• Hamed (7/5): Excellent location . Good value - Great location. Close to beach and restaurants but at the same time in quiet area. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and check on daily cleaning Minor issue: I think all bathroom were connected through vent and you could here other people in bathroom but at room itself was good and no noise issue
• Germo (4/5): With that price you can find better - Cute cat susan :) Location and mountain view First night we arrived reception worker put us in some random storage room and said in very bad english “change room after 10 days”. I complained about it and then in the next morning reception lady finaly gave phone with someone who actually spoke english and they arranged our original room. Booked for a month and this was veery dissapoointing start. Cleaning bad, terrible chemical smell. Bathroom was so dark. It was filled with lonely very old people who brought their prostitute there so very unpleasent sounds all the times.
• Thassilo Karl Philip (8/5): - Ein nettes kleines Hotel mit einer super lieben Besitzerin. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passte hier richtig. Wer mit normalen Thailand Zimmern zufrieden ist wird das Hotel mögen. Es gibt auch Fernseher mit YouTube, Netflix etc. Die Wäsche kann man auch für kleines Geld von der Besitzerin waschen lassen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

• Michael (7/5): Günstiges 2* Hotel, zentrumsnah. - Es war ein einfaches Zimmer (Raum 104) was jedoch über alles verfügt hat. Air- Condition, Kühlschrank und bei Bedarf tägliche Reinigung. Ja, ein 2 Sterne Hotel und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zu einem akzeptablen Preis. Mir erschien die Matratze etwas durchgelegen und es war recht hellhörig.

• Manuela (10/5): - Sono stata al bt mansion anche l' anno scorso e mi ero trovata molto bene che ho prolungato il soggiorno. Quest' anno ho effettuato due prenotazioni distinte in quanto non c 'era la stessa tipologia di camera per cui dopo 4 notti ho cambiato stanza. Purtroppo il vicino di stanza era una persona maleducata in quanto si ubriacava, urlava e x tutta la notte andavano avanti e indietro le ragazze thai. Più di una volta gli abbiamo chiesto di fare silenzio finché dopo diverse notti mio marito alle 5 del mattino è uscito in corridoio per chiedere silenzio ma lui ha continuato a urlare sul terrazzo quindi sono uscita fuori io perché se usciva mio marito non so come sarebbe finita. Quando gli ho detto che volevo dormire la sua risposta è stata quella di alzare il dito medio. Penso che il bt mansion possa fare a meno di un cliente del genere. Al mattino abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza e la signora ha telefonato al proprietario e ci ha cambiato immediatamente la stanza. Premetto che sono 15 anni che per 2 mesi all' anno frequento i paesi asiatici soprattutto la Thailandia e sono a conoscenza del turismo sessuale ma una cosa del genere non mi era successa, non mi interessa e non giudico, ognuno è libero di fare quello che vuole ma la libertà di ognuno di noi finisce dove comincia quella degli altri. La struttura è in una buona posizione e molto pulita e le due signore che la gestiscono sono sempre sorridenti, gentili e disponibili. Grazie a loro e al proprietario x aver capito la situazione Il vicino di stanza che nonostante ci fossimo trasferiti al piano inferiore e in stanza distante continuavamo a sentirlo in lontananza però non ci ha impedito di dormire
• Katie (5/5): Not worth the money - Good location Lady at reception didn’t speak to us or greet us, just pointed at what we needed to sign then walked off to our room without saying anything so we didn’t know we had to follow her. A simple hello or smile would have been nice even if she does not know english. Loads of flies in the room, we asked the lady for bug spray but she didn’t understand us and gave us air freshener. We had to go to shop to get bug spray as they were all over our walls. There was also an awful sewage smell coming from our bathroom/outside as we were on the ground floor which made us feel sick and would not go. We also was not made aware that people would be doing work right outside our room and using our outdoor table and chairs for two days so we were unable to use these and we were also woken up early both mornings as they started work around 8am outside our door. Would not recommend staying here and probably better to pay extra for somewhere nicer.

