Lili (10/5): The overall value for the price was great. Highly recommended! - Great location, very convenient to walk to downtown Göreme. Staffs were super friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I was very satisfied with their service. This cave hotel also has lovely terrace/sitting areas on different levels, with great views overlooking the nearby valleys. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

Guido (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno, qualche dettaglio da migliorare - Posizione comoda a Goreme, posto auto disponibile in una piazzola pubblica adiacente (essenziale per chi è in auto, vista la poca disponibilità di parcheggio e il traffico caotico per le strette vie della città), camera molto suggestiva scavata nella pietra, pulizia ottima sia in stanza sia in bagno, accoglienza con tazza di the (molto gradita anche per via delle pioggia che cadeva), wifi perfettamente funzionante, bollitore, the, caffè e bottigliette d'acqua disponibili gratuitamente, bagno molto spazioso con prodotti monodose disponibili, colazione sopra la media per questa categoria di struttura. La struttura si perde in alcuni dettagli; gli impianti elettrico e idraulico sembrano realizzati in modo amatoriale, la vasca perdeva abbondantemente acqua allagando il bagno ad ogni utilizzo, il termosifone gocciolava, la temperatura in bagno era molto bassa rispetto a quella della camera; la colazione ci era stata per disponibile sino alle 10:30, ma il giorno in cui abbiamo fatto l'esperienza in mongolfiera, di ritorno, dopo un paio d'ore di sonno, alle 10:00 abbiamo trovato già tutto messo via.

Agustina (9/5): Un lugar mágico - El hotel es precioso y tiene un encanto verdaderamente mágico; alojarse en estas instalaciones es toda una experiencia. La habitación estaba muy bien, pero lo que sin duda hace brillar a este lugar es la amabilidad y la excelente predisposición de absolutamente todo el personal. Queremos hacer una mención muy especial para Ramo en la recepción, que nos dio una bienvenida increíble y nos hizo sentir súper a gusto desde el primer minuto. Como puntos de mejora constructiva: tratándose de un lugar tan especial, creo que deberían cuidar muchísimo más las zonas exteriores. Nos dio pena ver que la zona de los sofás estaba bastante abandonada y constantemente había bolsas de basura a la vista, lo cual rompe un poco la magia del entorno. Por otro lado, el desayuno nos pareció bastante flojo y le vendría muy bien ofrecer más variedad.

Nella seconda camera il box doccia non si chiudeva bene e il il doccino perdeva, quindi a ogni doccia si allagava il bagno. Il wifi in camera non funzionava per niente bene. nè la camera nè il bagno avevano finestre.

No es que fuera algo negativo, pero quizás demasiada atención hacia el huésped, pero es por tema de carácter, que nos gusta ir más a nuestra bola, pero fueron muy atentos y amables.

Ishizaki (10/5): - まずホテルのスタッフの方が優しいです。チェックイン時にチャイを出してくれたり、カッパドキアの地図を使って色々説明してくれたり、ツアーや空港送迎の相談にも親身になってのってくれました。部屋の前や朝食会場からの景色がすごく綺麗で気球が飛べば更に素晴らしいと思います。冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、ドライヤーなど宿泊する上であると助かるものがしっかりと揃っていてとても満足しています。部屋が少し暗いです。この点は、慣れれば問題ないかと思います。シャワーとジャクジーの間の床に砂が落ちていているのが少し気になりました。また壁に埋め込まれているタイプのベッドは壁や天井の砂がポロポロと落ちてくることがあります。

Диана (10/5): - Долго выбирала отель, чтобы была не имитация пещерных номеров, а реально были в скалах номера. Очень большие и комфортные номера. Было очень тепло. Немного темновато в номерах, но это соответствует атмосфере что ты в пещере)))) Ванная комната с джакузи и душевой. Терраса с местами для отдыха. Очень чистые номера, да и вся территория отеля. придраться просто не к чему. Завтраки обычные, ничего особенного, но можно было найти всегда что покушать. Спасибо внимательному персоналу ) Все было отлично!

Gökhan DAĞDEVİR (10/5): - It was a beautiful experience. Our first room had some issues with the Jacuzzi, but the staff promptly addressed them. The breakfast and the view of the place were fantastic. Sadly, we were unable to see the hot air balloons in the sky due to the weather; however, the hotel was conveniently located near the city center. It took us only 5 minutes on foot to reach the city and do some shopping. The staff was on another level! Even after we checked out, they still allowed us to store our baggage for an extended period of time at the lounge. We even had a beautiful chat, and they even drove us all the way to the bus stop for our bus.

The staff were lovely and accommodating- allowing us to have breakfast bit earlier than they usually offer it prior to a scheduled am tour. Breakfast was excellent also- diverse and fresh buffet offerings with coffee tea and juices as well as ample choices of fresh fruits and nuts and cheeses in addition to hot offerings. Very cool cave room impressed the kids! Nothing.

Frutas frescas pan recién horneado, variedad de quesos y mermeladas realmente expectaculares. la habitación espectacular muy cómoda y amplia no se sentían ruidos y podías dormir plácidamente. El baño delicioso los productos de muy buena calidad. Nos encantó la estadía. La ubicación fue excelentes por que esta cerca de todo caminando y se agradece no tener que usar el carro el cual se puede parquear en el hotel sin mayor problema. Nada. Todo fue excelentes y muy atentos con nosotros.

Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, an the surrounding view were absolutely beautiful. when I was injured during our trip, Mr. Ramadan went above and beyond-He personally took me to the hospital, stayed with us the entire time, got my prescription, and kindly drove us back to hotel after my MRI with no charge . The kindness and care of hotel management made a difficult situation so much easier . We are truly grateful and highly recommend this hotel!

Alberto Jose (6/5): Don’t trust the goods reviews. - I booked this “Cave” Hotel because of the majority of reviews, however, I found the property very dated, a lot of mould in the bath, in the silicon around the basin, in the walls, honestly I suggest to look for newers property despite that don’t have many reviews. Also our room wasn’t a cave so very disappointing. Good location, nice staff and breakfast ok.
