More like a ”butler” service, helping us with all our requests. Property : 4 star Boutique property is dated with minor repairs needed (bulb, tv box). Feels like a home away from home. It’s spacious and yet private. The pool is 1.6m deep, so bring your own float if there are children or just purchase from nearby supermarket. Breakfast : 5 star Delicious breakfast made to order daily from the in-house keepers. Communication: 5 star Communicated though WhatsApp and from pre-arrival, arrival and during stay. Privacy: 5 star If you value privacy and space for yourself, this place is perfect. Away from the bustling nightlife and quiet. The pool is nice. Decoration : 4 star Balinese with some statutes and painting. Not for faint hearted if this is not your taste. Security: 5 star Someone is always watching. When I first came, a keeper asked me which unit I stay to verify. Location: 4 star 1.8km to Seminyak beach, about 20 mins walk. Or we just booked a Grab transport, easy with app. There are 2 supermarket nearby. Plenty of street shopping along Jln Legian. Restaurant, I expected better, disappointing for most of them personally. Bali : 5 star Perfect destination for tons of activities. Seminyak Beach : 5 star Perfect sunset view with plenty of soft sand for children to play.

All of the staff were so friendly and took good care of us, from the moment we arrived (after a late flight and delays at the airport) to the moment we sadly had to leave. We thought the location was perfect - we couldn’t hear any noise from the roads yet were literally just around the corner from busy streets full of shops and good places to eat and drink. It was also an easy walk to the centre of Seminyak or down to the beach. We (two adults and a teenager) easily walked to Potato Head Beach Club and back, but it might be a bit long for younger kids. Taxis or Gojek can easily get you around though and they’re everywhere. We would definitely return if we had the chance!

The villa service was superb. property generally in good condition, might need some sprucing up soon though. It is not 5-star luxury condition, and accept mosquitoes (they do provide turn-down, coils and repellents) and bugs as part of the area.

Villa Seriska is the property which got my attention immediately. I kept searching for other options but none was able to impress and I booked Villa Seriska immediately. My Experience :- right from the date of booking, Putra, the manager, started to assist me with all my requests (planned a small surprise for my wife). Made, assistant manager, is very warm and very helpful. Villa is beautiful, spacious and gives you all the privacy you need for your holiday. Both Putra and Made are very accommodating to our requests. Breakfast will be cooked at the villa at your preferred time. Located in Seminyak, nearby to pubs, clubs, lot of food options nearby, minimart right outside villa etc. are some key highlights. Overall, highly recommended place to stay if you are visiting Bali.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - An incredible peaceful retreat in Seminyak. We came on our honeymoon and it was the perfect way to start the trip. The staff were sensational - no ask was too big or too small. We had a romantic dinner by the pool (cooked for us - we arrived late from a day trip and everything was set up when we got home,), two day trips and three massages which we had by our pool! Bliss. Breakfast was filling and delicious - the smoothie bowl was so tasty. The room and bathroom were beautiful - the bathroom was half outside and felt very tropical - hot showers too (not that you need a hot shower in 30 degrees!) The private pool was great to have, and we also had a little lounge area and second bathroom. Plenty for two people! Seminyak is quite busy but we couldn’t hear a thing from our room. Apparently all the villas were booked but we wouldn’t have known. Also black out curtains made for an excellent sleep! Great aircon and WiFi. Also they provided you with a local mobile phone to message any time if you need something when you’re out and about. You can walk to the beach in 20 mins to just get a cheap scooter taxi. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so fantastic! Worth every penny and would love to try some of their villas in other cities.

I got a shuttle pick up from airport (no hassle despite the 2hour wait in line at customs!). Made, the villa manager was lovely and checked me in, gave me a mobile to use in case of emergencies. The property I had was 2 story with 3 rooms - lots of space, but a bit of an awkward space if you were there with kids/friends. One TV (none in master room). Shaded, good-sized pool, not a huge amount of sun throughout the day. Breakfast in-room was ok. Im vegetarian so pretty basic. They cook fresh in room (including dinner if you order). No tea or coffee provided and no minibar? Also no products (shampoo etc). Shops close and easy to find coffee but still a bit annoying. Apparently the beach was close, but I never found it? Quiet area. Felt safe enough. Comfy bed with turn-down service. Wifi was good. Towels could be replaced. In-room massage available which was nice. The villa was a bit tired overall. Not 4 star.

