• S Halim (10/5): Great hotel at cheap - The hotel is exactly what you expect for the price. The room was clean and good enough for me to spend the night. The toilet was in a good state too. The view from the terrace was fantastic and you don't want to miss it if you stay here. There is a little bit of an issue as there is no lift in the hotel but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us. The receptionists (I met 3 of them) were gentlemen and super accommodating. When I asked them for a fridge to keep my baby's food, they immediately offered assistance by providing their reception's fridge and allowed us to access it whenever required. They also helped us book taxis and gave advice on different things when asked. On top of that, they were available 24/7 so our check in late and check out early was not a problem. Thanks a lot.
• Kira (9/5): Good overall - Good location, bathroom is acceptable,dorm-like, good view, thought would not recommend for people that struggle with stairs, as they do not have a lift, recommend overall, closest free beach is 40 m walk away, but there lots of cafes, shops and coffee shops on the way, so it isn't a problem, overall recommend👍
• Gwen (5/5): Cheap hotel if you are arriving late and need 24 hour reception be prepared for lots of stairs - Needed one night accommodation with 24 hour desk as arriving very late Lots of stairs which I had not expected. They did carry my bag up and down which was much appreciated. They did carry property felt grotty and I was not comfortable staying there. Happy to leave the next day.

Overall, a good place and value for money. For guests staying several days, would be nice if the cleaning will be done more often.

• Toma (10/5): - Прекрасный отель в самом центре! Останавливаемся здесь не в первый раз, и как всегда всё на высоте. Номера чистые, кровати очень удобные, выспались отлично. Персонал на ресепшене очень дружелюбный и готов помочь по любому вопросу. Вид с террасы на крыше просто потрясающий — идеальное место для утреннего кофе. Да, лифта нет, но для нас это не было проблемой, зато локация позволяет обойти все достопримечательности пешком. Обязательно вернемся!

Номер был уютным и светлым, кондиционер и сантехника работали исправно. Очень порадовала чистота и гостеприимство сотрудников. Немного крутые лестницы, но это особенность зданий в этом районе. За свою цену — это лучший выбор в Анталье. Рекомендую!

Персонал был невероятно приветливым и отзывчивым, мы сразу почувствовали себя как дома. Особенно хочется отметить идеальную чистоту и очень удобные кровати. А завтрак на террасе с таким потрясающим видом каждое утро был просто незабываемым. Мы обязательно вернемся снова!

Location is amazing: Very close to plenty of food options, Roman Harbour, Hadrian Gate, clock tower, historical mosques and other historical sites. Panoramic view from roof top is amazing. Whenever we go to Antalya again, we’d love to stay here. Everything was brilliant.

The rooms had everything we needed and were spotless. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly throughout our stay. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. I travel to Antalya quite often, and this has been one of the most comfortable stays so far. Я часто отдыхаю в Анталии, и это одно из самых комфортных мест, где я останавливался. Обязательно буду советовать этот отель друзьям и с удовольствием вернусь снова.

Особенно администратор Мухаммед очень добропорядочный,отзывчивый. Очень шумно в отеле.Продивающие хлопают дверями,что мешает спать. Веранда не закрывается и посетители пользуясь этим могут всю ночь сидеть там и распивать спиртные напитки ,ведут себя громко в номерах все слышно. так как отель не закрывается на ночь.то на веранду могут проходить разные посетители. Очень шумно ,отдохнуть не получится.

• Bernadette (3/5): Poor and dirty - The location , a lot of shops around convenient Aircon was full of dust all inside , I have never seen so much dust in a aircon unit before. The T.V would only play Turkish radio channels and nothing else was really old and outdated. The room and bathroom was filthy , stains on bed , floor , smears/finger prints on windows and mirrors , dirt marks on handles and floor had marks all over it and was sticky , couldn’t get the staff to clean your room as they would promise to that day and never they would never provide clean towels would have to reminding them. Would not stay here again the place was filthy

Le point fort, c’est clairement le personnel : toujours à l’écoute, super sympa et prêt à aider à tout moment. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli. • C9778NGjs (2/5): Avoid - Its that bad I don't know where to start. On entering the hotel it has a lovely clean, shiny floor. I'm afraid that's where the positives end. It was filthy and smelt very bad. It doesn't look like its been cleaned since it was built. Felt dirtier when getting out of the shower it was that dirty. The view from the roof terrace is lovely but didnt feel comfortable to sit up there with it being so unwelcoming. Staff were very rude. Did not feel welcome in this hotel at all. Don't be fooled by the pictures you see online as ot it looks nothing like them. I've stayed in better hostels.

