- Jonathan (8/5): - 16 story property with only 2 elevators to service all floors, it takes a while to get to your room, or back to the ground level. Pro, They have a washer and dryer along with a small kitchen on level p2 Con- the entire building has to share a single washer and dryer, I was only able to use it once in 2 weeks. The pool isn’t bad, however lots of guests like to just stand around and take pictures and videos of the pool while you’re trying to swim, yet they don’t swim, so it kind of kills the mood and keeps the elevators tied up. Pro- there is a pretty nice little bar and restaurant Con- lots of people come in for birthday parties or just to have lunch, or locals staying for a just a night. The lobby is almost constantly crowded as a result. The staff were great, but the hotel is in many ways unpleasantly crowded and busy for a foreign traveler. If you’re only looking for a nice place to sleep, this is perfect. If you’re going to come and go from your room frequently then I would suggest another place. The gym is also not a gym by western standards, a few outdated treadmills and a set of power block dumbbells with no bench.

- Relax480371 (10/5): A Hidden Gem in Alabang – Azumi Boutique Hotel - I had a wonderful stay at Azumi Boutique Hotel in Alabang. It's a quiet and relaxing place—perfect for a peaceful getaway in the city. What really surprised me was how much I got to experience during my stay. From the stylish rooms to the rooftop pool with a great view, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very accommodating and welcoming, including the security guard, who greeted us warmly every time we passed by. Their hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with great service in the south of Metro Manila.

Obviously the supervisor must have been on holiday.The Fire detector was disabled with cover, TV wifi and absolute nightmare woke us up several times with volume at 100%. Still wasn't working on the day we left. And you photo upload doesn't work.

At time of booking, only bunk beds were available to reserve. Upon arrival, the room wasn’t ready and a room with two queen beds was offered as an alternative. My family was very grateful as they had a long drive to the hotel and wanted to rest. Plenty of restaurants around the vicinity in addition to shopping. Overall, it was worth the stay and would likely return when back in Las Pinas city.

- David (2/5): Really awful hotel 1* - This hotel is soooooo tired now and in need of an urgent refurbishment. 1. Start with new mattresses. The bed is the worst and oldest nastiest bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. 1* 2. The water pressure for the hot water is non existent and so you need to take a cold shower if you want one. They use a small water heater under the sink to heat the shower water. Terrible. 3. The towels are about 10 years old I think. So old and slimey feeling. Disgusting. 4. The lifts are a nightmare and take forever so avoid staying on a high floor 5. Drain noises from upstairs room wake you up during the night. The room was clean (excluding the bed mattress) and that’s the only good thing I have to say. Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the past 10 years.

The staff are courteous and accommodating, with special thanks to Ms. Sofia Lelis for her hospitality. The Sky Lounge is a standout feature, with an infinity pool that overlooks Alabang, providing a great spot to relax. The extended hours until 12 midnight make it a convenient place to unwind. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, Azumi Boutique Hotel provides a comfortable experience for guests looking for a stay in Alabang.

- Voyager65226200856 (10/5): A Relaxing Stay at Azumi Boutique Hotel - Just what I needed after a long and tiring week! My stay at Azumi Boutique Hotel was nothing short of relaxing. The room was cold and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable, I had such a restful sleep. Housekeeping was very attentive, keeping my room clean and making sure all my requests were taken care of. The rooftop pool was definitely the highlight! The city view and the Alabang skyline was amazing, and I got to enjoy their movie night by the pool, which was such a unique experience. It made my stay even more special. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nearby and relaxing staycation!

- john (8/5): Good place for a stay. - Great place to stay. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants in a large mall across the street. Rooms were fairly spartan, but clean. Daily water and a large refrigerator were nice. No microwave. Good restaurant in lobby. TV did not seem to have cable TV, had smart TV connections. Sign out of your apps though, because it doesn’t automatically when you leave. Only problem was we had to get our keys reprogrammed daily for some reason. Sometimes, multiple times. Not enough parking, if you will be driving.