Some minor complaints would be the property is a little old, but extremely well maintained, clean, and nice. Also, the wifi is not stellar and the outlets were not that great with charging devices. For me I think the coffee machine needed an upgrade lol. And that is about it for our minor complaints. Now... the experience was AMAZING. Staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. Made (mahday) and Putra were ready to help with whatever we needed at any time. Breakfast every morning was awesome. Whenever we left we came back to a nice, clean place. We felt like anything we needed at any time we would be taken care of. Staff was very accommodating. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the staff was great with them. I could go on forever about how wonderful these people were. There were some natural bumps along the way, but that was navigating Bali for the first time. Great place to stay for family or couples. Again, wonderful people and experience. We hope to go back and stay at another one of their properties to experience a different part of Bali. Great people and a great time. Thank you! Every evening, Mr. Made was come to care of us from mosquito, he cooked every morning for us. you have 6 options for breakfast and all is good for all generation. Dining room is not chilly, warm and all beds room is clean. all of staff of this villa is kind and helpful so don't worry if that would be first trip to come with villa . Follow them without problem, you could be get something as shuttle from airport or late check-out if available. I appreciated all my memory there ;)

• Rhianna (10/5): Beautiful, Relaxing Villa - We stayed at the 1 bedroom villa for one night. The villa is away from the road and with it's own private pool, this makes the villa a perfect retreat. There is heaps of great restaurants and shopping destinations very close by. The villa manager assists you to arrange day trips (of which we did two) and they were amazing. We also made use of the villa's private driver, the driver was very friendly and easy to get on with. The villa staff that we saw morning and evening were so friendly and helpful, they made sure that the villa was always so clean. Overall this property is definitely five stars. We will be recommending Villa Seriska to all of our family and friends.
• Pui Kwan (10/5): Surprisingly well-serviced at reasonable price - Thank you so much for the villa owner Nilesh, manager Putra and their team. My friends and I enjoyed staying at the villa so much. Thanks Nilesh for confirming quickly by emails for our inquiries before our trip. They provided excellent service, very much tidy rooms and private pool, and breakfast prepared in the villa at our required time. Most surprisingly we seldom bit by mosquitoes with the pool and plantations around! We even made our own meal using their equipped kitchen, had a massage in our bedrooms and had breakfasts not only aside but at the pool! I think the villa can be a place for lovers who seek for tranquility as it is just a 2 min walk from the main street but with good security and there is a staff around. Or you can visit it with your friends and family at its two floored villa like our stay and enjoy food on the main street or beach by 15min walk. I would like to thank Putra again who checked with us tightly to make sure we could settle down with our plan. Even if you are too lazy to plan your trip, they will give good recommendation and offer transport at your request. They gave us a cell phone and just called them for any question. Highly recommend for who used to stay at big hotels or you may expect a high price for a well-managed villa. You should experience at least once for their satisfying face-to-face service with a relaxing environment at a reasonable price. Hope we will enjoy their other villas in Bali someday in the future =]

Ägaren hälsade oss välkomna och vi fick hjälp med bokning av utflykter, välkomst massage i villan. Daglig städning samt en extra koll på eftermiddagen också. Vi kan varmt rekommendera denna villa. • M & D (10/5): Beautiful villa seriska (1bd) - A perfect villa for a couple looking to explore the streets of Seminyak, within walking distance (or a short taxi ride) to Seminyak square, the beach and nightlife! There are many amazing restaurants to discover in the area and lots of places to shop. The villa owner Nilesh and his team are so welcoming and friendly, and did so much for us during our stay. For example, on my 30th birthday the manager Putra and housekeeping team worked with my partner to surprise me with a seafood bbq dinner! Putra and Made (housekeeping manager) organised taxis when we needed them and a private driver for longer trips to ubud and surrounds. The team kept the villa and private pool very clean for us and we’re always so friendly and kind also helping us with smaller things such as finding good value phone sim plan. We really enjoyed chatting to Made and the team as we felt they really cared about us as their guests. We recommend trying the villa food once, but definitely venture out to the neighboring restaurants too. Some of our restaurant recommendations close by include: Warung Italia (on the villas street which is called Kunti 1) this place has delicious, huge pizzas which you can also get takeaway to the villa. Made Warung for cheap good food, dinner is fun as they often have a band Bo and Bun for yummy Vietnamese food Principle for breakfast and lunch - such great food here! There’s a healthy açai bowl style place nearby to called shelter

