting again in dining room. The worst guest relations i ever came accross. We would not return.
samana921 (2/5): Don’t expect a 5-star hotel! - The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in is Miracle! It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel — not even close. The rooms are old, the chairs and furnitures are old and even look oily, while other hotels I’ve stayed at in this region were very clean. The restaurant, bars, and other facilities don’t meet any 5-star standards. Most of bartenders are not professional at all, and they clearly haven’t been trained to behave like proper hotel staff. The housekeeping department doesn’t clean the rooms carefully either; there’s always something wrong or missed during cleaning. And the worst part was the guest relations section — they took no responsibility for guest requests. I saw many people complaining about this every day, yet no one seemed to receive any positive response. The only positive point was meeting our friend Edip, who was temporarily managing one of the bars. We had first met him at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan Hotel, where he used to work. On our last night, he did his best to create some memorable moments for us — but sadly, we met him too late.

Avoid if you expect a 5 star boutique hotel This hotel is big at 900 rooms so the restaurant is not a tranquil place to dine but the food is plenty full and varied and tasty served from behind counters. There are separate restaurants. Beach bar with fruit corner. We booked through Jet2 and found the whole trip value for money.

When we arrived to our room there was no interconnecting bedroom my husband went back downstairs to reception we had a bed made up in the room as we had already been upgraded. The balconies were huge overlooking the pools/sea view there was 2 sun loungers table 4 chairs. In the bedroom a super super large bed we had 2 bathrooms with all toiletries you could think of.. The maids were very welcoming they knocked a few times and left us to have a few lies in when the maids had been they had changed towels/bed sheets. The food snack bars were also quite good with lots of variety The guest relations were also very helpful. All staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful
lovetotravel19862015 (10/5): Great Holiday - Visited for 6 nights with my wife, 2 children aged 5 and 2 as well as their grandma. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Stayed during Oct half term and were concerned about the pool temperatures. The main pools were too cold for the kids but fortunately the resort had an outdoor heated pool and an indoor pool open during our stay. The kids enjoyed all the pool time as a result. We had a joining family room which was perfect for us. Very spacious rooms and lovely balcony. We have stayed in other resorts on Lara beach and this is the first one where the food is served at the buffet. Personally i preferred this as it seemed more hygienic, less chaotic and also less waste. We enjoyed the food and didn't get bored of the options. The staff were also very pleasant throughout. Kids club was good but felt it was small in comparison to other resorts we have stayed at. Overall we are very happy with our stay and would recommend this resort to others.

amqx (10/5): Lovely stay - We had a lovely stay at the Miracle resort in October. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The restaurant was busy (to be expected) and service could be slow around drinks/setting up tables but nothing that caused us any issues. The lunch options for food by the pool were great - quick and easy food for a break between swimming. We found the majority of staff to be helpful - a special mention to Yasmin the lifeguard, she was so lovely and really made my daughter's holiday as she was so fantastic.

weznic (2/5): Extremely loud music from next door hotel - Do not come hear unless you want to hear the most outrageous banging noise (allegedly music) from morning all the way through the day, night and into the early hours. There are no lyrics just pounding that makes your head hurt and ears throb! My daughter djs so we are used to and enjoy loud music but this is not music it is just noise that even my teenagers could not stand. The Miracle resort hotel is lovely but this noise comes from the next door hotel and absolutely ruins the experience at the Miracle resort and even on the beach it bangs loudly all day. I feel so sorry for the families here with little ones as I am not exaggerating when I say you can tell it is damaging your ears. I am no Karen and can put up with a lot but seriously trust me on this one and don't book unless you want to hear this noise. Sorry to the miracle but you should not be allowing this. More

