- Sam Danesh (9/5): overall it's good hotel, been here before and it's worth it, specially if you have car. - Pool was wonderful, fresh water and very nice water jets Room was great, comfortable bed Breakfast was good to, but cloud be better. Rejecting my early check in 2 hours before, which I knew the hotel is almost empty. Breakfast is good too but could be better.

- Reinhold (8/5): Schöner Ort um sich zu erholen. - Tolle Lage, außerhalb der Stadt. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Stündlich kostenloser Shuttelservice in das Stadtzentrum. Wunderbarer Pool in einer sehr gepflegten Grünanlage. Frühstück war ausreichend. Hua Hin ist die sauberste Stadt Thailands, die ich auf meinen bisherigen Reisen nach Thailand kennengelernt habe. Eine Gruppe Israelis mit ca. 10 Personen die 2 Appartements am Pool bewohnten war sehr laut und hielt sich auch nicht an das Rauchverbot. Nach unsere Beschwerde beim Personal wurde es ruhiger. Erst danach konnten wir den Aufenthalt richtig genießen.

- Chris (5/5): Could be good, but big faults - The hotel is nice and feels like a little oasis in the gardens and pool. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Two big problems. We prepaid with a digital only card. When we arrived they would not let us check-in as I could not show a physical card. This is despite the fact they had the receipt for the payment, I showed them the card on my phone and the debit from my account. The staff were very inexperienced and they was never a supervisor available to talk to us. We had to pay for a second time with a different card. two weeks later we have still not received a refund for the original payment. Second problem the TV in the room. It could be great, 55" 4K TV. But they haven't been installed correctly and in both rooms we had the TVs had no smart features and there is no access to the HDMI ports to plug in your own device. Something very easy to fix but the staff couldn't and again senior staff seem to be in permanent hiding.

- Perez (8/5): Un super endroit qui pourrait être un peu amélioré Le - Le cadre très joli un excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bon petit déjeuner Vu le cadre le bar et le restaurant. Nous nous sommes débrouillés pour monter nos bagages à la réception et dans la chambre !?! Un seul coin fumeur a côte du garage et sur notes terrasse interdiction de fumer.

- Heather (6/5): Good stay for what we needed whilst passing through Hua Hin. - Room was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly. Visually the hotel is nice. The balcony we had was very spacious. Good value for money. We only used the hotel for one night and as a location for a pick up but if we stayed longer there is not much to do in the local area - restaurants and main attractions in Hua Hin are a 10 minute taxi journey away. Although the breakfast starts at 7am and we arrived at 07.05am the food was cold and the variety was disappointing.

Der er en shuttle bus der kører ind til byen nogen gange om dagen, hvis man er villig til at vente på det. Absolut ikke et 4 stjernet hotel. Vi havde købt direkte pool adgang, men der er ikke en trappe, så du sikkert kan komme ned i din direkte pool adgang. Personalet snakkede ekstremt dårligt engelsk og det var derfor svært at få den hjælp, som vi havde brug for. Små ting som et ekstra tæppe tog 5 forsøg at forstå. Bruse nichen bærer præg af rust og mug, hvilke ikke giver den bedste forudsætning for renhed. Der er intet sted i nærheden, hvor du kan købe noget så simpelt som en flaske vand. Restauranten er et kapitel for sig selv. Skal man have noget, må man gå ind i køkkenet for at få personalets opmærksomhed. Morgenmaden er forfærdelig dårlig. 1 stjernet morgen mad. Alt i alt, absolut ikke dine penge værd.

- Mj (9/5): - My third visit at Ayrest, love the hotel, staff breakfasts. Rooms immaculate, lovely modern decor. Some English TV, lovely pool. Breakfast room and room great. Cannot fault staff. Lovely smiling breakfast girls staff. Cleaning often late in the day 3 - 4 pm, strange time?nap time for some, hence room was not cleaned 3 days out of the 6 on our second visit.

