- Elvleila (9/5): Belle découverte - L’accueil était super!! Nous avons été super bien accueillis et conseillés tout au long de notre séjour. Nous sommes tout près de la vieille ville et de toute l’animation. 10/15 «mn à pied c’est parfait. À côté du seven eleven.. L’attention pour nous proposer des petits déjeuners à emporter lors de nos sorties adaptés car moi je suis un peu compliqué.. La piscine n’est pas exposé plein soleil, mais elle est agréable quand même.

- Amiera (8/5): Goed hotel en goedelocatie alleen had ik wel last van de hanen - Mooie schone kamers. Goede locatie en fietsen om te lenen wat heel fijn is. Oude stad op loopafstand. Aardig personeel. Lekker ontbijt! Hanen in de buurt van het hotel die al ‘s nachts beginnen met kraaien waardoor ik niet goed sliep. Personeel had wel al oordopjes voor ons klaar gezet wat heel attent is.

- Teo (9/5): - Staff friendliness and responsiveness, the design of the hotel, rooms etc., very comfy beds, convenience of being close to the center but in a quiet neighborhood, the nice touches in the room and the customer experience - i.e. white noise devices, the tea table set and tatami, option for ice bath etc. The breakfast was OK but quite simple. The rooms have AC but the bathrooms have netted windows that can't be closed. We were there during the highest levels of air pollution in Chiang Mai and it was sometimes felt in the rooms.

We got a free upgrade because the room was available which is was really great! 10/10 good value for money. The room was a bit warm and took some time to cool down when you turn on the aircon. Maybe it's because of the high ceiling (which makes the room look very nice though).

Das Personal war sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und beantwortet auch alle Fragen wenn man welche hat. Es gibt ein kleines Frühstück und dazu noch eine Karte wo man zb. Omelett oder noch etwas anderes bestellen möchte. Zimmer war sehr gut gewesen. Gibt nichts.

Located in a quiet neighborhood where you can see local everyday life happening but still a few minutes walk from the center of the city. - Sonja (10/5): Klein und Fein - Kleines aber dennoch sehr schönes Hotel. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gab freigetränke von 14:30 bis 17:30 und freies Bier von 16 bis 17:30. Das Wasser vom Pool war leider etwas kalt aber hatte dennoch eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre.

Pia had some activities for the kids. Pia and Kanda was also very knowledgable as to how to get around and what to do efficiently. 24hrs assistance. Nothing to dislike.

Les chambres sont en parfait état, néanmoins il est vrai que les coqs voisins sont un peu bruyants le matin. Les verres gratuits sont très appréciables en fin d’après-midi. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil ! La piscine est en effet de petite taille, assez froide et de couleur très verte (très différent des photos). Le petit déjeuner est standard, rien d’exceptionnel

We had to travel during the worst air pollution period due to work assignments (yearly burning season with toxic levels of fine dust in the air) and were shocked the bathrooms don't have windows (only mosquito nets). We had to inhale the polluted air while sleeping. Dangerous levels of pollutions are a regular, yearly event and last for months so it is really not understandable why the hotel does not at least try to reduce the levels of pollutions inside the rooms. The water in the pool was murky as if it has not been filtered for ages...

- Jonah (9/5): Very much enjoyed the place. The area is very real and has significant character. - loved the staff and their clear and helpful attention to all that needed to be done. I had to come to Chaing Mai to retrieve my 90 year old mother who was having significant issues with adjustment after the long flight. The hotel staff were kind and generous to my mother. She would go to the front desk and ask questions and they always took time to engage with her. The pool was fine, but it was a little hard to get in and out of, especially for my very aged mother. I don't think anywhere is neccessarily great for someone of advanced age to pop in and out of a pool- a pool ladder might have been useful.

- Amelie (8/5): Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen jederzeit offen. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der Pool war leider sehr verschmutzt und wir haben uns nicht getraut ihn zu benutzen.

- Fiona Dragstra (9/5): - Great hotel right outside of Chiang Mais old town. Lovely friendly staff that helped us arrange a private tour to Chiang Rai for a fraction of the other tour prices. The complementary happy hour is a nice add on and gives a good vibe during the afternoon heat. The pool is great and super refreshing, soft beds, good eggs for breakfast. You can also take their bikes for a nice bike ride around the city for free! Would definitely recommend this. Nothing :)

- Henry (10/5): Spacious, Welcoming Chiang Mai Stay with Great Location and Thoughtful Staff - This was a perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai, very well located to either walk if you like the heat, or Grab/tuk-tuk everywhere else. The room was perfect for us - really big and enough furniture and space to feel very comfortable. You have to do a bit of parkour to get into the shower/bath, but otherwise a perfect stay. Very helpful staff - they even provided a handwritten card for our honeymoon and made extra special effort to make us welcome. Bed wasn't massive but very comfortable indeed. Highly recommend staying in the Oriental Suite on the top floor! .

