- Darrell (9/5): Great - Na Shower pressure

- lvpt (9/5): - Good hot breakfast. Not huge variety but pretty decent. I did not use the kitchen in the room, but it was well-stocked with plates, cookware, cups, etc. Would help to have a microwave in the breakfast area.
- Gwen (8/5): -
- Johnise (10/5): 10 out of 10 - everything Unable to visit longer

- Janelle (8/5): - The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, it was delicious. Thank you!! everything else was pretty good. The room itself was clean, and I appreciated seeing my name on the tv screen when I entered. That was a nice touch. Our room was truly a non-smoking room and I really appreciated that. Unfortunately, I have had the displeasure of staying in rooms that were clearly smoking rooms at one point or another. We also loved the line of body wash and color scheme of the room. Also, the perfectly black out shade was perfect for late morning check out! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The not so nice things were that the duvet on the bed was rough to the touch. We wanted a queen- or king-sized bed but only had full as option during booking. The room and bed were clean so i can't complain too much. I didn't understand why we got only 3 pillows and not 4. Also, we got in after 10 pm but no one was at the front desk and there wasn't a way to alert anyone that we needed to be checked in. Eventually someone showed up from around the corner, but it wasn't easy to determine if they were staff or a guest. Nevertheless, check in went smoothly. All in all, we had a great stay and will definitely be back.
- Rachel (8/5): Great overall but noise levels could be better. - Extremely pet friendly and I love that they allow both dogs and cats! Very friendly staff and the breakfast was great. The doors are paper thin and there were kids screaming in the hallway late at night that kept us up.

- Jenn (8/5): Convenient for travel. - Convenient stop at a reasonable price for where I was headed. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable furniture. Easy parking. Breakfast. While I appreciated the variety of breakfast options, some of them (eggs) were unpalatable.
- Gelissa (10/5): -
- Allison (10/5): - My family loved the indoor pool
- Deborah (10/5): Great place - The rooms are great very nice hotel. The nighttime desk person the second night there, she acted like she couldn't be bothered. When I asked to extend my stay for more night, she told me" NO I don't know how to do that."
- Christina (9/5): -
- Antonisia (10/5): Home2 Suites is my go to brand when traveling with my son. - The fully stocked kitchen with accessories was amazing. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Accessing the location off the main road was a little tricky but manageable
- Jonathan (8/5): -
- CONNIE & LARRY (9/5): We didn't have a chance to use to pool or gym but they looked very nice. We will be back! - We liked the size of the room and the fact that it was 2 rooms so our grandson could have his own TV and privacy. Serve breakfast until 10 am. We like to sleep late while vacationing.
- sarah (10/5): -
- Edwin (7/5): - Queen bed in description was actually a full
- Dan (9/5): -
- Syreeta (10/5): - The location
Staff were friendly
Manager text me daily to ask how we were I think someone's dog urinated in the elevator
and didn't notify housekeeping in a timely manner
Other than that our stay was fine
- Jose (6/5): -
- Sergio (10/5): Comodidad - Excelente
- Devan (6/5): -
- Dionna (10/5): -
- Abu Bakarr (4/5): - The bed was not a queen bed. It was also very uncomfortable, we had horrible back pain. The ac/heat did not work, it just made loud helicopter noise. Breakfast was okay. Would not recommend.
- Steven (5/5): The most important part of any hotel should be to have a bed that is not wore out and is comfortable - Staff was friendly and helpful. Liked the room. The bed was not comfortable.
- Tanishea (7/5): - There was baby roaches in the bathroom
- Gene (10/5): - The kitchen was great. There was a hot plate rather than a stove top. The rest of the kitchen was very nice especially the full-size refrigerator. The Hilton staff member (Christopher), went out of his way to help us when Orbitz did not connect our payment for our stay at the Hilton.
- Janet (10/5): - I Booked my adult daughter and her boyfriend a room after a visit. We cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Aberdeen! From the moment wewalked in, the entire property was spotless — everything felt fresh, modern, and so well maintained. It’s clear that the staff here takes great pride in keeping the hotel sparkling clean and comfortable.
