Apartment was a good size for the two of us, had harbour views & a basic breakfast was included which was handy. Bathroom was very small, as had a washer & dryer in there as well. I kept banging my arms on the wall when drying myself after a shower. Not enough towel racks to dry two towels.

I had issues of my door not being lockable however cleaning staff got it sorted for me as soon as i was able to notify them. Only downfall was i was expecting the motel rooms to at least have at minimum a small bar fridge, i was unable to keep drinks or snacks cool. This is also benificial for those who require storing medication that needs to be chilled. Just a suggesstion that i think would greatfully improve this rooms. Other than that perfect.

I wish I had a room on floor 25 - I usually stay there Some rooms may need furniture to be restored as it is starting to look a little worn. I do wish they would reserve parking spaces for 4WD vehicles - if you are oversized and overweight you have to park on the street. So many small cars that can fit in the parking spaces in the car park are out on the street making it impossible for larger vehicles to park near the Hotel which is crazy co widening how many people actually have to drive 4WD’s because they live out bush like I do. Once I get a parking spot out front I get an uber around town!

Kyria (9/5): I always stay here and love it.great value for money- good staff and good food. - I love this place and come here all the time as it is good value for money- does good food and is in a location that is close to everything and in walking distance of shops and restaurants in Darwin. Easy to get an Uber to explore other places in town such as water front and stokes hill ward etc. That they are getting popular and sometimes don’t have the suites available. My car doesn’t fit in their car park so I have to park out front and all the little cars take up spaces.

Bed was very comfortable, used the pool and facilities on 6th floor, location not glamorous but easy walking distance to downtown. Multiple maintenance issues in the room (leaking and poorly operating shower head, holes in curtains, cracked tea cup, usb did not work, windows not clean) Reception staff not overly friendly or helpful. One night was very noisy in the corridors and people in the room overhead (ie dragging chairs across the floor at 3.30am in the morning)

David (9/5): Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend - Clean room and spacious. Staff were friendly. Noise from the ?gutter/window was quite loud at night when windy.

Elina (10/5): Gut ausgestattetes Apartment - Gute Lage und gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Der Poolbereich ist nicht sehr gepflegt. Das ist sehr schade, weil der Pool ist schön und groß.
Colin (10/5): My wife and myself have stayed here before and wanted to show our daughter and husband the oaks. The - Second time we have stayed here . Lovely views comfortable rooms and large fridge . Didn’t do any cooking but all the facilities were here. Great to have a laundry room in our unit. We wouldn’t change anything in the unit we had.. the rubbish shoot by the lifts was a bit grotty .didn’t like touching the handle.

Roe (5/5): Great staff and location. Needs a little TLC. - The staff and location were great, and the breakfast was nice in pleasant surroundings. This was not the best season in Darwin, and I understand it's difficult to manage the humidity, but the room smelt mouldy and unpleasant. The pillows smelt used and definitely needed replacing. There was also an edge of mould around the shower. The air conditioner dripped water on the tiled floor.
