• Joyce (9/5): Between the cozy layout and the wonderful, welcoming staff, staying here felt like a home away from home. The weather du - Staff are super friendly & helpful. Special thanks to Aprilia and Astika for the warm greetings and timely help during my stay. Breakfast place is in the open air and they serve excellent food. Surprised that the showerhead in the bathroom is not flexible. Other than that, the amenity remains in good condition and the room is quite spacious.

Super čistý velký bazén, každé ráno jsem hezky si zaplaval, je tam také fitness, personál byl skvělý, všude velká čistota a zkratka nemáme co vytknout. Lokalita taky fajn, v podstatě 10 min. plážiI a po cestě mnoho lokálních restaurací, a hned vedle hotelu super masáže Leha Leha ;) doporučuji X

The swimming pool, housekeeping, food and breakfast buffet were all great. We arrived late for check-in and the staff welcomed us warmly which we appreciated after a long journey. They also kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out with positive vibes and smiles. Special thanks to Aprilia, Putri, Ketut and Adi for being friendly and helpful during our stay. We also had a couple spa session at Chakra Spa inside the hotel which was awesome and relaxing. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a great start to our Bali trip 😁🌊 Nothing major to complain about honestly. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

• 707shahanag (10/5): Amazing Stay Experience - We had a wonderful stay at Takshashila Resort Hotel. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious with so many great options, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment here. The hotel also has a cozy little gym which we used during our stay, and it was really nice to have that facility. The location is great as well, very close to the beach, which made everything even better. A special thank you to Astika, Eka, Putri, Fati, and so many more wonderful staff members who were always on their toes to help us with everything. The hospitality here is truly exceptional and made our stay even more memorable. Loved the hospitality, loved Bali, and would definitely love to come back again.

Food was reasonably priced to say it was the hotels restaurant Verbally and physically assaulted and touched in the reception foyer by a food delivery woman. I asked the staff for them to stop her shouting in my face and swearing. It wasn’t the staffs fault but I think something should have been done before she put her hands on me

• Lalen (8/5): It was overall good except the leaking issue.. - The staff when we checked is nice and polite. Very peaceful surrounding. My son loves the pool where you can play basketball. They also provided water toys for little ones. Got an art activity in the afternoon near the pool area . Live music at the pool area at night . I love the little gym too . Aircon is leaking, reported and got fixed but still leaking for the rest of our stay. Bathroom roof is leaking as well when you shower .

On the third night, water was dripping from the ceiling and the floor was wet. Staff are very efficient and managed to rectify and fix it on the spot.

They treat you with a 5 star service and especially Mrs. Antari is the best and so sweet every morning during breakfast. They have great breakfast, services for the guest of any kinds and tours to visit so many destinations. We booked the Tanah Lot sunset tour, the driver, Dewa was really an expert driving. Perfect tour guy always able to drive secure and with confidence especially because the streets in Bali are tight and not always in good conditions. Bravo!

Staff were superb, very friendly and accommodating. Pool area chilled. Just the right sized place for guests without being overwhelmed. Breakfast lots of great choices with egg station. Very happy with my stay, would do so again and recommend. Also a more chilled vibe in terms of location.

The location was great with many fantastic warungs nearby and at least 3 decent marts and chemists within 5 min walk made the supply runs and night walks for treats for kids a breeze The shower head needs nozzles cleaned or replaced as it sprays all over the place and leaks from the join not giving you a very satisfying shower. The aircon unit drips water in the tiles after a few days. Probably after condensation builds up. Pillows were a bit too big.

The service was incredible, everyone was so friendly and lovely towards my daughter. The buffet breakfast was good every morning. The Nasi Campur was a favourite of ours and we opted to eat at the hotel restaurant a few times on our stay. The location was perfect for us staying just outside but close enough to walk to the beach, markets and different restaurants. Will definitely come back!

The Taksu Sanur Hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very well located, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice balcony to relax. The pool area was quiet and surrounded by greenery, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, the hotel offers great value and a very relaxing atmosphere. 🌴☀️ Our tour guide, Dewa, truly made our trip even more special. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about Bali. He helped us plan our itinerary based on our interests and showed us beautiful places, including some hidden spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. His driving was safe and comfortable, and he was always punctual and organized. Dewa was also very kind and patient, especially traveling with children, making sure everyone was enjoying the experience. We felt very well taken care of during the entire tour. We highly recommend both Taksu Sanur Hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and Dewa as an excellent tour guide. Together, they made our Bali trip unforgettable, and we would definitely choose them again on our next visit. 😊

