La ubicación de noche es muy conveniente, pero de día no es tan cómoda. No está cerca de la ciudad antigua, y tampoco hay mucha restauración a parte de dos pubs ingleses. No tiene ascensor.

Łóżka wygodne, łazienka czysta i wszystko działające. Personel miły i uśmiechnięty, pomocny. Koniecznie jeżeli chcesz przespać noc weź ze sobą koreczki do uszu, ze względu na bliskość nocnych marketów jest głośno. Więc koreczki to taki must have. Jedynie dodał bym jeszcze jakaś szafkę lub wymienił szafę, aby przy dłuższym pobycie można się było bez problemu rozpakować 🙂

• Bart (9/5): - Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is somewhat spartiate but everything works as you expect it to work. Given the price of the room, we accept this. If ever we return to Chiang Mai, we will certainly book here again.

• Amira (7/5): - Pros: Central location, although some people might argue because of the closeness to the night market. Yes, it was noisy one night. I couldn't sleep well. The rest of the nights were okay, but if you are prone to sleep early, it might be a bit of a challenge.  The bed was comfortable for me. I did not have any problems with that.  They offered two free small bottles of water everyday  Generally the young guys at the reception wear polite and courteous  They have a very nice seating area in the lobby of the facility  They offer free coffee and hot water almost all the time  The Wi-Fi got disconnected but they restarted the router when I complained and the problem was fixed. Sometimes you will have some disconnections but not so often Cons,: The toilet is an absolute disaster. As you can see I always used toilet seats  The bum gun was not clea, Was half Rusty. It was not  comfortable at all to use it.  The main two windows on the corridor did not open so it was very difficult to have proper ventilation to the room. There is a window at the back. I would just open that just to get some fresh air into the room.  If it wasn't for the disastrous bathroom, I would stay there again.

• Rebecca (5/5): Durable - It’s quiet and in a reasonable area. Worth what you pay for it. Is a motel nearly and the facilities were fine for the night stay.
• Violetta (6/5): Tiny pond with depressed Koi Fish - the reason I won’t stay again - Lobby was very chill, you can have own food and drinks and use lobby for remote work. Way too small koi fish pond with many kois. This was the major negative point in the whole stay. I can sleep in the hard and uncomfortable bed, but seeing depressed fish und how badly they are held: no space to move at all, they stayed alway in the one spot where the oxygen was present, but didn’t swim at all. This is the reason I want come again - you have to take care of your animals!

Wir hatten einen Flachbildschirm. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bettumrandungen aus einer Stoffbordüre könnte man mal austauschen.

• Christopher (7/5): Good Value Budget Accommodation in Excellent Location - Excellent location, friendly staff. Off road parking. Outside seating area at the front. Easy walking distance to the night markets, shops, vehicle rentals and laundromat. Good water pressure in the shower. The rooms are getting old, with damage evident. The basin in my ensuite was loose and could move around. Higher surfaces like the tops of doors and conduits attached to the walls were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

• John (10/5): Budget lodging in the heart of the night bazaar district. - It's the family that operates this guest house that makes it special. The appeal is budget and low-key, but it's in a great central location, wedged between two night bazaars. Coffee/tea and light breakfast is available. I'm pleased with the entire experience here.

• Regan (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent And it was quiet. Staff weren't helpful at all with regards to near by attractions or activities . They were lovely people just didn't have great English . Theres plenty of tourist places you can book activities through so not a big deal.
• Ian (10/5): One of the best guest house in Chiang Mai - I usually come at Chiang Mai 2 times per year. I decided to book this year in this hotel for one week and then decided to book for another week. I recommend this hotel because it is near the night bazaar and all restaurants, massages saloons. The hôtel is very well situated (5 minutes walk) and is located in a calm road but near everything. I really appreciated thè hospitality of all the personnel (10/10). Always smiling, polite and respectful. The bed and pillows are confortable. Water is provided everyday and I recommand this hotel. I will surely come back in July and December. Really happy that I have found this hotel in Chiang Mai and will not forget the smile and kindness of all personnel. I really appreciated everything.

• Morgan (8/5): Great location. - The hotel is situated in a really good location very close to night markets and lots of bars. The staff are very friendly. Theres a little cafe in the reception area which was also nice to wait for our taxi in, the also sell tea and coffee. The room was good for what we needed but there was mould in the shower and the air conditioning worked but not really well. The matresses are very firm which I liked but i know wont be for everyone. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are basic but offer everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have been coming here since 2012 and I always come back. I have no complaints at all with this guesthouse.

• Mareike (8/5): Great value for money - It's what we expected. We were looking for a non luxury, affordable accommodation for a week. It's right in the middle on plenty of restaurants, bazars and things to do. Hard rock cafe is literally a 2 minute walk. It's set back enough tho, that it's nice and relaxing and you don't get too much noise. While it's definitely not a luxury stay, we would gladly stay here again. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Daily cleanings are optional (that asked us daily if we'd like the room cleaned). AC works perfect:) Loved our stay here! Little mold in the bathroom (ceiling), but it's a hot and humid climate, we didn't mind tho. We backpack and travel all over the world, we've stayed in awful places for much more money. Overall we would stay here again any day :)

Men mange spisesteder i nærheten så det gikk helt fint for meg. Hyggelig sitteområde i resepsjonsområdet. Hotellet kan også ta klesvask for deg. Hotellet ligger i en stille og rolig gate og det er kort gåtur til barområder.

• Belen (10/5): Ideal for remote workers, low cost travelers and people with short stays due to Muay Thai training. - This place deserves a great review. I booked it because it's just 5 minutes from the Muay Thai gym I came to Chiang Mai for. It's a place that has everything you need for a stay. Don’t expect anything extraordinary or luxurious; you’re paying fairly for what you get. The room is old but very clean. There’s a small minibar, which is a nice touch. The air conditioning works well, there are hooks for hanging your clothes, and a small table with a chair if you want to work or study. The bed is quite basic, so don’t expect great lumbar support. The pillows are soft, which helps a bit, and the sheets are clean and soft. I haven’t woken up with back pain (unlike some other places where the bed is excessively cheap). They clean regularly, so you can ask at the reception for housekeeping if needed. Every day, they provide two bottles of water and toilet paper, which is appreciated. The staff speaks very good English. The guy at the reception is extremely friendly and attentive, ready to help with anything you need. The reception is open from 7 AM to midnight. There’s a small café with affordable prices (see attached). They also have some cold snacks in a refrigerator, along with water, juices, beer, sodas, and more. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: If you’re a traveler who needs strong internet for work, studying, or video calls, this is the perfect location. I’m a designer, so sending large files can be tedious with poor internet. The speed and quality here have been impressive, and I’ve been very happy. Another highlight is the beautiful orange kitten at the reception who is there all the time. ⭐️UPDATE The last two days of my stay, were the ones where Chiang Mai flooding started. I’m sending you all my blessings to the family who own this guesthouse. There are nothing but hardworking people, and they are very nice and lovely. They’ve did their best to make this tough days good. The only thing I need to mention, is that there’s loud noice sometimes due to the Night Market being next to them. This is not a complaint because it’s not on the hotel’s responsibility. But it’s important to mention if you’re looking for a more peaceful night.
