- Inna (7/5): Необходимо привести в порядок коммуникации - Это был наш второй визит в отель в тот же самый номер. Мы прожили 4 ночи в номере Мимоза с кухонным уголком для готовки. При выборе гостиницы для нас важны всегда 2 аспекта: 1) наличие кухни с плитой, чтобы готовить еду ребенку; 2) наличие ванной, а не душа. И к сожалению в этот раз что-то пошло не так ... В первый же вечер мы обнаружили, что вода в ванной не уходит, она набирается в ванную плюс имеет неприятный запах канализации. Сообщили об этом сотрудникам, они сразу же пришли на помощь, что-то прочистили. По итогу неприятного запаха канализации нет, но вода так и не уходила в ванной. Пользоваться ванной в принципе невозможно было, только как быстрый душ. Через пару дней на ровном месте перестает уходить вода в унитазе, ночью, это было печально. На другой день с унитазом разобрались, с ванной без изменений. В последний день закончился газ на кухне, утром,когда я планировала накормить ребенком перед отъездом, это не получилось. У этого отеля безусловно есть плюсы - это и отзывчивый персонал и красивая территория отеля с садом, чистота в номере, мягкие кровати, милейший балкон, на котором мы любили пить чай. Но к сожалению неисправность канализации, которая явно нуждается в капитальном ремонте прилично перечёркивает эти плюсы. Очень жаль. Потому что мы бы хотели возвращаться сюда ещё. Перечислила выше

- Хюрем (1/5): Предлагаю обновлять фото отелей, и прилагать и вид из окна в разное время года - Сад видно что хозяйка любит цветы и уют, красиво на фотографии Очень красиво наверно , но не в декабре, очень хотела насладиться питьем кофе с мужем в беседке в саду, но было очень холодно, деревья в саду наполовину пусты, опали листья, вид голого сада, комната в пристройке к основному дому( куда нас заселили - стены грязные, белье мятое постельное, все очень уставшее, серое), очень холодная, мой муж северянин -замерз , в комнате свистел ветер, шторы шелелились , кондиционер стоял в комнате - не работал, колорифер ,который дали обогревал воздух в радиусе 15 см от себя- не больше, вода для чая закончилась , и мы с2 часов ночи просто сидели под 2 мя одеялами , , утром когда встретились с мужчиной, который там был, рассказали , что замерзли , у них оказывается были комнате в доме теплые, там топили камин. А нас в пристройку заселили. Вид из окна на задний двор , где мусор лежал. Видно соседей. С другого окна где веранда видно сад. Но я ещё раз пишу- там в этом отеле может очень и красиво - но не в декабре. А я ехала туда насладиться красотой, а получилось только огорчение.

- Krishan (9/5): French Villa Style Acoomodation - The hotel had a beautiful garden which we walked along every morning because it was so beautiful and so well maintained. The room was nice and spacious. In fact, I booked the 2 bedroom. It was just the 2 of us but I booked it only for the big balcony we had. We ordered takeaway for breakfast both mornings we were there. Somehow, mosquitoes would get inside and bother us all night. The aluminium sealing of the "roses" room was loose and I felt like a better job could've been done. the bathroom, although beautiful was a bit too small.

This is a stunning location with a picturesque garden, a sensation of peace and quiet, friendly staff and comfortable unit amenities. We enjoyed every minute of staying there and highly recommend the Terrasse des roses to beauty seekers! The cleaning was daily and good. The insulation is out of the question, unfortunately, so we found spending nights there quite chilly, BUT the moment we asked for assistance, the staff went out of their way to get everything right in order to help us! We are very grateful for our high quality experience there:)

- Giorgio (9/5): Amazing garden and flowers - The garden is simply amazing, very well maintained and extremely beautiful, the room is very spacious and with a great view, the balcony is a great place to enjoy the view and have a coffee :) If not for my Vietnamese wife it would have been a little complicated to talk with the staff, but they were very kind and resourceful so not really bad at all, the boiler of the room is kind of not enough for the big bathtub so it takes some planning to enjoy a bath

- Peter (7/5): Good place to stay in Dalat - Nice historic building with old-world charm. Lovely gardens. Room was large and had a small balcony. It was away from the city centre so quiet. Room was a bit dirty on arrival and we had to ask for some rubbish from the last tenants to be cleaned (which was done quickly). Like lots of places in Vietnam, they make it very difficult to pay for the room. The card machine wasn't working and they didn't have any change for cash payments. Make sure you check with the hotel when you arrive about payment.
- Quan (10/5): 10 out of 10 - A place where you can chill, relax, and enjoy the fresh air of Dalat. Located beneath a main road, the property consists of a cozy mansion and a poetry garden. It brings back the nostalgic feeling of a dreamy Dalat. The room is larger than most of the hotels I have stayed at before in Dalat for the same price. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay. I will surely come back when I travel to Dalat again. None

- Rhys (8/5): Guesthouse vibes with nice view - Nice guesthouse in northern Da Lat. Perfectly comfortable for what it is, but pretty basic fit-out. Friendly staff but very limited English spoken so keep that in mind. Bit removed from city centre, you will need to use a motorbike or taxi to get there. They can arrange motorbike for you if you wish. Could be cleaner all round and have a few more amenities- cutlery etc. Also didn’t have our booking recorded so when we arrived, we had to stay in lesser room for 2 nights until original room became available. Did discount though for inconvenience.

The hotel is surrounded with green scenery and fragrant roses. The staff was super helpful. We got a complimentary bouquet of roses. The hotel is a bit away from the city centre but we could rent a motorbike from the hotel itself at a more reasonable price than in town. Nothing to complain about.