Chris at the front desk was truly outstanding. He was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure they felt right at home. Every interaction with him was warm, genuine, and helpful — exactly the kind of service that makes a hotel stay memorable.
During their stay, they had just one minor issue, and I was so impressed by how Operations Manager Sam handled it. She took care of everything quickly, efficiently, and with such professionalism that it turned what could have been a frustration into a reminder of how committed this team is to excellent guest service.
This hotel really sets the bar high. Between the cleanliness, the attentive staff, and the way they handle things with care and efficiency, it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. I would highly recommend the Hilton Home2 Suites Aberdeen to anyone looking for a truly seamless and welcoming stay.
- Karen (10/5): - All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and comfortable.
- Chris (10/5): - Good choice for Aberdeen baseball.
- jennifer (10/5): - Nice place.
- christine (10/5): - Great service
- April (10/5): - Stayed for a Ripken tourney and convenient to the fields and convenient to restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and accommodating. It is a pet friendly hotel so be ready for barking dogs in the morning.
- Angela (10/5): - The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Wonderful after traveling all day, and the breakfast was great!
- Joseph (10/5): - Great place. Employees were super polite. The breakfast options leave a lot to be desired compared to their competitors. We would stay here again.
- Jürgen (9/5): -
- Edward (10/5): Perfect hotel , reasonable rates - Perfect
- Amanda (8/5): Wonderful experience with friendly staff and great amenities - Good breakfast, clean, friendly staff They didn’t know what to tell guests during the tornado warning.
- Jean (9/5): -
- Carissa (10/5): Pleasant would recommend - We had to stay seven nights while we finished our new home build. We picked this hotel because it was dog friendly even though it was 40 minutes away from our new home. The staff is amazing. Every time I had to go to the front desk (request extra towels) every single one of the staff that was working was nice. The pool was fun for my little one to play in and I liked that it had a gym and a laundry room which I did use because they looked clean. The room was even better than I expected. Taking my dogs out at night I never felt un safe and they have a big field right by the parking lot. They loved sitting on the sofa bed and watching outside. The one down side was it seems to be a hotel that all the Ripken Stadium youth playoff/game teams stay and the first few days of our stay we had boys running up and down the hall banging on doors and slamming the staircase doors running up and down and constantly leaving trash laying around and being obnoxious. I wish they would have a policy that the kids need to be supervised by the parents instead of them sitting outside drinking. But after they left it was nice. It is off route 40 and it’s not really the best location but I would stay again if needed. All the boys running around slamming doors, running up and down halls and staircases and not cleaning up after themselves. They also were being obnoxious in the pool so I couldn’t let my little one get in if they were in there since they were running jumping pushing each other and throwing a football around in the pool. I wish they had signs stating minors need to be supervised at all times.
- Andrea (7/5): Amazing staff, worst wifi ever, great pool and comfy rooms wirh all you need. - The staff and rooms themselves were amazing - everyone was so friendly and you truly have everything you need. So, we had a huge problem no one could fix the entire stay - our WiFi didn’t work at all and our TV in our room wasn’t functional either. We did talk to the front desk multiple times and they said there was nothing they could do. Lastly, all the blinds were broken, rotted out, or unusable. Otherwise our stay was amazing.
- Janice (10/5): - All around good experience. The queen bed seemed small though. Looked like a full size.
- Cristina (6/5): - The air conditioning was either too low or too high- not comfortable in between. Very loud guests that were not dealt with by front desk staff. Slow elevators with several minute wait times. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
- Luisa (4/5): - No communication, no staff available, room dirty bedsheets dirty appliances dirty room smelled terrible like moldy
- Rudy (4/5): - Hilton rightly refunded half our stay because of the relentless noise from a kid's out of control baseball team running rampant through the property banging on doors and waking everyone up into the wee hours. Their parents were 100% checked out.