• Patrice (8/5): Villa en impasse à Seminyak - Pour notre premier séjour à Bali Nous avons choisi la villa Seriska, la villa avec une chambre et un salon muni de 2 canapés lit est très agréable, spacieuse avec 2 belles salles de bains En points positifs, le personnel est aux petits soins Soucieux de notre confort, merci à Made et sa collègue dont j’ai oublié le nom, merci également à Putra, on vous sert les repas directement dans la villa et ils cuisinent sur place devant vous, nous avons aimé le dîner copieux et bon L’emplacement est un atout car à l’abri du bruit dans une impasse. En points d’amélioration le lit est beaucoup trop dur Le soleil donne peu sur la piscine du fait du confinement donc vous ne profitez pas ou peu de cette dernière. Enfin, sur le petit déjeuner, vous avez 3 choix mais cela reste limité, nous aurions aimé boire un jus de fruit frais et non en brique pour une île remplie de fruits tropicaux, pour le continental il n’y a que du pain de mie et un croissant chacun, un peu juste Et enfin, les confitures ne sont pas maisons mais en plaquette. Pour ces différentes raisons je ne mets que 4 sur 5 Même si cela reste globalement un bon rapport qualité prix
• KIT CHEUNG (10/5): Gd location and lovely staffs - Hotel staffs are the best part of the stay. Warm welcomed and friendly service. They cleaned the room neat and tidy everyday. Location wise is very gd too with all the gd spa, restaurants and supermarket nearby which is very convenient !

• Chenglong (10/5): Well-maintained, Private, Clean villa. - One of the best villas we stayed in Bali. The villa is very private and quiet with high quality, it's ideal for people who do not want to be disturbed much, you could easily spend a day in the property without doing anything. Putra was a lovely guy, he welcomed us in the villa and explained few things about the villa and Bali clearly. The villa is HUGE, the two floors property was way too big for me and my partner, you could easily accommodate a family here. We are looking forward to come back in the future.
• Kate (8/5): Pleasant private oasis - I had a relaxing 5 day stay at Villa Seriska in late November, 2016. The location is close to restaurants and shopping, yet tucked away so it is away from the general hustle and bustle. The staff were very attentive to my needs and were happy to service the villa around my activities. Whilst some updating may be needed, nonetheless the villa was clean and very comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Location was very good surrounded by restaurants and shops and just a short taxi ride to the heart of Seminyak.

However, the hotel itself is quite unique ! Love the design of the bathroom and the two Decker living room. The room service was great.

• Christopher (10/5): Was totally worth it for me and my 3 friends. - An excellent stay overall. Staff from the villa (Nilesh) made it a point to contact me prior to my stay at the villa and also offered much help regarding transportation. While I wasn't there for the orientation, my friends who arrived beforehand noted that the orientation of the villa, it's surroundings, use of equipment, and maps was great. Without requesting, a phone was prepared for us to use in Bali and our personal caretaker (Putra) was already saved as a quick contact if we needed help or breakfast (free, at least I think it was). Breakfast is also made fresh in the Villa's kitchen in the morning (Upon request, breakfast time can be varied): Fresh cut fruits, hot meal, water, and juice. Of the choices for a hot meal, I highly recommend the Indonesian rice/noodles. It's awesome. The only niggle I had for the stay was how mosquitoes are able to sneak in between opening and closing the door sometimes. This isn't as much a problem for the main bedroom, which has a bug curtain for secondary protection, but for the couch beds in the living room, you have no secondary countermeasures. So make sure to kill the mosquitoes before bed, or keep the door closed tight when you are out / open and close the sliding doors quickly. Also, the bathroom/shower is connected to the outside for venting and such. Therefore, you will get mosquitoes "in" the bathroom/shower. You can also be heard by anyone near the open access to the outside.

We were all so excited to have a home that has all the necessary facilities we needed, a private pool, WiFi, kitchen and amazing beds to rest. It's a great place to stay for a large group of us, as we were 8 of us. Bali is a great place to relax and party, so if you want a place to stay then this villa is the place.

Nilesh and his team could not have been more helpful, courteous, discreet, and a pleasure to bump into and have a chat each day. Some great recommendations of where to eat (Mama San in particular) made the trip even more pleasant. Thomas the driver collected me and dropped me off at the airport with great efficiency and the breakfast prepared by Made and colleagues was lovely. I would recommend to friends if proposing to stay and were looking for a quieter holiday away from the noise of main strip and resort style accommodation. 5 stars!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall a nice villa. The only thing that lossy the villa some points is the kitchen. It had a very pungent aroma of moth balls that would not go away. It was bad enough my wife did not want to be in there even to throw out garbage. The pool was great and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Convenient to shops and a grocery store. A couple good eating establishments nearby.
