• Alfredo (9/5): Apartamento cómodo, con las comodidades básicas y, teniendo en cuenta el precio tiene buena ubicacio - El desayuno fue completo al estilo italiano con café, leche, té, croissant y frutas. Lo más destacable, considerando el precio del alojamiento es la ubicación del lugar ya que se encuentra a unos 10 minutos caminando de la Piazza del Duomo. Amable atención de la señora Emilia

Elle parle le français parfaitement. La literie est confortable. Les équipements sont vieillissants. La chasse d'eau et l'évacuation d'eau sont bruyantes; Il manque une VMC dans le hall d'accueil.

No es algo malo pero para la cama individual era un poco angosta. Depende de qué tan acostumbrado esté la persona a una cama más grande. Aún así la atención de Emilia fue muy buena. Recomendadisimo ir.

Al di fuori delle camera, nell’area comune, c’è la macchinetta del caffè e il distributore di acqua. Non c’era il sapone per lavarsi le mani.

La ubicacion esta bien para ir caminando a lo más turístico . El baño algo incomodo, emitía mucho ruido al abrir agua, las toallas muy desgastadas y se escuchaba todos los ruidos de las otras habitaciones.

A 8min del alojamiento hay una parada de metro que puedes utilizar para ir a Milán Centrale, si vas a otras ciudades como Verona o al parque Dísneyland. Desayuno en la habitación. Anfitriona muy servicial 😊 Quizás el desayuno muy monótono siempre lo mismo.

Il était propre et le personnel était très accueillant Le fait que le petit déjeuner est servi un jour en avance, la viennoiserie n’est pas fraîche, petit déjeuner pauvre en choix . Le couloir commun entre les chambres doit être aéré parce qu’il y a l’odeur d’humidité

The breakfast provided was delicious and the facilities were clean and user friendly Only 1 large coffee mug provided but two guests in the room so we shared but a second would have been nice. The water heating unit was loud having a shower this is understandable but worth a warning if that kind of thing scares you. Sun came through window in morning worked out the shutters only on last day. Demonstration may be necessary if you’re not familiar with horizontal shutters/blinds

• JIANHUI (8/5): - The landlady was very kind and gave detailed directions on how to get to the apartment from the subway station, as well as information on good restaurants nearby. The apartment has an excellent location, very close to the city center, and within walking distance of famous attractions. The single bed was too narrow; I probably haven't slept in such a narrow bed in over 20 years. The toilet was a bit loose, and I was worried that sewage might leak out, but thankfully it didn't. There was no heating after 8 PM, so I had to turn on the air conditioner to keep warm, which was a bit noisy.

Very safe building and area. Nothing I can think of, clean room, good breakfast, good nights sleep. Away from main roads.
• Consuelo (8/5): Salimos contentas con nuestra estancia y nos encantó Milan. - La ubicación muy bien, céntrico, Y el desayuno por parte de nuestra anfitriona muy completo.( y sobre todo la amabilidad por su parte desde que llegamos). Un lugar donde desayunar más cómodo que en la propia habitación. ( A pesar de eso, nos arreglamos muy bien). Y nos costó un poco encontrar el sitio( aunque nuestra anfitriona nos envió un wasap solucionándolo)

• ALBERTO (2/5): - - No es un hotel. Es un piso con 5 habitaciones convertidas en mini apartamentos. No hay recepción 24h (sólo cuando te dan las llaves el primer día). El desayuno te lo dejan en la habitación el día de antes. Cuando alguien de las habitaciones de al lado utiliza el baño, se escucha todo y hay mucho ruido. La cafetera está en el recibidor del piso, cuando alguien la utiliza despierta al resto de las habitaciones porque hace muchísimo ruido. El último día intentamos contactar con la dueña del piso y no contestó.