• Dogan (3/5): Good price but only go if you’re alone. Not good for a couple get away - The location, the terrace view and the reception guy was very helpful and welcoming. I’ll be honest and say exactly what my wife and I think: Very old and outdated room. The bathroom was horrible, the sink was extremely small, the electrics were very weird and kept cutting out. Worst of all There is no elevator

• Liane (6/5): - Ich war sieben Nächte in diesem Hotel in Antalya und habe versucht, das Beste daraus zu machen. Mir war bewusst, dass es ein einfaches Haus mit zwei Sternen ist, aber ein gewisser Standard sollte trotzdem da sein. Positiv war auf jeden Fall das sehr freundliche Personal an der Rezeption gutes Englisch und sehr sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Frühstücksmannschaft auch sehr freundlich aber verstehen kaum englisch. Auch die Dachterrasse war wunderschön, mit tollem Ausblick über die Stadt. Die Lage ist super zentral, besser geht’s kaum. Weniger schön war, dass das Zimmer und besonders das Bad nicht richtig sauber waren. Der Wasserdruck war teilweise so schwach, dass Duschen kaum möglich war, und es gab nur einen festen oberen Duschkopf, was etwas unpraktisch ist... Menschen mit langen Haaren wollen nicht immer beim Duschen ihre Haare waschen. In der ganzen Woche kam leider auch niemand zum Reinigen oder Müllleeren. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und erst ab 8:30 Uhr – für Ausflüge etwas spät. Ausstattung in den Zimmern auch sehr verwohnt,... Da können Fotos schon sehr schmeicheln.... kein Stuhl oder kleine Lampe zum Abend. Enges Zimmer mit unterschiedlichen Höhen zum Bad und ins Zimmer höhere Stufe. Für geh behinderte nicht geeignet. Alles in allem: Die Lage und das Personal sind wirklich Pluspunkte, aber bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung wäre noch Luft nach oben. Wer wenig Ansprüche hat und einfach zentral übernachten möchte, kann hier sicher trotzdem ein paar schöne Tage verbringen.

• H5164LYandream (2/5): 10 nights at Hotel 20 - Positives first..great location. Great power shower. Fabulous views from roof terrace. Lift not working, and no assistance forthcoming with luggage. Very shabby shoddy . This hotel needs a total refurbishment. Our room had a fire exit door totally blocked by the double bed. Window locks broken.Bedding had holes and tears. One small wardrobe. No draws,shelves or hooks. Dirty mugs on kettle tray...and not once replaced. Threadbare towels. Jet 2 should drop this hotel. We did not spend a lot on this hotel and so our expectations were low. Been travelling all over Turkey for 30 years....have stayed in zero star guest houses that were spotless. Overall feeling was of a grubby hostel. We did not complain as we felt we had not done a thorough enough check before we booked. We just decided to draw a line under everything and make the best of it.

• Aleksandra (2/5): Be careful - +Ideal location +Terrace with a great view +Wi-Fi in the room good enough for video calls at work This wasn't my first stay at the hotel, but it certainly was the last one and I wouldn't recommend it. First of all, I think it's worth mentioning that the hotel is unsuitable for people with any kind of mobility problems and might not be safe even for the healthiest and fittest of guests if they're not being careful enough. There are steps everywhere, including in the corridors, the room entrance and inside the room itself. The steps are uneven and pose a risk. Furthermore, the hotel is not very well-maintained or clean, which is very visible everywhere you look. The sheets and towels are old and stained. Cleaning is provided only on demand, so every time you need a new roll of toilet paper you must go to the reception. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and it smells really bad at all times. While you're greeted at the reception by a wish to be given a 10/10 review, they do not even try to provide that for you. I'd advise to ignore their requests to pay in cash and always pay by card instead, to have proof of payment. A certain member of staff who does not understand English was extremely rude, disrespectful and offensive. Upon arrival he demanded that I spoke Turkish and he only spoke Turkish to me, while also complaining about how tired he was. On a different occasion, when I came up to the terrace with my local friend (only to talk for a while sitting at the table) I met with a verbal attack and insulting insinuations. I was yelled at that I'm in Turkey and I have to speak Turkish (funnily enough, speaking Russian is somehow ok). I was also cursed at in Turkish, which the man didn't realise I would understand. I've travelled to Turkey many times and love coming here, but this totally ruined my holiday. Instead of hearing a proper apology I only heard some made up story that fit their narrative to manipulate the situation. Needless to say, I felt very UNSAFE and uncomfortable.
• Saez (5/5): - la ubicacion es muy buena la habitación es muy incómoda, el lavabo del baño choca con el espejo no puedes lavarte los dientes (enjuagarte), hay un escalon para entrar al baño pero la puerte tiene una distancia desde el piso de afuera por lo que te golpeas la cabeza al salir a menos que te agachesr. las puertas de baño y entrada a la habitación chocan entre si.