LoneStarrUK (6/5): Nowhere near a 5* experience - Nowhere near a 5* level of service. There are glimmers of what it could be like, but it's generally lacking in the front of house due to very low staffing levels. Almost no table service for food or drinks, and queues aplenty wherever you go. It's difficult to see the food on offer in the main canteen, and then you get given what they choose to give you. Due to this, I personally avoided anything with meat as it was really low quality. It also needs to revert to the self-service system to improve the flow and flexibility. Food and drink seems to be cheap and lacking on taste and portion size (small plates are the standard in the main canteen). Anything slightly less chaotic incurs a €20 per person surcharge, including the alternative breakfast room (which is ironically the same food as the canteen). Other food outlets are basic - pizza, jacket potatoes, burgers - aimed at kids. Drinks require queueing everywhere. We booked a superior room, but were "upgraded" to a standard room on arrival. We had to resolve this with the travel rep to get back to the room we booked. Almost no information provided on check-in, such as the locations of the eateries or opening times. Again, you get the impression that it's all kept to a bare minimum to comply with the "all inclusive" criteria. Speaking of which, there are so many paid extras, that it can't possibly meet their own claims of an "ultra all inclusive" hotel. My recommendations for the hotel would be to provide table service at the bars (at least) and increase the staffing levels so queues are reduced. Secondly, there needs to be additional main meal options other than the over-capacity canteen. Neighbouring hotels have inclusive options for table-service meals, which incur a €20 surcharge at Miracle. The new accommodation wing has exacerbated the overcrowding in the main canteen and it's only tolerable at then end of the service times. There also needs to be more attention to the basics - broken glass is left on the canteen floor (covered by a chair) and discarded pizza slices litter the paths. The front of house staff seem to try their best, and you can see they are well intentioned but totally run ragged. The main hotel seems dated - we had a problem with a broken sink plug (which stuck with a sinkful of dirty water) and the beds are tired and uncomfortable. The newer block seems like a completely different hotel. To summarise and reiterate, this hotel could be so much better with more emphasis on the overall service delivery. If you claim to be 5* ultra all inclusive, then you should try to provide that level of service and not try to cut back and economise to the point where it would even be embarrassing if it were a 3* hotel (we've stayed in much nicer 3* hotels this year).

The food was really bad, and I spent an entire day vomiting and feeling extremely sick . I was almost at the point of going to the hospital. There was also a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drainage. When I reported it, I was told to keep the bathroom door open all the time, which was not an acceptable solution. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The large pool smells of urine and has loose edge tiles and the bottom of the pool is unclean and full of sand. The mackerel (grilled fish) is disgusting plus expired cooked and given to customers. We had ants in the room and stained linen. If it's a friend's birthday, be careful that you have to pay for a cake. The a la carte restaurants are only paid. The elevators are always full and not the front. The seea beach is beautiful

The location is perfect – just 15 minutes from the airport – and the beach is beautiful. The swimming pools were great, and the kids’ areas were perfect for our 3-year-old. A special highlight for us was Ekaterina and her yoga sessions – my mom, her friend, and I went every day and loved the calm and energy she brought. She made the experience even more special without overdoing it.

Food is good, buffet restaurant can be a bit chaotic but queue time isn’t bad at the serving stations. All food is served to you, just point to what you want and can say you want more on the plate if you want. Most of the food is great quality, however the desserts look lovely however all taste almost the same and have the same jelly-like centre. They have a good ice cream station. Pool side food includes cafe type areas- baked potato stall, pizzas stall , burger/chicken and ice cream. Pool side bar is good. Also a little area near beach that do nice sweet and savoury crepes. Fresh fruit served at 3pm at beach bar. Main pool is huge and allow inflatables. Slides are good but age restriction on the 2 biggest tube slides. Slightly warmer smaller pool, indoor pool is freezing. Beach is brilliant, including water sports. Nighttime entertainment is good but day time entertainment almost non existent in the pool. Programme said water polo daily, we sat by the pool every day and never seen it played, and entertainment team look like they hope everyone says no when asked guest if they want to join, they just announce it quickly Over the mic, can barely make it out, and make no effort for any pool games to take place. But the team is actually friendly, just look Like they hope you say no to the games. Take euros not lira, they all prefer euros. Rooms are spacious and clean- we were in newly built area.

