• Juan miguel (7/5): OJALÁ RETOMEN EL TRANSPORTE GRATUITO QUE TENÍAN AL CENTRO COMERCIAL. - Desayuno horrible, poca variedad en el menu del buffet, y cuando pedías algo tan simple extra, todo a la carta. No me gustó defnitivamente su buffet del desayuno, tampoco que permiten se llene la piscina y ya no cabe nadie, al grado de que no puedes disfrutar.

• meran (10/5): - I stayed 4 nights for business trip. The hotel was perfect. Good gym, pool was great spot to sit outside a bit. Im a light sleeper, and it wasn't noisy at all at night. Grocery store and shops downstairs. Was tricky to ubers to find the spot of the hotel entrance.

There wasn't an ice/water machine. The room service attendant tried getting 20% MORE OF A TIP even though there was an auto gratuity already added for 15%. He literally told me I needed ro tip him 600 MORE pesos but in cash only. He didn't leave until I gave him 300 more on top of the 15% i already paid. I felt very pressured as he was standing in my room. They should really tell the truth on tipping

Llame para cancelar y que me devolvieran el dinero por qué claramente no me hospede en el hotel. Me cambié al Westin y me tuvieron 20 minutos en línea y me colgaron el teléfono. No estuve más de 5 minutos en el hotel, no me querían dar ni wifi. Hice check in, subí al cuarto y estaba sucio el baño. No tenían Netflix no tenían ni para rentar películas. • 499mariaisabell (6/5): Stay away from the restaurant - worst service ever - Nice hotel with clean spacious rooms. Good working desk, appropriate lightning. Restaurant is hideous. Food is hideous, everything tastes the same, no seasoning other than cilantro. All dough is undercooked. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Lunch buffet is cold, tasteless and carelessly served. The worst part is the the restaurant staff. They will seat you in front of a door that is constantly opening/closing subject to cold wind just to prevent from walking 30 steps to the next sitting area. Waiters are rude, careless and don’t care to slow down speaking went talking to a foreigner. Stay away from the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Samara mall has better options a its food court with similar service (except you won’t be paying as much).

At 8am started some renovation at the room next door to us. It was very loud. We understand that some things need to be done, but you try to avoid giving the room next door to your guests. It is not high season. Tv quality was like in 2005 without hd.

I had a hard time using them. At night bathroom had a septic tank smell Other than concierge and front desk mostly everyone spoke only Spanish - which is ok because it’s a Spanish speaking country. Bit of serving US Visitors then more English options were needed. Including on television. Couldn’t find any English speaking tv.

• flowsions (10/5): Great stay due to excellent concierge service - I had such a great experience at Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe last month thanks to concierge staff member Giovanni, so I booked again for my next visit to Santa Fe. I checked in and was surprised to run into Giovanni again! He greeted me as soon as I arrived, remembering us and giving us an incredible welcome. Even though his shift was almost over and he was ready to head home, he went out of his way to help with our luggage and make sure everything was OK for our stay. Giovanni has an incredible sense of anticipating guests’ needs even before they ask, and always greeted us with a bright and friendly demeanour. Staff like him are the reason the hotel feels so warm and inviting. That said, I did experience a few downsides. It was nearly impossible to reach the front desk by phone (when Giovanni was not there), and when I did, the calls were often cut off before I could finish speaking. When I asked for ice, it was handed to me with a visibly displeased expression, which made me uncomfortable. Also, there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the room, maybe due to a party that was occurring on the rooftop. Overall, thanks to Giovanni, I had a positive experience once again. With a bit more attention to service quality across the board, this could have been a perfect stay. (Giovanni absolutely deserves five stars! ★★★★★)