- Carolyn (8/5): Good location - Good sized room with comfortable bed and couch as well as all the kitchen amenities you need. Everywhere was clean. The member of the team who checked us in and was on duty the most during the stay (I think she was called Destiny) was amazing and the rest of the team was friendly. This isn't the place if you need a quiet hotel during baseball season - there was a big group of very noisy children traveling for a game and they overan the pool area and were running up and down the corridors at night. The hotel staff did their best to keep them in line but they were still causing a disturbance.
- Kathy (1/5): Horrendous. Baseball weekend with unsupervised kids running the hotel until after 11 while parents sat outside partying. - Nothing it was loud, dirty and the staff with 2 exceptions was extremely vulgar and disrespectful Bathroom was filthy . Floor was disgusting. Mirrors were not cleaned . Refrigerator wasnt working properly. Outside entrance was full of trash, cigarettes and in the evening loud drunk guest. Manager had little time for me. Asked me to email photos and videos. Was very dismissive of my concerns. One gentleman and one young woman working in the evening tried to accommodate but the situation seemed to be more than they could handle. I have never stayed in a place so unpleasant . A breakfast worker actually was threatening towards me demanding my room number repeatedly because I mentioned to her the food area was messy. She actually came from behind the counter, directly in my face, yelling at me in front of multiple very young children . I was very concerned for my safety and well being. Nobody did a thing . Absolutely a terrible weekend. This was the first time away with my husband who is now disabled in a year. We were extremely upset over all of this.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Our first room had a bad window shade but when I told them they immediately got me a new room. Good job team
- Kathleen (8/5): Visit with son - Stayed overnight to visit our son. Have stayed here a few times before with no issue. This time, however, it seemed the hotel has gone downhill. The air conditioner would not go under 72 degrees (very stuffy in the room), No vent in the bathroom (again stuffy and mold inducing), and they did not have any decaf coffee for breakfast.
With the variety of hotels in the area, we probably will not stay here again
- Penni (6/5): - Beds could be queens instead of Full size.
- christine (10/5): - Good place
- Cheryl (8/5): Very good -
- Rose (10/5): Excellent Place - Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed.
Love mostly the full set Kitchenette, so I was able to continue eating as if ai was at home.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall good, no notice pool would be closed. - Great rooms, clean, and nice staff. HVAC system was pretty loud and pool was closed with no notice while we were booking.
- Velvet (8/5): - The last time I stay, the dishes was not really clean, but overall was good
- Darian (10/5): Exceptional -
- KHRISTAIN (10/5): - Thanks
- Valerie (9/5): Stay at Home 2 Suites - The location was great for our occasion. The hotel was comfortable, and there were many amenities to choose from. The toilet lid was not cleaned and there was no extra toilet paper roll.
- William (10/5): - Friendly and helpful staff!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hot water took hours to come on. Fridge and freezer were broken. Door was stuck and could only be opened in upward motion. Keys became disabled at one point.
- Hareesh (6/5): - Noisy room, poor a/c, access is weird.
- Alan (2/5): - I thought since it was a new hotel it would be good but I have a strong feeling that they reuse the same rooms. Bed is small and uncomfortable. EVERYTHING dirty. bugs in the room.
- Tiffany (6/5): - There was an issue with the water taking very long to get hot in the bathroom. The Queen bed kept making noise whenever we sat on it, like simething in it was loose. The card keys and key on my Hilton app kept not working.
- Lonnie (4/5): - The room say queen sized beds are offered, that’s not what we received .
These room have full size beds in them. When I asked for a room with a bigger bed I was told ‘the same size bed are in all of the rooms.’
- Susan (10/5): Very clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay - Breakfast was OK. Hot water for tea and oatmeal wasn't very hot. Would have like separate eggs, meat, potatoes.
- Marijain (6/5): - Kids were running up and down the halls way too much
- Shane (10/5): - Pleasant overnighter after running a half-marathon. Had a billing issue that was quickly and pleasantly rectified. Would come again.
