• FX (5/5): Mauvais rapport qualité/prix - L'emplacement, proche d’un parc, des transports en commun et un petit-déjeuner, somme toute, d’un niveau très convenable. La propreté de la chambre et de la literie sont très bien. Fuite d'eau importante sous le receveur de douche, Robinet de réglage du débit d’eau dans la douche manquant, fil du combiné téléphonique fixe arraché, quelques coupures d'électricité (pas trop graves, mais c’est bien quand on prévient avant, ça évite de penser que ses appareils sont en panne), une prise de courant murale qui ne fonctionne pas, les tiroirs des chevets qui s'ouvrent tout seul, et enfin, la mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres => réveillé à 5h30 par le trafic routier. Pour finir, je n’ai pas apprécié le pain décongelé au petit-déjeuner.
• AGNES (8/5): Prima verblijf op goede locatie in Brussel - Locatie voor reizen met trein, bus, tram, is prima omdat het hotel dicht bij Merode ligt. Dichtbij Jubelpark en musea Kamer was 4 hoog en er was een lift. 24 uurs receptie heb ik als prettig ervaren. Badkamer prima, lekkere warme douche met goede straal. Ontbijt is continental, prima: yoghurt, fruit, broodjes en stokbrood (er had voor ons iets meer bruin brood mogen zijn), kaas, smeerkaas, vleeswaren, gekookte eitjes, sap, koffie, thee een waterkoker op de kamer om zelf thee of koffie te zetten was fijn geweest. evt klein koelkastje.

• aneskher (1/5): BAD SERVICE RACIST RECEPTIONIST - The location of the hotel was good and convenient, and the room itself was acceptable. However, the overall experience was ruined by the behavior of the reception night shift staff member. He was rude, unprofessional, and changed the amount we were asked to pay from 12 euros each to 10 euros each without any proper explanation. We felt very uncomfortable and unfairly treated during the interaction. The bathroom was average and could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, customer service is a big part of any stay, and this experience left a very negative impression.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo in camera non c'era un armadio, ma solo un appendi-abiti, con una sola mensola, mentre sul sito era indicato che tutte le stanze avevano un armadio o addirittura una cabina armadio, inesistente. Inoltre c'era una sola presa vicino al letto, e per ricaricare il telefono si doveva usare la presa del bagno. Inoltre sul sito era indicato che le stanze erano dotate di asse da stiro e ferro da stiro, che non c'erano (non ci sarebbe stato neppure lo spazio...).

• NABIL (6/5): Hôtel bien positionné, propreté et proximité de toutes les commodités. - J'ai particulièrement aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est idéal et à proximité de tout. La propreté est un bon point aussi. Le nombre de prise électrique est ridicule : 1 seule prise dans la chambre pour 2 personnes. Et en plus pas à côté des lits, mais loi de l'autre côté. Pour les besoins de toute personne normale, c'est un point handicapant, au moins pour les possibilités de recharger les téléphones de 2 personnes au même temps, pendant la nuit à côté de son lit, après une journée de tourisme dans la ville.

Les meubles font un peu négligé (tiroir de table de nuit qui s'ouvre sans arrêt, revêtement griffé). Bruit d'eau qui goutte en permanence dans la salle de bain mais pas d'écoulement apparent.

The options for beakfast not much.Restaurants opens only for breakfast not for lunch or dinner as mentiond in booking.com.You could book and stay in a much more better hotel with the same price.

A szoba hőmérséklete nem volt kellemes, a zuhany majdnem szétesett az ember kezében, és az egésznek nagyon olcsó hangulata volt. A reggeli választéka szűkös, nem is a legfinomabb.

• vyncke (8/5): Super week end - Confortable, grande chambre, facile d"accès, salles de bain bien équipé, douche ample . Salle petit déjeuner et déjeuner bien fourni. Métro et tram juste devant et pour un petit jogging matinal ou une grande ballade, un immense parc à 5 minutes et deux musées à visiter. Musée de l'art et musée de l'armée. J'ai visité les deux, c'était super et de plus un tarif démocratique. A voir. Tout étais parfait;

You can really see the care and attention goes into making guests feel welcome. It truly feels like a home away from home every time I visit. The host is consistently kind, professional, and responsive, which makes each stay smooth and stress-free. That’s exactly why I keep coming back! I highly recommend this accommodation and I am already looking forward to my next stay.

Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr ruhig, aber Geschäfte und Restaurants sind leicht zu erreichen. Wir möchten die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber besonders hervorheben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter!

• Riccardo (8/5): Close to Brussels Merode metro station - Back to this hotel some months after the last stay mainly because of the location: it is convenient to reach the European area and well connected by metro. The staff was kind. The breakfast was ok. This time the quality vs. price balance was good. The hotel is basic and a bit dated. But overall it was ok and I will continue considering it for future trips to Brussels

• Nico (7/5): - Zona vicina agli uffici della EC e vicinanza di parchi. Collegamenti con l'aeroporto veloci (Bruxelles Schuman a due passi). Poche fermate di mero per raggiungere il centro storico Si trova su una strada principale, quindi dalle 6:30 inizia il rumore se la stanza da sulla strada. Le stanze al primo piano soffrono anche del rumore di chi fa colazione (stesso piano).

Beim Fernseher war ein großes Stück abgesplittert, der Rahmen des Bettes hatte Löcher (Vandalismus?) und auf der Duschmatte waren Rückstände eines Fleckes, der offenbar nicht durch chemische Reinigung entfernt werden konnte. Nicht, was ich um 200 € pro Nacht erwartet hätte.

Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und ein guter Start in den Tag. Die Lage ist ein echter Vorteil, mit einfachem Zugang zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und den europäischen Institutionen. Eine Adresse, die ich mir merken werde und die ich ohne Zögern weiterempfehle.

• Claude (7/5): If you look for a simple hotel at an affordable price to just sleep to the next day, this is the - Hotel is very well located, close to the EU Institutions. Considering this fact, the price is very advantageous. All in all, it is clean place, with an OK breakfast, without all the fancy things proposed by other hotels at supercharged prices. This one does what hotels should do: provide you with a decent place to sleep and a right breakfast, at an affordable price. Not the hotel's fault, but the traffic noise starts around 04,30. If you have a light sleep, this can be annoying.