- Bethany (10/5): Amazing and will be back - The whole hotel, welcoming kind staff, the decor, the free 4-5:30 booze! Everything was super homely and amazing. Staff were super helpful and made some excellent dinner recommendations, sorted a driver out for us etc etc Anytime we needed anything they were wonderful! Breakfast was good - could maybe have a few more options without egg! And a daily free milk would be amazing! But aside that was all excellent! Loved the fresh smoothie machine! - Yulia (9/5): Wonderful cozy place right next to the City Centre: explore & relax! - Location: tucked in the quiet streets, but close to the Old City. And wonderful village-like vibe thanks to the morning roosters). Room was spacious, bright and clean, with all the needed and extra amenities and nice touches. Wonderful interior! Comfortable firm bed. Staff is very helpful and friendly! Ready to help you with everything really. Lounge and pools area is lovely and pleasant whether you need to wait or want to chill with a change of scenery. Absolutely love that wooden Lan Na inspired interiors. Breakfast is great! Might look not that rich at a first glance, but actually has everything you might wish for: fresh fruits, pastries with butter and jam, coffee and tea, juices, water, choice of local dishes and western style eggs from the menu with some bacon, etc.. The bar is pretty good for cocktails. It is a shame though it is a bit deserted. Hope it will stay there next time I visit. Lovely touch with life music performances during the day! Generally the place is very cosy. One thing that was not like expected is the size of the swimming pool. The photo is quite misleading). The pool is smaller then it looks, maybe 5-7m long. Still very refreshing and of a good depth, I have enjoyed it, but in case you need to make your half-km swim in the morning the length might count. And the second issue I've had was the matte window in the room, over the entry door. I cannot be curtained anyhow and the light in the corridor is on all night, what creates a bit of extra light in the room at night. Maybe you can put some curtain over it, pls.

- Sandra (8/5): We had a good stay, staff is great, I would stay there again and definitely recommend to others! - Staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgable. Spoke good English to communicate well. We mainly dealt with “Ice”, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of egg dishes, French toast, fresh fruit and juice, breads and coffee. They had a lovely “happy hour” each day with an assortment of free alcohol and cracker snacks in the afternoon. We were in the family room with 2 king beds. There is an elevator in the hotel, but our room was on the other side of the hotel and we had to walk up about 10 stairs to get there (Not difficult at all). The room and bathroom were clean. Free water in glass bottles were also provided each day. There was a mini fridge in the room. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were great. The A/C also worked very well, we actually had to turn it up a bit because it good too cold. Also a lovely touch to provide slippers/sandals for inside the room to keep it cleaner, rather than using outside shoes. There aren’t enough hooks to hang up towels. (I don’t like to hang up near the toilet. There wasn’t a lot of bathroom counter space and there were no luggage racks for our bags, so we had to put them on the floor. Not the end of the world… but we’re older and would like them up off the ground.

Pool small but sufficient for a relaxing bath. Good Information about all events, epecially the night markets . where and when. The bed was to soft.
- wendycheung99 (9/5): cozy stay just around the corner of the old town - i like the vibe of the hotel, it's like an old thai house filled with ancient home decor. it's small but it's really cozy and the breakfast was simple but nice as well. they also provide universal plugs so it comes in handy when you need to charge your phone or use your own stuff. staff are very friendly as well. and the bar serves great cocktail. the water drains a bit slowly at the bathroom. and the hdmi plus wasn't working

Das Frühstück war super, der Pool sauber, generell alles gepflegt und ordentlich. Wasser for free, nachmittags Snacks und Softdrinks und Bier gratis und ich könnte noch lange mehr auszählen, was an dieser Unterkunft toll ist. Absolut empfehlenswert! Nichts

- Lea (9/5): Die Lage dieses Hotels ist super, man ist zu Fuss in 10min in der Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Räume - Alles: Personal, Zimmer, Ausstattung und ultra bequemes Bett. Pool etwas ausgestellt beim Eingangsbereich, was nicht so einlädt. Auch eher klein gehalten mit ca. 6 Liegestühlen, aber dafür schön.

- Renee (7/5): Super leuk hotel met een paar verbeterpuntjes. - Het was er rustig, schoon, sfeer was relaxed, aardige mensen, bedden lagen ook top! Ook super gastvrij dat je op bepaalde uren gratis drankjes en snackjes kunt pakken. Het ziet er ook heel erg leuk uit! Stekkers bleven niet in het stopcontact zitten, airco is oud en blaast direct op het bed - daardoor slecht geslapen terwijl de bedden wel goed waren. Fitness is heel erg klein en gelijk bij het ontbijt. Dus als je in de ochtend gaat sporten kijkt iedereen mee haha!

Nous étions situés au sud d’un bar qui reste assez tard avec de la musique. Assez forte surtout samedi soir. Beaucoup de bruit de climatisation aléatoirement dans la nuit. Un manque cruel de rangement, surtout pour une chambre familiale. Une électricité un petit peu vétuste et un manque de prise. Cette pièce n’est pas adaptée à une famille. Nous étions quatre. Pas de fer, ni de planches à repasser, même en essayant de passer par l’accueil.
