• Dhanish Gokool (8/5): Perfect for a short stay - Restaurant on ground floor had some nice food Lack of lift and for someone claustrophobic the room can be an issue as they are very small. If you have extra luggage, you will have to leave them in the corridor due to lack of space

• Roger (8/5): Excellent Price and Location - Absolutely no complaints except we told them they needed towel racks. Great staff, comfy and clean room, good breakfast, great location and price. We're happy we chose this place Looks dodgy on the outside. Don't let that stop you. The area is safe and the hotel is modern and well kept.
• Martina (6/5): Insgesamt ein nicht angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Freundliches Gebäude älterer Bauart. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kompetent und auch Hilfsbereit. Ansprechende Lage mit kurzen Distanzen zu geschäftigen Bereichen wie Gastronomie,, Geschäften und sympathischen, sehenswürdigen Stadtbereichen. Vieles davon in durchaus zu Fuß erreichbaren Distanzen. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Es gab zwar eine Gardine, aber hinter ihr verbarg sich nur der unmittelbar vorbeilaufende Etagengang. Das Frühstück war sehr mager.

In der Rezeption: der Hotelmanager hat mir herausragend mit meinem Flugticket und Hotelzimmer( wegen schwieriger Iran Krieg Situation) geholfen...wo alles unberechenbar war. In der Küche fürs Frühstück: sehr nette 2 Köche. Danke vielmals an alle!

• Ondy (9/5): - The hotel performs up to is high score on booking.com. Receptionists, porters and kitchen staff did their work professionally. Requests were taken care of promptly. The breakfast provided was convenient for starting our day. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Daily newspapers and masala tea (late afternoon i think) was provided. Ohh, there was an iron and ironing board in the corridor which was a really convenient addition. The porters were really helpful, especially on the day we left. Due to traffic jam and the road condition we had to cross the road in order to reach our uber and they waited with us outside and made sure we got across the road safely, carrying our suitcases. If you're sensitive to noise, the sound insulation might be problem. But that was not an issue to bother me and my family as we're sound sleepers.
• Ella (7/5): Convenient stay, facilities are basic but have everything you need for a few nights. Wouldn’t bother with breakfast but - The property was in a good location to sight see from Fort, through to Churchgate and down to the Docks. The room had everything we needed for a two night stay, was clean and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with all toiletries provided. We got what we expected, and it was considerably cheaper than nearby air bnbs. The location was extremely busy. We’d leave for the day and be bombarded from the doorstep - but I guess that’s just Mumbai! The room itself had everything we needed but was tiny! We couldn’t walk past one another, one person had to wait in one end of the room for the other to get past. You could also hear the street traffic but we expected as much. My biggest criticism was the breakfast. Whilst it was included in the room price so we didn’t pay extra for it, breakfast consisted of a row of arm chairs against the windows in one of the corridors. The food options were all okay, and my sister had a waffle. They served this and gave us a bottle of syrup and chocolate sauce, and put it down on our table- along with a log of tiny flies or bugs that were on one of the syrup bottles. I think it would be better to not offer breakfast at all as there weren’t really the facilities or space to provide a proper room for it, and eating in the corridor is probably part of the reason bugs are getting attracted to the syrup bottles in the first place. Equally not convinced how hygienic the kitchen they’re cooking out of it after the bugs on the bottles. I also think, whilst it was considerably cheaper than alternative accommodation options, it wasn’t cheap so would expect slightly better facilities than breakfast in the corridor. I’d also attempted to initially pay for our stay by card but had a request through for £800 instead of £100 through a link on WhatsApp which also detailed my booking details - it looked legit and was either an error from the hotel or a scammer who had access to the booking details (either way worrying). Because we felt like we were getting scammed we said we would pay by cash, but carrying this much cash in such a crazy area as white tourists didn’t feel safe. There’s definitely more that could be done to secure their systems to ensure guests feel able to pay via card and not have to carry cash in an insecure area.

Ночью, конечно тоже слышно дорогу (не стльно), но это же Мумбаи! Отель оправдал ожидания! Очень понравился персонал - вежливые, внимательные, чуткие, дружелюбные и доброжелательные, - всегда с улыбками и добрыми лицами! Такие интеллигентные, благородные мужчины на ресепшене! Спасибо вам огромное, вы лучшие! 🙏 Номер чистый, уютный, небольшой, но всё нкжное есть! После выселения разрешили оставить вещи до вечера, а потом ещё и чаем с печеньками напоили! Рекомендую этот отель !

• Linus (8/5): Good hotel with good value for price - Staff was very kind and helpful. The room is not very spacious but enough for two people. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is at a big road, it can be a bit noisy and if you want to get to an area with more life, you have to walk quite a bit or take a Taxi.