• Jack (4/5): It was cheap and for a good reason - I enjoyed the location and the fact it had tv, cheap The bed was tough and uncomfortable and the hallways echo so you can hear everything in every room, the room next to us was bringing back prostitutes as there’s no one on reception to stop them and they kept us up till five in the morning with round after round with loud breaks of laughing and hollering on the balcony. The balcony’s are all connected which I found out because someone tried to open our balcony door

• Martin (7/5): Billigt ok boende nära stranden - Det är helt ok, du får vad du betalar för. Nära stranden och restauranger. Enkel men bekväm säng, standard billig inredning. Rent, städas varje dag. Inget dåligt direkt, förstod vad jag betalade för.

Par la suite la dame de l accueil est devenu plus agréable !!!! la réservation n était pas enregistré par booking.com, nous avons été accueilli comme un chien dans un jeu de quille. frigo hors d age, mais propre et fonctionnel. TV non fonctionnelle !!!! enfin on est pas venu pour ça.

• Andrew (10/5): Great value for the price, clean room, hot shower, friendly staff, comfortable bed. - Location was brilliant short walk to bars and restaurants, cleaner never knocked on my door once because l put my do not disturb sign out before going to bed and turned it round on my way to breakfast, when l got back from breakfast room had been cleaned every day, bed was soft and comfortable, shower was hot with temperature control that actually worked unlike many places I have stayed, will definitely stay there again next year, fully recommend it to anyone, obviously no pool but l personally don’t use hotel pools anywhere. There was nothing to complain about all good

• Joseph (7/5): Was perfect for our 4 night stay. - Large spacious room and a good bathroom. Quiet area at night and only a short walk to Lamai’s Main Street. Hallway could be loud in the night due to mesh between bathroom and corridor.
• Ovuka (7/5): Good - Position is good, quiet, comfortable bed, nice balcony, toilet is ok This is a thing everywhere in Thailand, they speak very little English so it's hard to communicate. Rooms are not cleaned every day, no towel change unless you ask for it. No elevator so it could be difficult if you are elder with a room on 2nd floor. Had no remote for the TV but only for cable

I didn't take any showers. Broken furniture and AC. Pics attached. Unfriendly staff. Very low water pressure. The staff said that's because of the city. This was not true. At the adjacent restaurant, the water pressure was fine.

Lovely staff but difficult to communicate with. - Location wasn’t bad and was a reasonably quiet area despite being close to all amenities in Lamai. Spacious room. Broken shower with exposed wires. Broken porcelain in the bathroom. Outdated furnishings. Broken outlets. Tv difficult to navigate. Constant smell of sewage in the bathroom. Pictures of the property on Booking.com are overdressed compared to the reality.

• László (5/5): Ok if you’re on a budget but want a room on your own - Big and comfortable bed, great location, clean No window on bathrooms just plain holes covered by fly screen, so you can hear everything in the building. I booked this hotel because of the great Wifi rating, which was in fact a scam! There were like 10 different Wifi networks and none working properly, so I had to pay for a coworking space in addition. There were blackouts almost every day and you could hear the electricity buzzing on the nearby pole during the night.

Also needed to ask manager again batteries for mouse to change tv channels! Had to ask manager to get / walk up stairs again with batteries for air con remote She was not happy TV kept freezing so - with hand gestures - tried to explain - manager walked out of room - I got Google translate on mobile Englis to Thai - manager walked off again, said "no thai" myanmar! Had to complain to booking.com to get someone who speaks english to contact me! Someone did contact me & got tv working Every time I left or returned to BT Mansion I received a look of annoyance or anger from the manager Owner needs to get a manager, who likes & welcomes guests & one who can speak english
• Marco (1/5): Bad - The room was not bad but a terrible permanent smell of sewer was with us all the time A terrible smell of sewer was feeling inside and outside the room. During the cleaning of the air conditioning on the balcony upstairs they flushed the dirty water on us and over our clothes. Cleaning only after request and without giving wc paper. From a/c was coming out smell of sewer too.