Это был решающий фактор при бронировании, поэтому я довольна, что выбрала этот отель. Очень удобное расположение в старом городе, достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Завтрак включен. Вид с террасы на завтраке был просто великолепен!!! В ванной грибок на потолке, и видны следы сырости, возможно, это из-за близости к морю. Смутили неотстиранные пятна на постельном белье. Но, в целом, впечатления больше положительные.
• Bryn (7/5): Central and convenient location - Central location, cheap, breakfast with lovely city view. The staff helped carry our luggage up snd down the stairs. Street noise, no lift.

• Yuichi (7/5): Location is perfect - Location is excellent. 3 min to tram station to the airport and local bus station to everywhere in Antalya. Nice view from roof top breakfast restaurant. No controlled air conditioning. Different explanation from booking.com web page regarding balcony. No receipt for the payment.
• ajay (3/5): Bad experience - Location was perfect , everything was easily accessible all markets were nearby. Only location is good — everything else is terrible. Bad bedsheets, awful pillows, foul smell in the room, so noisy even in midnight.No lifts and reception is at second floor and there is no one to help you in carrying the luggage. There was no cold water coming in only boiling hot water. The manager is not helpful .I asked for coffee sachets and got those next day when I asked it again .Avoid this hotel.
• victoriabZ7682YP (2/5): Quite possibly the worst place I've ever stayed. A good comparison to Fawlty towers, which would have been better! - The worst so called hotel I've ever been to! Where do I start? On arrival we discovered that the lift that was advertised doesn't work so we trawled the two fights of marble stairs with our cases to the reception to be greeted with the gentleman who didn't know we were due to arrive, maybe because our driver didn't know where the hotel was, back street and sign not working? When we were taken to our room the light switches don't work properly and the curtains and blinds don't fit the windows. Not too worry let's get the air con on, that's also broken so can't change temperature, it's either freeIng cold or boiling hot. Let's try and get some sleep, but........ The mattress cover on double bed is a single, not too worry I'll ask for a double but there aren't any apparently Mattress also has a hole! Here's a list of what turned out to be a comedy: Room shower broken so water flooding the floor Kitchen not working so no breakfast Laundry not working TV not working Can't plug bathroom sink because it will flood the barbershop downstairs No fridge in room as in picture, apparently it's an old picture 🥴 One of the room windows is broken Iron lead broken Ironing board holes Rooftop terrace, well that's a while other story, it really was comedic with the old and broken furniture. The call to prayer will wake you up in the middle of the night, as there are 3 in the vicinity of the hotel. The markets are very busy and plentiful The views are nice though. Terrible hotel but it turned out to be a bag of laughs between friends when we got home

• Adisone (1/5): Décevant - La vue depuis le rooftop était assez beau. Tout les points négatifs : La propreté générale. Le lit trop usé. L'accueil du soir. Les propositions au petit déjeuner et surtout n'arrivez pas après 9h30 car il n'y aura plus rien à manger.

• Paweł (8/5): Fenomenalne miejsce jakim jest Antalya powoduje pragnienie powrotu. - Lokalizacja w samym centrum starówki i ogromny taras z widokiem na morze i góry. Bliskość kluczowego przystanku tramwajowego na plażę oraz bramy Hadriana z której niedaleko jest McDonald skąd są organizowane odjazdy busów na wycieczki. Ponadto uprzejmość personelu i nieoceniona pomoc w wielu aspektach takich jak wskazanie super miejsca na zjedzenie posiłku z rodziną, zorganizowanie transportu powrotnego oraz polecenie przecudownego parku z placem zabaw dla dzieci przez Pana Muhammet Kiliç było ogromnym ułatwieniem podczas naszego pobytu. Nie tylko to było super ze strony Pana Muhammeta, ale też sama pogodna osobowość, uśmiech i podejście do naszych dzieci. Dziękujemy!

• Ofelia (8/5): Worth the money - The location is perfect and near to all must visit places. Near the market and currency exchange, also surrounded by a lot of restaurants. The room is a bit dirty and there is weird smell from the bathroom. You can also hear the noise coming from the next room and hallway.
