Guest Reviews
- Catherine (10/5): -
- Richelle (8/5): Good - Receptionist are on the go , the resto staff are nice they even offer to carry our staff with their cart and assisted by the staff Nothing else to do in hotel.then we ask to clean room they do it in afternoon where people are resting not in the morning where people were out for swimming and having breakfast
- Husar Ovidiu (9/5): - Raport calitate/pret a fost foarte bun. Locatia a fost foarte bună. Personalul amabil Fiind langa aleea pietonala, a fost putină galagie
- APRIL (10/5): Great location - Great place When it rains the alleys are muddy x
- APRIL (10/5): Lovely place - We always stay here x When it rains, the alley way is muddy.
- Dan (7/5): It’s just right - The property is very close to the beach. I counted the distance steps. It’s 70 steps away. There was heavy rain one night. The whole alley way was ankle deep flooded. The drainage was clogged up. The water was gone the next day. The restaurant does not have service in case you don’t want to go out to buy your food. There were some items in the menu available.
- Matt (10/5): Has KL the amenities you need close to everything. Safe, secure and pleasant stay! - Superbly located and great staff
- Ronald (8/5): - Very comfortable to stay because everything is near in the hotel. Only the road specifically when raining.
- Jesa (6/5): Location and price is good - Convenient location No socket for intl charger for the gadget
- April Lorraine (8/5): -
- Jizni (10/5): Spacious room. Great location. - Our room was surprisingly spacious. Location is great v near Dmall. Ac is good. Breakfast was good too but not all items will be available so that sucks a bit. Staff was very helpful. Wifi is kinda funky. Easily disconnects so you have to login again and again.
Not many facilities but I guess it's okay for the price.

- APRIL (9/5): Great place to stay in Boracay - Having free breakfasts everyday was a bonus. The location was great as we were near the beach, D'Mall and public transportation. Also, it was an advantage that the property is well known to everyone that works in the Island. It wasn't hard to locate. Drinking water is free. There were water taps to wash off the sand and mud from your feet before going in your bedroom. You can also ask for additional pillows, towels, and toiletries when you genuinely need it. Boracay when it rains gets flooded. Muddy puddles in the alley way to and from the property.
- HELEN and LEO (10/5): Very good - Very good Nothing
- Martinus (7/5): - Location, clean room Breakfast is very simple
- Marcela (1/5): dont consider this hotel - the worst hotel ever. the showerhead fell to my head as i turned off the shower. the sink is broken. the TV reception is bad.
i waited for other fam members at the resto because we have an early flight. its 6:23am and the staff told us that service starts at 6:30am. the guts to even mention the 7 mins. we ordered bangus for breakfast, and guess what, its burnt and it's only 1.5" in size. egg is soggy and tasteless. even the children we were with did not enjoy the food.
i hope no anyone who wants to book in this hotel reconsider. facility ❌ service ❌ food ❌ staff ❌.
- Christine (9/5): Value for money - 1min walk to beach front.
Bfast included is good.
Staffs are kind polite
- Omayan (7/5): Good -
- Von (8/5): Very good - Location
- Omayan (6/5): Pleasant - Very cool 😎 There is a mosquito inside and outside of the hotel 🥲
- Mark (5/5): Budget friendly, However removed the beach front and the pool as there is no pool here - Accomodating staff The AC is too old. I got problem staying it malfunction around 4am and no maintenance available. So we were sleeping in a hot room
- Micheal (2/5): A Disappointing End to What Could Have Been a Great Stay - Near the beach and its only walking distance First Day in Boracay – A Disappointing End to What Could Have Been a Great Stay
We checked in at Seabird International Resort, Room A2, excited to enjoy our time in Boracay. I initially appreciated the location, especially upon noticing a CCTV camera positioned directly facing our area—this gave us a sense of added security.
On the third day of our stay, we placed three snorkels and some clothes outside to dry. However, during packing on our last night, I realized that only two snorkels were left. We immediately reported the missing item to the security guard and followed up early the next morning by visiting the resort office to request a CCTV review.
To our dismay, the staff in charge informed us—without much explanation—that the CCTV camera in our area was NOT WORKING. Just like that. No apology. No alternative assistance offered. Nothing.
It’s extremely disappointing that a resort catering to many tourists would allow its security system to be non-functional, especially after promoting safety and surveillance. The presence of a camera gave us a false sense of protection, only to find out that it served no real purpose.
Because of this unfortunate experience, I CANNOT and will NOT recommend Seabird International Resort Boracay. What started out as a pleasant stay ended with frustration and a lack of accountability. This could have been a memorable trip for the right reasons—but sadly, it ended with a lesson on choosing accommodations more carefully.

- Abdulla (9/5): Superb - A Wonderful Stay at Seabird International Resort – Highly Recommended!