- jeffrey (5/5): - The staff were nice except for the manager not being available at all during the whole stay The rooms with 2 beds are located right facing the busy road in front of the hotel making it impossible to sleep. This was nowhere mentioned on the website at all !!! I got offered another room which had 1 bed and they offered a foldable bed with a thin matras!!! I refused, the room was dirty, both bed and bathroom were covered with hairs. They offered another room and that one had hairs all over the floor in the bathroom. Manager of the hotel was abroad and not available. I have never been treated this badly before. What a disgrace this hotel is. Swimming pool was nice though

- Clayton (8/5): Interesting pool - Breakfast was great. Room size were large. Shuttle service was Reception ladies were very efficient. The breakfast Plates seemed to be in the wrong places. Always had to go searching for the plates and reach down around people's legs. Omelettes were precooked and cold.We got mixed up with the complimentary water and pay water. There was no signage to advise which was which. Not much around hotel and not forthcoming that there was a shuttle service to downtown or the beach.

- Christa (4/5): Green Resort but a little bit outsise - The rooms were very large. But the breakfast Was terrible. The breakfast was terrible. Nothing for people of Europe. And the Manager was always not available. And the young man of the shuttle service was unfriendly. And nobody underdstood any English.

- Arjcha (7/5): ให้ 6/10 หักที่แอร์ไม่เย็น เพราะเป็นคนซีเรียสเรื่องความเย็นมาก ที่เหลือคือดีมากๆๆๆๆ - ข้อดีมีเยอะ ห้องสะอาด เตียงนอนนุ่ม ทีวีจอใหญ่ ห้องกว้างขวาง บรรยากาศดี อาหารเช้าอร่อย สะอาด สตาร์ฟดี ผ้าเช็ดตัวซักได้หอมมาก ชอบมาก เสียดายมาก นอนเมื่อคืนเสียดายแอร์ไม่เย็น ร้อนตั้งแต่นอนช่วง5ทุ่ม พอตี3กว่าไม่ไหว ตื่นเพราะร้อนมาก เหงื่อท่วม เลยกดหาสตาร์ฟ สต เข้ามาดูให้ปรากฎว่าเราเปิดแอร์เย็นไป ตั้งค่า20 ทำให้ช่องแอร์เป็นน้ำแข็ง เลยตัน ลมไม่ออก สุดท้ายต้องรอเกือบ1 ชม กว่าจะมีลมออกมา เลยเสียเวลานอนไปเยอะ หลับไม่เต็มอิ่ม เพลียทั้งวัน

- Vanessa (9/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt! - Es ist wirklich super sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist wunderschön und ein Salzpool (viel besser als Chlor). Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb aber mit dem regelmäßigen kostenlosen Shuttle kein Problem. Oder für 2-3 Euro mit der Grab App günstig ein Taxi rufen. Wir kommen wieder! Es wäre schön eine Möglichkeit zu haben um nasse Badesachen aufhängen zu können. Vielleicht so kleine zusammenklappbare Wäscheständer für die Balkone und Terrassen.

- Belinda (7/5): - Super mooi hotel, ondanks de drukke weg bijna geen last gehad van deze weg. Het was schoon en het zwembad erg fijn. Het ontbijt. Sommige gerechten waren hard (uitgedroogd), het zag er heel goed uit maar het smaakte gewoon niet jammer
- Tanja (9/5): Würde wieder kommen!! - Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer mit Whirlpool und Zugang zum Pool. Einfach ein Traum so aufzuwachen und gleich schwimmen gehen zu können. Ich als Raucher- es gibt nur einen Raucherbereich, wo man rauchen darf. Vorteil: ich habe weniger geraucht ;)

- Anna-Mari (7/5): Siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli. - Hotelli on ihanan Thaimaa tyylinen. Upea uima-allas. Huoneet ovat tilavia, siistejä ja sängyt ovat hyviä! Aamupala on huonontunut selvästi viime kerrasta! Kahvi oli järkyttävän pahaa! Hotelli on hieman kaukana kaikesta, mutta meitä se ei haitannut koska hotellilta on kuljetus meiningeille useamman kerran päivässä, myös takaisin päin!

- Jessica (8/5): Cozy stay in Hua Hin - Super angenehme, gemütliche Unterkunft mit sehr sauberen Zimmern und Pool. Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück ausreichend. Um in das Stadtzentrum zu gelangen bietet das Hotel einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice an.

- Kristel (9/5): - Man må kun ryge ved siden af garagen. Ikke på altanen. Morgenmaden havde meget thai mad, men kun lidt andet. Toastbrød, smør, skinke.

- Luke (9/5): It was perfect, thank you - It was cleaned everyday, the pool was lovely. The spa bath on the balcony was ace. The food and breakfast were good. The staff were amazing and very polite. Bit far from everything but I rented a moped and that sorted that. Only a minor issue
