Pero lo pero lo peor es que mientras se bañaba mi hijo se le vino encima la puerta de la regadera, afortunadamente no paso a mayores pero la gerente en turno del momento no le dio importancia y lo tomo como algo chistoso.

- Martha (10/5): LA MEJOR OPCIÓN PARA QUEDARSE EN QUERÉTARO - Mi familia y yo estamos felices de haber encontrado este hotel. Desde que llegamos, todo fue excelente. Las habitaciones son súper amplias, cómodas y limpias. Las camas… ¡una delicia! Descansamos como nunca. El desayuno buffet es espectacular, con muchísimas opciones deliciosas y fruta de primera calidad. El gimnasio y la alberca están impecables, se nota el buen mantenimiento y cuidado en cada detalle. Además, está súper bien ubicado, en una zona muy céntrica y a pocos minutos de Plaza Antea, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nosotros. Sin duda, se ha convertido en nuestro lugar favorito para hospedarnos cuando venimos a la ciudad. ¡Demasiado recomendable! Gracias Chef Lili y a la Host Nadia por sus atenciones, quedamos encantados.

Así que bajé a recepción para pedir un cambio de habitación y me lo hicieron inmediatamente. La nueva habitación excelente. El desayuno muy basto y muy bueno.

- Walter (8/5): Buena estadía - En general el hotel muy limpio, ordenado y seguro. Habitación muy cómoda. Buen desayuno, aunque monótono después de varios días.
- Carlos (8/5): Don't expect your room to be ready at 3PM check-in - My room was not available at the hotel's 3PM check-in time. I had to wait until 3:40PM to get my key. Normally not an issue, but this made me late to a meeting. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I had no other issues.
- Daniel (10/5): Un extra por la lavadora y secadora. - La estancia es comoda, tiene bunea ubicacion, buena atencion al cliente, los desayunos estan ricos, solo si les falta un poco de mas atencion en el Area de limpieza y mantemiento. Nos toco ver espacios demasiado sucios. Como extra tienen lavadora y secadora super para quienes vienen de las cascadas. (Funcionan muy bien).
