The deep swimming pool with waterfalls was a highlight—very relaxing and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, with the ocean literally just behind the fence. Having a private gate for direct beach access made everything so much more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and proximity to the sea Honestly, everything was spot on. No complaints at all – I had a great stay.

• Ann (10/5): Beautiful guesthouse on the beach close to the airport! - Everything was perfect. Our host Ivette was friendly and helpful! The property is pure paradise- private well cared for and beautiful! Wonderful pool and relaxing tropical grounds. The room was spotless and comfortable. Through the private gate is the beach and gorgeous coastline- and only 10 min from the airport. Absolutely amazing!

• Ralfie (5/5): You get what you pay for. - I liked that the host responded relatively quickly. The location was clean. I was able to park my rental car in a secure garage. This location is on the airport route, so you will NOT be able to relax or sleep without hearing the parade of aircraft flying overhead. The mattress has plastic on it so imagine the sounds while you are rolling over. These accommodations are in a depressed part of Puerto Rico, which made us feel uncomfortable in the evening hours. You will also be given instructions that it is not safe to walk on the boardwalk once the sun sets. The beach is directly behind this location, but it's rocky and unsafe due to rough waters. It's an exhausting 20 to 30-minute walk to the beach that you can enjoy. This location does not provide any beach chairs or umbrellas. The TV only allowed us to watch one channel.

To be lulled to sleep by the sound of ocean waves is a delightful experience. The weather! There were a couple of rainy/cloudy days but clearly within no one's control. We enjoyed perusing the various museums and castles during that time.

The area had no market to get any supplies and the local restaurants were not accommodating to tourists. Location isn’t he flight path of the airport.

The property is for sure a hidden gem, beautifully kept modern and all you need to feel at home. The beach house is perfect escape from hotel life accesible to expressway stunning views that will want to make you stay will recomend highly . The owner's daily visits and attentive service were highlights. While the area is rustic, it boasts some of the island's freshest seafood. One tip: pack mosquito repellent for outdoor relaxation. Despite this minor inconvenience, I'm already planning my annual return.

• Debra (8/5): - This is a beautiful small property, it only has about 5 units but kept in great condition and has an incredible view. I was so comfortable and had everything I needed. The property is kept very secure and had no concerns. It is close to a very bustling neighborhood with a fun nightlife, so do not expect quiet. You will hear the music playing at the nearby bars and because the proximity to the airport, the planes fly overhead and you do hear them. I enjoyed it personally but, if you want peace and quiet, you will need a different area completely. The units are small but comfortable. There is a sugar ant issue but I imagine it is the whole area, (many people talked about it) and that is why the place is kept extra clean, but you will see them. The only other thing I did not pay attention to, they do not allow guests on the premises, so if you are traveling with friends, they will need to book here as well. I would definitely stay here again when I come back!

Perfectly located less than 10 minutes from the airport, it was an easy walk to tons of great restaurants. The pool was spotless and just a few steps from the beach, making it super easy to go back and forth. Free parking in the garage was a huge plus, and with only a handful of rooms, it had a peaceful, cozy vibe without the crowds. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. Since the hotel is so conveniently close to the airport, you can occasionally hear planes taking off throughout the day — a small trade-off for the unbeatable location

My kids went to juice shack every morning for smoothies and I walked the boardwalk to the end every morning while it was still quiet. The hotel itself could not be better. Clean, private, convenient. My family rented the two bedroom suite and everyone was happy. Nothing!

Plus, if you walk a bit on the road, you encounter the BEST AUTHENTIC food in San Juan!! The views are amazing. You can’t really get in the water, but if you walk towards your left on the board walk there’s a little portion of the beach ocean that is like a pool! So warm, so peaceful! It’s pretty loud from the top floor since planes are taking off all the time!!! You get used to it though! I am definitely coming back 😍

The bottom sheet was on but I needed to lay out and tuck the top sheet and bedspread. We were asked to wash all the dishes we used and empty/take out our trash. Lastly, I was worried about having to pay for the towels/washcloths because it stated if you stained them, with makeup etc., you would be charged. Of course, they're bright white and keeping makeup off wasn't a problem but the dirt on our feet showed up on them and I just hoped it would bleach out. Hard to stay clean at the beach.

Beautiful patio area w pool and chairs to sit by pool. Unlock the gate and it leads to the beach. Beach is a little rough so we chose the pool. A lot of dining options in area. Area/streets outside of hotel is a bit dirty and run down. Would definitely stay here again!

• Leonel (10/5): - The place is very beautiful with a view of the ocean where you can hear the waves from your room. The room was very nice for my wife and I with a full kitchen with utensils. The staff was amazing with the check in and out also recommending us beautiful places to visit in the country. Around the area, you can find many local stores and restaurants where the food is amazing with some of the nicest people in the world.
• Hilary (7/5): Great hosts, glorious location, good value - Fantastic place in an authentic location on the edge of San Juan. Although accommodation was compact, the outside pool and terrace area was large with plenty of places to sit and eat or relax in the sun by the pool. The lockable gate at the back opens straight onto the beach & boardwalk, which gives easy access to beach areas where it is possible to swim as well as to bars and restaurants overlooking the sea. This area is on the north coast of Puerto Rico, so the sound of the waves crashing to the shore is constantly in the background. The sea is clearly visible through the palms from the balcony areas of the three upstairs rooms/apartments. It's a fabulous haven a short drive away from the manic central San Juan area. Plastic covering over the mattress made the bed very hot.

Als - Clean, quiet , ample outdoor space Too many entry points, meaning we had to carry a bunch of keys around , parking was too tight for us to even load the luggage in the back of the car

Other attractions are a short drive away. Also, the pool was great as well as the sound of crashing waves throughout the day. The property itself was isolated and feels completely separated from its surroundings, definitely felt safe and secure. Also, another plus for the parking garage. Highly recommend. I understand the reason for the security cameras around the property but I'm not a fan of being surveilled, it's a necessary evil (don't worry, no cameras in the rooms). Also, bear in mind that this area is a 'party' area, nearby establishments may play music on some evenings well into the night.

Lovely balcony with a pretty good sea view and right over a lovely clean pool. Plenty of space to relax, sun beds etc. Tiffany was quite responsive and assisted with a slightly early check-in as my wife was unwell which was brilliant. Ivette was on hand for assistance, also. Our only slight negative was the ‘rustic’ area outside. While the security cameras and locking garage and street door were sufficient the locale was a little unkempt. I would add that we walked the boardwalk and local streets and didn’t feel at all unsafe. The beach is nice but not to swim and rocky with a strong undercurrent.

Nice pool and terrace area. Garage parking. Good value for money with two bedroom apartment. No place to have breakfast around there. Lots of traffic to get there on one lane road late afternoon through evening. Pool is not fenced off, so had to watch toddler like a hawk.

Very close to Beach, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were good. There was very loud Music from the nearby bar. The airplanes was also noisy every fifteen minutes. The kitchen did not have many supplies, and the dining table was placed in a corridor, not a living room.

Close to main attractions with drive. Parking available in garage. Very slow internet. Not in a posh area, however close to most places.

• Kathryn (9/5): Beautiful place to stay with family or friends! - We enjoyed that the place was right on the beach. The pool was always clean and we had room service halfway through our stay! The room was very beautiful and clean and had everything we would need for our stay. The music outside was rather loud most nights. Transparency about the music would have been helpful!

I would have booked a different place had I known that. Would have been better if beach chairs and umbrella was supplied. A car is definitely needed.