Water kettle and coffee provided, wish there was tea . The only problem we had was poor wifi . I commend our room attendant RJ who made sure our room was kept neat and tidy daily with fresh bed linens and towels .

- G3036JAkelseyh (10/5): A Little Home away from Home. - Azumi is a gem that is located in a lively and accessible area in Alabang. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and it was lovely. This place is family friendly. You can request for early check in or late check out. What makes Azumi stand out from other nearby hotels are their people. From the Guards, Front desk, and to the House Keeping, you can feel their hospitality and always keen to help. We always enjoy their infinity pool where you can see a nice view of South. I don’t think we will stay at other hotel than the Azumi Boutique. Highly recommended! It was an absolutely delightful stay.

It really makes me want to live here. I enjoyed the walking distance dinning options (so many of them). I feel safe walking at night, and the area around is clean and quite. The staff are nice esp the maintenance guy who fixed my patio door that doesnt lock at all. Please note that maintaining your property is a group effort. House keeping should not just clean but should also alert maintenace if something is broken. Maintenence should make regualr rounds checking rooms and esp the door lock. Management should make regular rounds to monitor and check the facility. That broken door lock should have been fix before I check in, but no. I had to check all the doors lock for myself 5 minutes before I headout for dinner. So intead of going to dinner i have to wait 20-30 mins 😩 and leave after its all fix and i test if its actually working or not. The concierge outside was helpful and respectful of guest. My American husband and my young child then felt very at home with the regular bedroom-with-daybed. The layout and simple clean design was perfect. Fast forward summer 2024, my now teen and I ended up booking at Azumi for a month-long stay. Here's what we’ve appreciated from Azumi: 1. Staff took care of my booking personally from day 1 through the day we left, including shuttle to airport. She was thoughtful, considerate and efficient in checking on us regularly, and following through whatever we asked and needed. (thanks so much, Karla) 2. We were given the best deal for our one-month stay! We're able to stay without breaking the bank so to speak. 3. Room housekeeping was hands-down the BEST too from all my hotel experiences, due to RJ (please recognize and promote him!) being very thorough, very clean, very efficient and 100% on top of what we needed in our room daily - he always asked what else we needed and took note of them. There were no wastes too because he knew exactly what hotel stuff we used and did not overstuff us with anything unnecessary. My teen loved the extra bed care RJ did every time he cleaned our room as seen in photo (thanks so much RJ!). 4. All other hotel staff, from Romulo Cafe waiters, hotel movie staff for kids/families, parking attendants/security, to front door security have always been warm, welcoming and helpful which esp. helped my daughter feel at home and at ease staying in a foreign country. Sir Efren (Cafe) was always very personal and went above and beyond serving us at the dining area or sending room service. 5. Front staff were very professional, courteous and reliable. I did notice a few of them still needing MORE training in customer service – offering help, recommendations, etc that make tenants’ stay, esp those that are not from Manila or the Philippines, more comfortable. Like for example informing/warning me and my daughter 1. critical parking scheds (i wasnt prepared for several days when hotel ran out of parking space during our first weeks even just past 7PM and making us walk in the rain and in the dark while carrying heavy personal bags and groceries from back of building), 2. that there was available laundry and dryer for tenants (i only learned this from another hotel guest on our 3rd week!), even if on a 1st come 1st served basis it still would have helped organize our stay better early on. 6. RECOMMENDATION/SUGGESTION to a problem: it can get really loud in the hallway with all the guests going in and out their rooms, esp when there are families assigned to multiple rooms on the same floor. Doesnt matter what time. Most concerning was one night they were FIGHTing and language was graphic. Granted cant do anything about the thickness of the walls/sound insulation, but can MASK it somehow. PLEASE PLAY INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC - jazz or classical, no vocals - in the hallway daily. Why? Even if music is loud, it’s soothing vs noise, and doesnt distract or drown out conversations between those who are close. It is effective in masking the talking and noise a bit. Again, thank you, keep it up (don’t get sloppy and deteriorate in reputation, remain excellent!), and hope to stay there again! 🙂

