- Angela (8/5): Leaders Conference - The hotel staff were nice and the building was in good shape overall. Our only issue was they did not clean our room in accordance to their posted cleaning policy, which was rooms are cleaned every other day. We were there 5 days (Thursday -Monday) and our room was not cleaned, until the day before we checked out; and, that was by request on Saturday afternoon. The hotel was near shopping, restaurants, had a nice outdoor area and lobby area for gatherings. Fresh popcorn was made daily. I would consider staying again but would require room cleaning per their policy and fresh towels daily.

It's good to know that you still have good respectful people in the hospitality business. She was a sweetheart and I hope her boss knows that. The reason I gave a 4 stars is the pool was closed. I had business meetings and my child came an the main reason I booked this room was for the pool. It's Summer time, the weather was hot and the pool was closed. No one notified me that the pool was closed. I had booked my room in advanced. I would have stayed elsewhere had I know the pool was closed. If your looking for a great hotel this is was great. Next time I will call and make sure the pool is open.

- AMY (4/5): - The staff were very kind including the person at the front desk who assisted us. On arrival, our room wouldnât open with the key. After a new set was made, the keys still didnât work because the battery to the lock was dead. About 20 minutes after check in we were moved to the only room left that was similar to what I reserved. The room had an overwhelming smell of cleaner and ripped carpet in the closet. A pair of dirty socks and a loose pill were in the floor around the bed from a previous inhabitant. Iâd expect better at a hotel that costs this much per night but it was pretty disappointing. The staff were nice but the hotel room was dirty and I would not return after our experience.
- Marian Beth (2/5): - We booked the room online that was advertised to sleep 6 (and compared to other hotels we have used in the area, charged for sleeping 6). The room absolutely did not (it had one king bed and one pullout sofa) and the front desk representative was extremely unhelpful and very rude about this. I was polite as I know front desks cannot control everything but she blamed the booking service and then--when she saw their own website states it sleeps 6--blamed me for not being more careful when booking. There are better hotels in the area that are not dishonest like this one. I would avoid.

- Allison (8/5): - There was an issue making the key cards. The staff did the best that they could and let us into our rooms by going upstairs with us and opening each door for us. When the machine was working, they delivered the key cards to us. The rooms were clean and the place was easy to find.

The room I stayed in met my needs but as soon as you walked in you could smell a really musty odor in the living room. The mattress was old and way past its prime. The bathroom was spacious and counter room wasnât an issue. I would probably stay again.

- Deborah (10/5): Lovely stay after a long drive - So glad I spent the few extra bucks to stay here. I walked in, the lobby is decorated and calm and lovely. My room was big and clean. I used the Peloton, the treadmill to get at least a bit of exercise after a very long drive.

This could be such a great hotel but they have ruined it by putting harsh bluish fluorescentesque LED lighting in their rooms. There is no excuse for this. LED bulbs are WIDELY available in 2700k. Save this lighting for ERs, Walmart, or an office building. Not my hotel room.

- Katherine (10/5): Quick stay - My son and I were picking up our new dog, Tigger. I picked Homewood Suite because of the reviews of other dog parents and I am really glad I did! Tigger was very happy! We were all happy with the spacious room! The bed was very comfortable! I loved having access to plates, dishes and flatware right in our room. The tree lined area with doggie bags was very helpful! There were plenty of areas for Tigger to roam and explore outside. We enjoyed breakfast before our trip home with the yummy biscuits and gravy. Highly recommend! Thank you!
- Jessica (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - Excellent visit. We checked-in later in the evening, but were helped immediately. All interactions with the staff at this location were A+. Our room was clean and comfortable. We went down for breakfast about 30 minutes before it ended and were surprised at how well it was stocked! The employee, Diane, was so friendly and it was evident that she takes pride in the dining experience of the guests. The staff appeared to have high regards for one another, which for someone like myself, speaks volumes for the management of this location. When employees have camraderie, they usually have great job satisfaction and it shows in the care of the property. Hope corporate takes notice!

The bed is comfortable. Shower was clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Even the housekeeper checked on us.
