The staff were also polite and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, as there was hair on the bedsheets, which made it feel unhygienic. Overall, while there were some good points, the cleanliness issues affected my experience, and I hope improvements are made. The room appeared clean at first, but finding hair on the bedsheets was unpleasant.

- drewdZ9940AU (2/5): 🚨 1 STAR – Health Hazard + Safety Concern – Avoid at All Costs 🚨 - I don’t even know where to begin. This was easily one of the most uncomfortable and concerning hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Check-in was normal, nothing out of the ordinary. I specifically booked this place because the in-room jacuzzi looked appealing in the photos. That’s where anything remotely positive ends. Around 11 PM, multiple men claiming to be hotel management started aggressively banging on my door, yelling for me to open it. No phone call. No warning. No professionalism whatsoever. Just pounding on the door late at night. I was completely caught off guard, had to throw a towel on, and ask what they wanted through the door. They insisted I open up immediately. When I did, they attempted to enter the room without proper consent, claiming there was a “water leak.” Here’s the problem: • My room was in a unique location with no rooms above or below • I was simply using the jacuzzi as intended • There was zero evidence of flooding The situation felt completely off. Multiple men showing up unannounced late at night, pushing to get inside the room? That’s not just unprofessional — that’s a serious safety concern. I told them clearly: this is not how you handle a situation like this. You call the room. You communicate. You don’t ambush guests. They backed off eventually, but here’s what didn’t happen: • No apology • No follow-up • No accountability • No attempt to make it right Nothing. After that, I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. So I started looking around the room more closely… and that’s when it got worse. The condition of this place is unacceptable: • Visible mold all over bathroom grout and seams • Heavy rust on the shower curtain rod • Grime buildup along tile edges and corners • Overall lack of proper cleaning and maintenance For a place that claims to have been “renovated,” this looks like a surface-level cover-up job at best. Whatever they did clearly didn’t address underlying issues. The photos I’ve included speak for themselves. This is not just cosmetic — this is a health concern. At this point, it’s clear: • This property has serious maintenance issues • Management lacks basic professionalism and guest safety standards • And the overall experience feels like a liability waiting to happen I booked this place expecting a relaxing stay. Instead, I got: • A late-night confrontation • Zero sense of security • And a room that raises legitimate health concerns I genuinely question how this place is still operating without deeper inspection. Do yourself a favor — spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. This place is not worth the risk.

Get what you pay for - The showers were hot, there was parking and many restaurants in walking distance The photos don’t match the rooms, everything looks and smells more tired than the photos. The bathroom was “clean” but there were long hairs all over the shower walls, curtain, and bathroom door. The AC worked but made the room quite humid. During check in the night desk person didn’t tell me anything about the WiFi or anything beyond where my room was. Beds were 5/10 for comfort
- anthonycQ1491TK (2/5): STAY AWAY - stay away!!!! someone stolen things out of my room!!! i filed a police report, it had to a burglary report, as there no sign of forced entry!! the night before i noticed anything was missing, some guy all methed out came knocking at my door, i thought is was someone from the hotel coming looking for me, for whatever reason, the next morning i noticed 2 bags missing, and my nintendo switch, then i asked for the hotel to look at the cameras, they said they did not have access to the cameras, then, i launched a complaint with hotels.com, they told hotels.com, that, no one got into my room, i feel the hotel knew a out this, and are covering for someone ........... so heres how it went down, when i noticed stuff was missing, i went to the front office, and i asked if anyone was in my room, they said no, the next day, someone called me from the hotel, to tell me that the front office had given my to someone else by mistake ........... so they lied right to my face about it, and they also continued to let the people that got into my room stay there, they only reason why asked them to leave, is because i called to cops down there .............. stay away ............ this place is dirty and shady!!!!!

- Alexis (1/5): Didn’t stay there checked out same day - They were nice to help us with dates It was dirty outside, people were walking around everywhere looking suspicious, bathroom had a horrible sewer smell, tub was filthy, room smelled like sewer, mold and felt dirty. The room smelled very dirty. I couldn’t stayed there checkout same day

- Linda (6/5): Good location - Close to Universal Studios easy 10 minute drive. Rooms weren't overly clean, no daily house keeping. Under the flight path too so planes going over 24/7
- Slavin (5/5): Quiet location with nice bathrooms in a Old Dorm Room - Centrally located to NoHo. It was quiet and could sleep without disturbance. The staff was very helpful. The room smelled ok once I managed to get the air going. The bathroom was great, I wish the rooms were just as updated. The condition of the elevator could be better. The hotel looked ok until I got into the elevator and could tell it was going to be a worse for wear hotel room based on the condition of the elevator. The buttons on the air conditioner were gone and cracked. Plastic Chairs to sit in. Lighting was just over head cans. The curtains were hanging off the rails. They have an ironing board but no iron. No glasses to drink out of. The standing closet was well worn. TV interface and remote pretty impossible to figure out.

- Jo (8/5): Great location - This is a tired property with little amenities but I can honestly say location was brilliant, shower fantastic and the beds oh so comfortable. Free parking on site a bonus. Paint work on room walls. Time to freshen up.

- Brandon (7/5): Pretty Decent Motel for the Money - Staff were nice, beds comfortable and rooms reasonably clean. Location was good. There was a plumbing problem with our first room but they moved us so that was good. The beds didn’t have blankets so I had to go and ask for some as I was cold the first night. I like having blankets so I’m warm even if the room is a little cool

- Troy (2/5): - Condition of room was in desperate need of repair or replacement. The area the motel was in waws really sketchy. This place made motel 6 look like a 5 star hotel.

- Maria (6/5): It was ok for one night stay . The impression upon arriving wasn’t a positive one . Elevator wall needs polishing.room r - The Front desk person was friendly and a good communicated . I loved the sunset view sky from my room window and the shower pressure. This motel is located close to a busy instruction of two major streets, the traffic noise is terrible . Bring ears plug . Is Too noisy .old furniture.
- Colleen (7/5): - Very close to Universal Studios and close to our family. We were able to walk to many quality restaurants near by. The shower has been remodeled and is very nice. In the room. No coffee, no clock, no hangers, no cups. Mold on ceiling in bathroom.

- Richard (9/5): - Everything else about my stay was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again. I’d just politely ask for a softer bed next time. Great place overall, the king bed was a bit too firm, to hard. They had a small kid bed, in the room i got, that bed was pretty comfortable and soft.