- Danielle (7/5): It was overall pleasant. - It was a clean environment that felt very homey. We stayed for four nights, five days and housekeeping never came to the room once. Had to go to the front several times for things we needed.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Staff is good. The issue was with the reservation. Hotels confirmed that I had 2 days booked. When I got there, on day two, they called me and asked me why I did not leave the hotel? I asked why. They said it seems I booked it for only 1 night. I showed them hotels.com snapshot / confirmation email. They added another night for my stay but the next day (today), I received an email from them that due to canceling my reservation I may have to pay a fine. I called them and they have no idea what happened! From my side, I am not sure what is going on and do not want to pay extra money to the hotel for a cancellation that did not occur!
- Katie (10/5): - The room was awesome as far as clean and it’s great having a full fridge and freezer. Our air conditioner was making a horrible high pitched sound so I called to complain and even at 10:30 at night they were extremely accommodating and moved us to a new room! Breakfast was great as well, so many options!
- Cleo (8/5): - The air was set to 75 and we could not turn it down lower so the room was warm.
- Maryann (10/5): - The property is mew build. Rooms clean and staff was very pleasant.
- Harvey (10/5): Good - Good!
- Tiffany (10/5): 5/5 for family stay - 5/5 stars. We had a great stay in Room 408. Clean room upon arrival, friendly staff. Pool was open and available with no maintenance issues. Breakfast had a great selection (we were surprised by the options!). We enjoyed how clean the hotel was! Lobby was always mopped and smelled fresh. The hallway trash was never overflowing. I especially noticed as this hotel served for a sports location for travel ball. For us, this was a family trip to enjoy a middle point between Baltimore activities and hiking/state park activities. Good central location. The Kitchenette was great. Never used the hotplate although there is one available. The only feedback is reflected on the building itself not the staff: Bathrooms are very small, if on the toilet and someone open the door it will hit you. The clearance is barely there. The entrance is not clearly marked as others have stated and can be easily missed.
- Darren (10/5): - Clean
- Cole (8/5): Very good -
- Goedele (8/5): Only rooms with one bed and a sofa bed. - This Home2 Suite apparently doesn't have a room with 2 beds. Each room has a small double bed with a pull-out sofa and you can make your own bed/sofa. After a ten-hour drive, you don’t want to start making a sofa bed. The pillows were yellow and the bed sheets were flimsy and not fresh. I tried calling the front desk however the phone in my room didn’t have a dial tone. So a little trip via the elevator to the front desk. I just wanted to sleep. The lady at the front desk was very kind yet she explained that’s all the hotel had to offer. So I returned to the room and we all fell asleep and forgot about it.
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - Good , maybe some more of a selection, but otherwise good
- Maria (4/5): Unpleasant - Nothing The a/c had mold, hotel didn’t provide lotion which I’ve never seen that before, food was left in the fridge, when checking in the person at counter kept slamming his cell phone
- Brown (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (1/5): Bad -
- Yukeia (10/5): - Check in staff
- melissa (2/5): - The elevator was not working correctly. Staff didn’t put up any signs. The bed was horrible and so was the pillows.
- Tanesha (10/5): Comfortable - The location and the friendly staff Nothing
- Junior (10/5): will stay there for sure whenever in the area - very clean I liked it all
- Jamie (2/5): - Our AC didn’t work and it was blowing hot air. Our thermostat said it was 88 degrees in there and when we went to ask the guy at the front desk if we could switch rooms, he said there was nothing he could do about it. Not a good stay unfortunately and we are not high maintenance or hard to please.
- Joanne (10/5): - Couldn’t ask for nice and friendly, very clean place and would stay there again
- Travis (1/5): Very rude - Yes in the morning the female there was discrimination against me Customer service
- Adrienne (2/5): No hot water! - We had no hot water the entire weekend despite reporting this to the front desk both days. Our friends in another room had the same issue and it was never remedied leaving us unable to shower. This is totally I acceptable and unexpected for a Hilton. Never again.
- Keshavraj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mallory (8/5): Very good -
- Viktoriya (2/5): - The hotel did not have hot water, so we, and other guests in other rooms, could not shower.
There was food in the refrigerator from previous guests.
There was hair on the sink from previous guests shaving.
Staff was kind and tried to accommodate, but they didn't have other available rooms.
- Amber (5/5): Passable -
- Jaime (10/5): - Good
- William (8/5): Very good -
