There is hardly any noise or smell eg. from smoking on this level as there were few guests staying during my short stay. ▪︎ The staff (check-in & check-out) were not conversant in English. ▪︎ No cafe or restaurant for breakfast.

The front desk staff were very professional and polite, always helpful whenever I needed something. Special mention to Truc and Cuc, always professional, polite and smiling. Great value for money, I highly recommend it.

En la primera habitación que nos pusieron no funcionaba nada y estaba muy sucia. Luego nos cambiaron a otra, que estaba mejor. Nos hicieron pagar la lavandería por una sábana que se nos manchó al desteñir una ropa que se había mojado con la lluvia. No nos molestó por pagar, nos molestó que la chica de recepción salió a llamarnos la atención cuándo había más clientes alrededor, no nos había pasado nunca en un hotel nada parecido.

• Katelyn (10/5): Fantastic location! Very clean and spacious room. - We loved our stay at Kay hotel! The staff were all very friendly throughout the duration. The location was perfect! It was located right on the river and just down from the dragon bridge. Very beautiful both day and night. There are many food places nearby. The room itself was very spacious and clean! We would definitely stay here again. Nothing.

• Ronny (5/5): - Erst hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Schimmelpoblem und mussten dann trotzdem eine Nacht darin verbringen. Das zweite Zimmer war besser aber die Fenster sind zu klein und wir hatten keine Aussicht.

• Deborah (5/5): Aufgrund des Schimmels/modrigen Geschmack hatte die Unterkunft leider einen ziemlich faden Beigeschmack. - Im grossen und ganzen sauber (abgesehen vom Schimmel) Die eine Wand ist offensichtlich stark verschimmelt, was einfach mit Farbe überstrichen wurde. Auch der Geruch im Zimmer war entsprechend „modrig“. In der ersten Nacht haben wir dann auch die Ursache für den Schimmel entdeckt, nämlich die tropfende Klimaanlage (der Boden war am morgen klatschnass). Dies sollte unbedingt behoben werden und geht unserer Meinung nach gar nicht, auch wenn die Unterkunff sehr günstig ist! Zudem ist der WC-Deckel defekt und hält bei der Befestigung nicht mehr. Insgesammt wirkt das Zimmer vernachlässigt.

They’re very helpful with anything that you might need during the stay, gave me suggestions for many interesting things nearby, some nice food spots, things like sim cards and local events in Da Nang. Would stay again.