• pamelasmith15828 (10/5): Unexpected but enjoyable stay at the Taksu Sanur due to extended holiday in Bali - We had an unexpected stay at the Taksu Sanur as our flights via Doha had been cancelled and our original hotel was full for the 5 extra nights we had to stay. Our stay at the Taksu Sanur was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was really spacious although we had no balcony but we weren't complaining due to our situation. There was a lovely pool, although there was very much a culture of towels on the beds at 8.00, without anybody being on the bed for hours. The location was good as we could use the beach club facilities a short distance away and walk into Sanur, a walk of about 30 minutes. The breakfast was good but as we were worried about when we would be a getting a flight home we didn't really have any appetite. We also enjoyed sitting at the bar with a welcome cocktail. The staff were lovely.

From the front desk with Sri, Yoga, Fati, Mirah and Kerr who treated us like family coming home to the restaurant with Atari, April, Putri, Winarta, Astika, Winarta, Adi, Wiguna and all the trainees. Breakfast was great with a good egg station. The rooms are so nice and the shower pressure better than what we have at home. It has a great pool and the atmosphere with all the friendly staff was amazing. Close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. If you are like us who have been to Bali numerous times and never stayed in Sanur, do yourself a favour and consider this wonderful little hotel

• 623juliannec (8/5): Lovely Oasis and good value - We were initially a little puzzled when the Taksu Hotel in Sanur listed “beach access,” as the property itself isn’t directly on the waterfront. It turns out they have a private section of beach about a nine‑minute walk away, shared with a few nearby hotels. Visiting in late March 2026, we found it quiet and very pleasant — just a handful of other guests, perhaps eight people in total. Very good prices. The staff are family to us, so attentive and happy to always look after miss mandi and miss robyn.the pool is perfect and a good generous size. • Colleen (10/5): 11 out of ten and can’t wait to go back - This little gem was our first visit to Sanur. If I could give them a 11 out of 10 I would. From the front desk with Sri, Yoga, Fati, Mirah and Kerr who treated us like family coming home to the restaurant with Atari, April, Putri, Winarta, Astika, Winarta,Adi, Wiguna and all the trainees Breakfast was great with a good egg station. The rooms are so nice and the shower pressure was better than we have at home. It has a great pool a the atmosphere with all the friendly staff was amazing. Close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. If you are like us who have been to Bali numerous times and never stayed at Sanur do yourself a favour , and consider the wonderful little hotel Nothing

• mazz312 (10/5): A little reprieve from the hustle and bustle. - Very much enjoyed our stay at Taksu Sanur. We found the location very suitable for us. Easy access to many different restaurants and we certainly tried a few. There were many wonderful restaurants close by. Our room was spacious and clean. The noise levels were not too bad. No late night excessive noise . The staff in all areas were more than accommodating. The reception staff were very helpful with any issues we had. We were always greeted with a gracious smile and welcome. Possibly our only issue and this is not just at Taksu was people smoking at food table while we were eating. Overall our stay was very good and definitely would recommend to other travellers and would return here again.

Very generous room size with all the necessary extras such as kettle, tea and coffee, room safe etc. Bathroom had a walk-in shower plus separate bath and large selection of bathroom accessories. Large bed but a little hard with good pillows. Wonderful full buffet breakfast was included in the price. Lovely accommodating staff always on hand to help and answer questions when required. We have stayed in several hotels in Sanur over the years and can definitely recommend this one

Единственное что не очень понравилось это номера немного грязные или просто старые уже, скорее 3 звезды, не 4. И то что на ресепшене не сказали что у отеля есть на пляже свои лежаки (платные), но мы не знали и ходили на другой пляж который хуже и платили за другие лежаки. Узнали случайно в последний день. Жалко что никто не сказал.

• Intanchabanel (10/5): Relaxing stay with friendly staff - We booked this hotel for a 2-night relaxing stay and overall had a lovely experience. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality was excellent and they really made us feel comfortable during our stay. The pool is very nice and the room was comfortable with everything we needed. The hairdryer was good and the room facilities were convenient. Breakfast had a lot of choices, both Asian and Western options. I also ordered an iced latte (35k) which was very good. One night we ordered room service from the restaurant. I had a burger and my husband had a sandwich, and both were good. The only small downside was the scooter parking. We arrived by scooter and the parking space is a bit limited, and there was no staff to assist, so it was a little difficult to park while handling a baby and our bags. I also asked for a late checkout because my baby was napping, and the staff kindly allowed us to check out at 12:45. That small gesture meant a lot to us. Thank you for the great hospitality, we will definitely come back.