- janjanssens (2/5): Far from 4star service - Incompetent staff They don't seem to understand english. Not enough parking spaces, although on reservation is parking included. There's a pay parking just next, they could make an agreement with them. Electrical outlets are not equipped for international travellers (it does not cost a lot to install universal outlets). Overpriced

- JeannineA945 (10/5): Modern and great location - We stayed here overnight twice during our short trip and it was probably the most comfortable sleep I had. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. They also have a big fridge. We loved the modern aesthetic and the friendly staff. The restaurant at the hotel was also quite good. We went there for lunch and several occasions for snacks/drinks and everything was delicious. The location is excellent too as it’s across the street from Molito and Alabang Town Center. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

- Sandyy1982 (8/5): Fantastic Family Stay at Azumi Boutique Hotel - I recently stayed at Azumi Boutique Hotel with my family, and it was an amazing experience overall! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the soothing scent that filled the space—it really made the stay feel extra relaxing. The highlight for us was definitely the pool, which was absolutely fantastic. The kids had so much fun, and it provided the perfect place to unwind. The staff were generally very accommodating, with a special mention to the gentleman in the pool area. He was friendly, helpful, and truly made our time there even better. However, there is some room for improvement at the front desk. The staff there were often seen chatting among themselves, which didn’t create the most welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the lady in the blazer, who I assume was the manager, had a negative attitude that left a bit of a bad impression. I would suggest a change in attitude or a more suitable role away from the front desk. Despite this, the rest of the stay was wonderful, and we look forward to returning!
- Nomad05480330542 (10/5): November 2024 Staycation - Hotel experience is superb. All the hotel staffs are polite as always as this is our nth time visiting this hotel. They are always smiling to greet us even if its just passing by in the hallways or at the elevator. Kudos to Penthouse Pool staff Patrick for assisting us in retrieving the lost swimming kick board of my son. He would also inititiate small talks to build rapport, what a genuine customer service. Will surely book for another staycation!
- BoatGR (8/5): Great place in a great location. - Stayed at the Azumi for 10 days in room 716. The room was a bit tight and it was only one way traffic between the two queen beds and the wardrobes. This room and 717 are at the end of the hallway near the fire exit, so the people traffic noise was nil. The room had a kettle, brew gear, microwave, fridge and good size smart TV. It has a small balcony but enough to sit outside and chill. Room for improvement: - The hotel only has 1 washing machine and dryer and could do with at least 2 more. - The few steps out front at the entrance need to be people not goat friendly. - The slowest lifts in Manila :) The good stuff: - Outstanding staff throughout the hotel. - Any request or query was promptly addressed by all staff, all the time. - Senior Manager Carla was simply awesome. - Room scrupulously cleaned every day. - Rooms have the soaps, shampoos, toothbrush/paste, water bottles, tea, coffee. - The infinity pool.Brilliant. - 4 min walk to a 7 Eleven. - 2 min walk to a money changer on the sixth floor across the street. Good rates. - 10 min walk to a real good mall, which has everything you may need. - 10 min walk to a heap of restaurants for all cuisines. Would I recommend the Azumi? In a heartbeat.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Suspended/Unavailable Wifi Internet - Stayed just 2 nights. Stay was overall fine. When we initially checked in, Im pretty sure reception said that our booking had breakfast included. However, when we went down for breakfast the next day we were told that it's not included. Its ok we paid, but the food choices were not worth the price we paid. Hence we didn't go back for breakfast the next day. What really dampened our stay was the unavailable wifi internet which started from when we got back in the afternoon till early hours of the next morning. I had an important zoom meeting @12am which I couldn't join.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 2024 visit - We have een staying here for our last 3 visits to the Philippines and every time we are very satisfied with their facilities and their service. Special shout out to the manager of Romulo's restaurant for giving in to my wife's special request, for making one her favorite dishes. Made our stay more memorable.