Breakfast was very good.You could have both Continental and Indian if you so wished! All the staff,were excellent, and I do mean everyone! The ambience of the hotel was also very charming! They helped us and gave us cash to pay for the uner because we didn’t know the uber requires cash although we had international bank cards with money. They arranged us taxi for city tour and did everything to mae our stay easy. For two nights the room and hotel was perfect. Toilet and shower was good in indian standard. Beds were comfy to sleep and the room had ac and fan. Breakfast was enough to get nutrients. The location was good to see the main attractions but the area was a bit strange.

• Ayano (10/5): 心温まりました！ - 友人と一緒に2日間利用させていただきました。フロントのかたも、キーパーさんも、調理の方も皆さんとても良い方でした。お部屋もきれいです。食事も美味しいです。オムレツとワッフル、月曜のパオバジ気に入りました。ヘアードライヤーは、フロントの方に言うと貸してくれます。アメニティーは、バスタオル、トイレットペーパー、ボディソープ、シャンプー、ハンドソープがお部屋にありました。(部屋着、ルームシューズ、フェイスタオルは必要ならご持参を) 立地、優しいスタッフの方達…このお値段なのに大満足でした。 洗面所に手拭きタオルがあったら喜ばれるかも知れません。
• S K Chatterjee (10/5): A hidden gem on P Demello Road - A small boutique hotel tucked away on the 2nd floor of the old Elphinstone College building. The interiors have now been refurbished and concerted into the present hotel with the same name., the property is more than a century old. It's bang on the P Demello Road. Tiny but well appointed rooms offering spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms in 3 categories with a good breakfast. Polite and attentive staff led by Mr Hemond, make staying here a pleasure. Very close to CSMT and the shopping areas of Crawford market, Bhuleshwar market, Pydhonie, Lohar Chawl etc, make it a convenient place to stay. Definitely recommended.

• Anish (10/5): Great - Breakfast is eggs of your choice , unlimited tea/coffee , Juice availability and some kinda fried breakfast and waffles. I feel it's better then nothing and I did appreciate it ! Don't be fooled by the exterior of the hotel everything is well maintained and clean hotel. Size of the room was really very small , ours was a superior twin room but didn't feel superior but I get it , I didn't notice the size but really more of a me issue then them.

The breakfast was tasty and the location is about a 20 min walk to most tourist spots in the south and 5 mins from Crawford market. The budget rooms are basic and a little small but if you aren't spending much time in your room then it's fine for a good nights sleep. There's also free tea and biscuits in the evening!

The room was tiny, so it would be good to have more storage e.g. another towel rail in the bathroom, more cupboard/shelving space in the bedroom and bathroom. The hot water was not totally reliable.

• Jamie (8/5): Comfortable stay in a convenient location for exploring Mumbai - Breakfast was great and the location was good for us walking around Mumbai - about 10 mins to the train station passing a bustling area around Maneesh Market or walking to the fort area. You could easily pick up a rickshaw if you didn't feel like walking. We explored a fair bit of Mumbai in the few days were here traveling a few times from the CSMT station. The staff were really helpful. There wasn't that much immediately outside the hotel, though you could pick up some food at a few places next door.

• Robert (8/5): Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt in guter Lage - Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Dank der 24-stündig besetzten Rezeption konnten wir auch in den frühen Morgenstunden anreisen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns eine zusätzliche Matratze für eine dritte Person in unserem Doppelzimmer gegen einen geringen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof, auch der Flughafen ist in etwa einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Leider hatte unser Zimmer nur ein Fenster auf den Flur hinaus.
• Dr Pranab Kumar (7/5): It's good experience mainly for the probably untrained but very congenial and friendly behaviour of - Staffs are very friendly. Options in breakfast menu are very minimum. The dining/ breakfast area is very narrow and clumsy.
• NIRANJAN (8/5): Was a comfortable stay . - Small and compact rooms but serves the purpose for a night stay. It was raining very hard and was difficult to catch a taxi for my meeting. The staff memeber went out of his way to arrange one , even getting wet in the pouring rain . That was increadible service. Having to carry the bags up for one floor. But its managable.

• Shweta Kuvalekar (4/5): a safe place to stay the night near cst station but do not expect a fantastic experience - The staff was very helpful and courteous with giving instructions and making sure that we would be able to find our way back to the hotel in the night In the fisrt room we found some kind of bug in the bed. Got a new room. In that room there was a strange pipe from the ceiling leading down to the drain in the shower. In the bathrom there was no toilet paper and what looked like black mould. We did not shower that morning. One of the blankets was damp and there where no towels in the room.maybe the missing items where missing because the room was not yet ready.

W hotelu możliwość płatności kartą. Zlokalizowany przy bardzo ruchliwej drodze. Pokoje bardzo malutkie, kiepska wentylacja - po kąpieli wszystko łapie wilgoć szczególnie pościel, jak za tą cenę można by czystość dopracować.