We have just got back from a weeks stay at Miracle, myself, Husband and 2 children (1 and 6) This is our second time staying here. The 1st time was amazing, but after reading some recent reviews I was very worried about coming. Sickness, not clean, rude staff, the list went on. But we had no choice but to come or we would of lost alot of money. Anyway, I am so pleased we decided to still come for our Holiday. Everything was just as amazing as the 1st time we visited. Food good, lots of choice. I love that it's not self service, I think this is more hygienic. Rooms cleaned every day, even disinfected one day. Hotel constantly getting cleaned, from pools, around the pools, toilets, reception, everywhere. Spotless. And the mew part of the Hotel really is stunning. And such a relaxing new pool area. We as a family had no complaints. Our 1year old did get poorly on the 2nd day with hand foot and mouth (he could of got this anywhere and no fault of the hotel) the doctor was amazing, saw us straight away and within 2days my little one was back to his self. The hotel then left a get well note and some fruit in our room which I thought was a really nice touch. The day time Food courts are our favourite especially our 6year old sons. Chicken and chips. Burgers, pizzas, jacket spuds with amazing toppings and ice cream. Perfect. As for rude staff. We didn't experience this. But the hours they work what do you expect? I wouldnt be greeting people with a smile either🤣 But all staff was friendly, constantly giving us milk for our 1year old, or filling the bottle for us, even washing it out before filling it back up. Sometimes i think guests also forget the language barrier, which may come across as rude, but it's far from it. The staff alsp love kids and are just great with the. Always acknowledging children, high fives ect. The only few things I can say that would make it that extra bit special would be waffles or crepes during the day for children (we've had this in a few hotels on lara beach before and kids love them) Also chicken nuggets/ chicke strips/ something added to the childrems buffet on a night would be great. Other then that I can't say we have any complaints. Go and review it yourself, i am a very very picky person when it comes to Holidays and Hotels. If i dont like one tiny detail of the Room/ the way the hotel looks ect, its ruled out. But this hotel really is beautiful. So much for children. Amazing for families, and adults. crumbma (10/5): Amazing - Have just returned from a 10 night stay. From reading some of the reviews I was abit nervous about coming but I shouldn't have been. The hotel is the best I have ever stayed in! Rooms were spotless,cleaned daily, along with bed changes and towels changed daily. We had an interconnecting family room and like I say the rooms were spotless daily no faults there. Food was delicious, something different to choose from daily. Dining room obviously gets very busy at meals time but the restaurant staff do there best. If you get a chance visit the a la carte Mexican restaurant, this was amazing only thing I felt that an additional 20 euro pp is abit much. Pool areas were kept clean, didn't struggle to get sun bed. Yes if you wanted to get a particular spot you needed to be down for about 8am. Entertainment not very well explained where things were on . Servers at the bars were brilliant special mention to hahmet who worked evenings down at the pool bar area, nothing was too much trouble Overall we had an excellent stay and will definitely be returning next year.

209peymanm (2/5): Unpleasant stay at Miracle resorts - My Experience at Miracle Resort Hotel I had a very disappointing experience at the Miracle Resort Hotel and would like to share it with you. From the very beginning, the lack of proper hospitality and responsibility was obvious. No one was available to welcome guests or provide information about the hotel facilities and accommodation options. When I first entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the old and outdated cushions and beds. The bathrooms also looked extremely worn out—more like ancient public toilets than those of a modern hotel. And the safe box—what a joke! It was the smallest safe I have ever seen, barely large enough to fit a passport, let alone a simple MacBook. The quality and variety of food were also very disappointing. After two nights, I was completely tired of the limited options, and my appetite disappeared. There were no lamb skewers, grilled beef, or any freshly barbecued dishes. Cleanliness was another major issue. Plates and cups were often dirty, which is alarming considering the hotel accommodates over 3,000 guests at a time—an open invitation for contamination. The worst part of my stay, however, was the bar service. The bartenders had no idea how to make cocktails properly. No shaking, no presentation—just pouring ingredients into a glass and calling it a cocktail. Guest relations, which is supposed to be one of the strongest departments in any 5-star hotel, was completely disappointing here. Ms. Farimah, one of the guest relations officers, simply listened to complaints without offering any solutions. She even laughed and said, “That’s your problem.” The only positive aspect of my stay was Mr. Edip, the bar manager, who was genuinely professional, kind, and welcoming. In conclusion: Don’t waste your time or money at this hotel. It does not deserve its 5-star rating.