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Seabird International Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, efficient, and professional staff who made us feel truly welcome. The hospitality we received was beyond expectations, especially from Caitlyn at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us locate and retrieve our luggage, which had been stranded in Manila. Thanks to her efforts, we had our bags delivered to our hotel the same day we arrived — an incredible relief and a perfect example of the resort’s outstanding service.
The facilities were great for a 3-star hotel. There’s a cozy little restaurant downstairs, perfect for a relaxed meal, and the resort is just a minute’s walk from the beach — ideal for enjoying Boracay’s beauty without the hassle. After a swim, the outdoor shower near the hotel entrance was a convenient touch.
Our room was very comfortable and quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep. The bed and sheets were clean and cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Seabird International Resort exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Boracay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay!
- Abdulla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Altonee (7/5): Good -
- Joseph (8/5): Value for money - The room and the staff both nice. The place is a bit out of bounds. You have to walk long way with heavy luggages since ant transportation cannot allowed to enter to the hotel door. Not easy task for solo travellers.
- Sunny (10/5): Excellent. I highly recommend it - It was very close to the beach and I had easy access to the beach after work for fun Everything was about right
- Lorna (7/5): Good -
- Chelsea (7/5): Good - Love the breakfast and comfortable beds.
Just out of date equipment - not too many charging docks. The AC was too loud. A deposit of 2000 is required which wasn’t mentioned when booking
- Michel (8/5): Very good - The single room I was in was spacious. The bed was comfortable.
The location is excellent - very close to Dmall. Good value for the price paid. I wish there was more variety on the breakfast options.
- Ruel (8/5): Very good -
- Rose (9/5): Superb - I paid only half the total price for 4N5D and room upgraded as well since I have Genius benefits and it's with breakfast already so it's really worth the price. The room is spacious, a/c is cold, food is also good, but facilities are quite old. The location is between Station 1 & 2 close to the shops, restaurants, mall, beaches, and walking distance to the other side - the Bulabog beach where you can find the famous leaning coconut tree. Near to the church and the main road as well. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Though it would be nice if they would send someone to pick you up from main road esp when you just diy your way from airport to hotel, as trikes couldn't go inside the narrow and rough road which takes less than 5 mins walk but it's difficult esp when you have luggages, grateful to the luggage guy who helped me but he's from another hotel🤭 Overall the experience was really good! Grateful for this opportunity.🙏
- Ciaran (7/5): Good -
- Aden (6/5): Pleasant -
- Michael (7/5): Comfortable place to stay - It was so nice and clean. The facilities coz they are kinda old
- Rob (6/5): Nice hotel close to the beach with good restaurant. Not fancy, but fine for sleeping! - Breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfy. Aircon was cold Shower stall door was difficult to close to keep water from leaking out, shower head was not adjustable.
- Stefania (10/5): I will definitely stay again there when I’m in Boracay - I’ve been there for 10 nights and everything was perfect. I could stay even more. The room was very nice, the bed veeerryyy comfortable with 4 pillows which is great. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It’s really nice that you can dry your clothes outside and the balcony is also very cosy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Very clean place, peaceful and really close to the beach.
- Ramos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Safa (7/5): Good - The location was amazing, it is aswell the best thing about this hotel.
The price-quality is almost unbeatable. I got a private room incl. breakfast and it was way cheaper than most hotels.
From the hotel to the beach is a 1min walk. The AC is WAY too loud.
The reception is uncomfortable with late check-out.
The bathroom is smelly.
I had problems with getting hot water through the shower.

- Adriano (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (7/5): Good -
- Saarini (7/5): Good -
- Olena (8/5): Very good -
- Rutger (7/5): It was a fun stay, and the location was excellent - The room was very clean and nice in general. The beach is very close, only a few steps away. There is nothing we really disliked. It might be a little bit expensive for what it is though. It's just a room and a basic, but nice breakfast.
- Romana (5/5): Passable - The place is really close to beach, remember you are on Station 2 so it is really bussy. - accomodation very average for the price
- I had a scary experience with their "security guy" who was not even in their dresscode looking like any other average man who stopped me walking to my room asking for my room number without even introducing himself and then shouting back at me when I said it was none of his business. Definitely not giving me back a feeling of security as a solo traveller. I meet him every day afterwards, not a single time he said good evening.
- I had a breakfast in the package...honestly, skip it, not worth the money. I travelled 5 weeks the Philippines and the cheapest places and they still gave you better package. It was small, not diverse, not tasty and not good looking either.
- very uncomfortable beds
- Rosales (6/5): The hotel manager is reponsive to my concern and i am very pleased with that, Its near to all to-go places - Its near to all to-go places They dont clean the room daily, no free drinking water inside the rooms, tv is not working, receptionist is not helpful, no telephone extension line inside the room, its hard to reach out for room service.
- Marvie (10/5): good holiday - close to the beach. the arrival from the road going to the hotel was a bit difficult.
