- Moreno (10/5): - This is more a business staying hotel than tourist. However, it had the regular type pool you see in standard USA hotels. Walking distance to the NOT swimable ocean. Parking was super easy, which made things even more convenient. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety definitely a plus. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely come back for a longer visit next time!

The buffet style breakfast in the mornings had a variety of foods from fresh fruit to typical Mexican dishes. The room was also spacious. We would definitely come back again.

It's a lot of construction around the area and it's not very clean. The San Jose del Cabo sign is not by the hotel, you need to walk 40 minutes or take transportation. Prices are just the same like USA. It's safe to take busses or taxis. The pool was cleaned and with warm water.
- Jason (8/5): - Was trying to relax at the pool and a maintenance guy couldn’t find anything to do so he began chipping away at the concrete with the back of a claw hammer in an attempt to take something off the cement. The noise was beyond irritating. When I looked he could’ve went and retrieve a bucket and scrub brush or waited till the guests had left. However he pounded away for an hour. I had to leave.

- Oleg (10/5): - This is a lovely hotel. The room is huge and in great shape, including the bathroom. There's a nice view of the ocean from some windows. The breakfast is very varied. There's a big mall having lots of food and any other items one may need next door. The ocean is one block down the road.

Great bed, awesome breakfast, only a $4 uber trip to old town and some Amazing restaurants nearby like Sushito :) Walking distance. The only thing is that there is no pool, but its close to the beach if you want to walk a couple blocks

Easy access to intercity buses and local transport to Centro. $7 bus trip to airport via city bus. Stops near La Central shopping centre and 1 block from hotel. Short walk across the street to the beach and whale watching. Bring a chair.

We wanted a hotel that was near things (walking distance to the beach, food options close by, even a market!) and a comfortable place to sleep. The area is quiet and walkable. Getting an uber or taxi is also easy to get to the Gallery District or Los Cabos. Overall, a good hotel at a great price!
- Kam Yee (8/5): - Hotel is very close to bus stop. The airport bus (Ruta del Desierto) stops at a block away north from the hotel. After you get off the airport bus, you can easily walk to the hotel by using the pedestrian skywalk to cross the transpeninsular highway. To go to Plaza Mijares located in downtown area, you take the city bus #3 that looks like the yellow school. The city bus stops and picks people up along Paseo Malecon San Jose in front of the hotel. You save lots of money by taking the city bus and the airport bus instead of taking taxi or Uber! My wife and I really enjoyed the breakfast there, it is very good and is free!

- Vanessa (4/5): - My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, which was already a red flag. On top of that, I could barely sleep because the front door didn’t seal properly, letting in noise and drafts, and the window kept shaking all night. To make matters worse, there was no staff on duty overnight, so there was no one to address these issues. The only real plus is the convenient location for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made

The pool area is nice but shaded most of the day. The pool water is super warm which is rare in mexico. Their happy hour was a bust as they were missing drink ingredients most days. Easy access to the beach where we spotted whales and rays. Overall I would recommend.

- Verified traveler (8/5): One night stay - Stayed at the hotel overnight before going to the airport in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Nice view of the ocean. Air conditioner a little noisy but got used to it. Staff at the front desk and restaurant were all pleasant and helpful. Hamburger was really good.

- Kelly (10/5): - Our first time in this area- we were so pleased with our choice to stay at Hyatt Place. The staff were so friendly and responsive- the breakfast buffet was excellent! Very close to buses and the beautiful beach- great price point!

- Ebony (10/5): - Switched to this property from another 4 minutes away and it waa night day with this property soaring above the other very horrible hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating providing me with a phone charger when I left mine. I would stay again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient and inexpensive - This hotel was extremely well priced, within walking distance (3 min) of a lovely beach, and offered a delicious and ample complementary breakfast. Parking was free and just under the hotel. We enjoyed snorkeling at Playa Santa Maria (15 min drive) and hanging out in the cathedral plaza at old town each night (8 min drive). I recommend eating the churros in the plaza and the flan at Los Tres Gallos.

- Jasmin (6/5): - The breakfast was ‘cheap’ eg hotdog sausages cut into tiny pieces,and not much variety Coffee was gross, juice was mystery brand Not very hygienic as the area is a mess. Jars of jam,marmalade and peanut butter are contaminated. We end up going to a restaurant for breakfast

- Adam (8/5): - Aunque el hotel no tiene acceso directo a la playa, hay un pasillo casi enfrente que te permite acceder a la playa pública. También pudimos encontrar varios restaurantes caminando y disfrutar de una caminata nocturna. En las cosas no tan buenas es que la alberca del hotel es pequeña y la ubicación respecto a los edificios le hace sombra casi todo el día.

- Amy (10/5): - I liked that everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers were always polite and welcoming. Our rooms were clean everyday. We got fresh and clean bedsheets & towels everyday. Free breakfast is included( very delicious with many options). Parking lot is also available if you’re driving, Gym and pool are also available. At walking distance to the beach and main stores. 10/10 recommend.