- Ramos (9/5): Superb -
- Stephanie (8/5): Very good - Close to the beach shore. The room is quite old and toilet was a bit small.
- Nina (8/5): I had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff are great. The complimentary breakfast was nice too. It is value for money and - It is near everything and close to the beach A little old but everything was fine.
- Jersey (5/5): Value for money and good location. - 1-minute walk going to the beach. I was charged for 1 water bottle even if I didn’t consume it. On their checklist, there were 3 bottles but I only saw two bottles. I don’t have a copy of the said checklist and it is the reason why I am partly at fault since I wasn’t able to remember the details of the said checklist hence the reason why I’m not able to inform them that there are only 2 water bottles. 🤷🏻♀️
- Anmel (6/5): Pleasant - Location The staff not friendly
- John (7/5): Good -
- Joelyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (5/5): Passable - Location is very convenient
Comfortable Bed Old Facilities and not enough toiletries supply, have to ask Front desk at all times and sometimes they forget to deliver.
- Szilard (10/5): Nice place to stay near the beach - I was given a big and confortable room. Liked the atmosphere of the hotel. They serve a wonderful breakfast as well.
- Edward (8/5): Very good - Location is very accessible
- Gareth (7/5): Cheap and cheerful always willing to help - Friendly, efficient and accommodating
- Jen (10/5): Our stay was great, will book here again. - The room is clean, AC is cold, good running water. Good location. Each room should have its own clothesline for wet clothes.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alma (8/5): Very good -
- Lorena (5/5): Good location, good breakfast , average accommodation. - The location is very good, there is terrace and they provide hot & cold water thru the water dispenser in the hallway. Our room B3 looks very old, no locker, there is no water heater so we have to bear very cold water during shower.
- Rita (8/5): Very good -
- Ledylynn (10/5): Perfect place to stay - Was little worried about this place as it was so cheap although i can not fault it. Service and location was excellent
- Maria (7/5): Overall it is a great place to stay because of its location and helpful staff. - The location is just about 50 steps away from the beach and is close to D’mall. The staff were accommodating. Some of the facilities particularly in the bathroom are quite old. The aircon in our room would at times be noisy.
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- John (7/5): Good - Customer service and the location Had to pay extra to drink the water in your room
- Rowena (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (9/5): Excellent stay, very affordable, good breakfast, friendly staffs! I probably stay here again and if I bring my whole fam - Affordable and free breakfast. Staffs were friendly and good customer service. Not a front beach so, walking from property to the beach i don’t like it. No good views and scenery . But overall everything is excellent. Breakfast, staffs and cleanliness were 5 star!!!
- Miffe (9/5): very safe. very efficient staff. place is close to everything. Will recommend to family and friends. - very nice staff Bathroom should have hooks where to hang change clothes so they won’t get wet.

- Christine (9/5): Big Room, CR needs inlmprovement - Big room, comfy beds. Comes with complimentary breakfast at Tacio Restaurant + a 10% off voucher each day of your stay at Tacio. The bathroom is old. The shower area is clean, but under the lavatory is not quite a sight. The room needs a repaint.
- Parry (9/5): On the 10 steps to heaven, Boracay is the 9th one. - Mabuhay! My room was fine, not huge, but adequate. It's all about the beach, right? Well it might be 50 steps, a 1 minute walk from Seabird and your are on white beach amongst everything it has to offer. Seabird's night time security guard was on the job when I'd leave in the evening and was there when I'd return much later that night. However, I never felt the need to have one, but was still thankful he was there. This was my fourth stay at Seabird and it works perfectly for me. Excellent internet connection, many English TV stations, and a five-ten minute walk to Bulobog Beach/Road which is one of the most beautiful places and is on the other side the island. I do a lot of walking and taking pictures, and like to get off the beaten path to see how locals live too. Other than the marathon it takes me to get there, and I've traveled different routes, this last trip was Seattle to LA (2.5 hrs), LA to Hong Kong (13hrs), Hong Kong to Manila (2.5hrs), Manila to Caticlan (50min), then the final leg-a Paraw boat ride to Boracay (10 min). While purchasing the boat ride at the Caticlan Jetty Port, you're also getting transportation to your hotel on the island. You are pretty much babysat thru the entire process and it's almost too efficient. As you can tell by now, I am a big fan of Boracay Island and am a beach bar kind of guy and they've got some of the best bars and bands I ever seen, and I've been to many. Kick back, enjoy life, and make memories. I always tell my friends back home that I'm a foot taller and 20 years younger when I'm on Boracay Island. I'm not a big fan of the wind and monsoons, but even those can be thrilling and exciting if you visit during that season (June-Oct). I was there from August 28th thru Sept 13th and got to witness two days of it. There is a reason they wear flip-flops around here, and you'll likely be wading through ankle deep water on the side paths between the beach and main road.
