• Emmanuel (9/5): Excelente servicio al cliente y ubicación. - Aunque la habitación se sentía un poco vieja, el resto de los aspectos de este hotel no permiten que eso sea un impedimento. Las vistas al volcán son excelentes, el servicio al cliente es excepcional y las áreas del hotel son muy bonitas. El desayuno es buffet con platos mayormente típicos, recomendado. Nos brindaron late check in y late check out, el segundo por un costo adecuado. El único punto negativo en mi caso es que el hotel no permite mascotas.
• Ana (7/5): - Los trabajadores muy amables, las piscinas, el desayuno y la ubicación genial La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien, y la habitación no estaba nada aislada. Teníamos lagartijas dentro, y escuchábamos a los vecinos de al lado como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra habitación. Las almohadas eran muy incomodas a parte de tamaño cojin.

• Patricia (9/5): Fabulous property - What a gorgeous hotel. The swimming pools were perfect for kids. We really enjoyed staying here great facilities, lovely restaurants and generous breakfast. Through our own doing we had to move rooms during our stay. Our first room was superior double and I would recommend that as they are at the back of the property. When we moved we were closer to the road and it was a bit noisy.

• Alex (5/5): Passable. Rooms old and tired but hot springs are lovely - The hot springs are lovely, a great feature after a long day of hiking. The pool and bar area are also very nice. The room was old and tired. The seals on the shower door were cracked, there was some sort of electrical box hanging in front of the TV so it wasn't watchable, the unit housing the refrigerator was supposed to be attached to the wall but had come loose and wobbled alarmingly. The hook for the towels in the bathroom had been placed directly above the toilet roll holder so if the towels were hung up, the toilet roll wasn't accessible. The restaurant was bleak and not welcoming, a bit like a cafeteria with folding chairs (this may have been due to them adding extra tables as it was a busy weekend though).

The rooms are a bit dated with limited bedding. Fixtures were loose, safe didn’t work (they came and replaced it) and very dark rooms (not enough)

• Daniele (7/5): Ottimo per le terme, buona posizione - Il vero valore aggiunto della struttura è il percorso termale, molto bello da fare soprattutto la sera dopo una giornata di trekking. Il contesto è bello e la posizione è ottima per ogni tipo di escursione si voglia fare nei pressi. In generale si è stati bene, ma con un po’ di delusione per la camera. Le camere sono molto basiche e vecchiotte, il bagno era veramente datato e non aveva la luce vicino allo specchio. È capitato che facesse freddo una notte e a parte una copertina non c’era modo di scaldare la stanza. Il cibo del ristorante è pessimo e costoso, meglio uscire e cenare altrove.

• maya (5/5): Two and a half star experience. - Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were so basic and old that I would barely say this was a 3 star hotel, let alone 4 star. I can only attribute this to ownership ir upper management; it’s not because the workers on site aren’t doing their jobs. Our cabin had an actual dump next to it.

• Alejandro (10/5): I would come back again - Amazing views of the volcano. We got room 259 which was very conveniently located close to the hot springs, pool and restaurants. The pool restaurant despite being comfort food, was good quality and convenient to have dinner quick after getting out of the pool. Everyone in the staff was kind and nice. We had dinner in the main restaurant once and it was disappointing.

Très relaxant apres plusieurs excursions dans la région. Les chambres sont jolies et le lit très confortable. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolées au niveau sonore.

Chiar daca am rezervat din timp am primit o căsuță departe de facilități, la marginea proprietății. Hotelul nu are halate de baie. Am fost nevoiți să folosim mașina până la bazine. Toaleta a scos zgomote tot timpul, deranjant mai ales nopțile. La final toaleta s-a stricat. Căsuță din lemn este veche cu crăpături exterioare. Căsuța din lemn și instalațiile trebuie reparate.

• Yaiza (1/5): CALIDAD DE LA HABITACIÓN PÉSIMA - Lo único bueno el personal que esa súper agradable, especialmente los del restaurante. Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas pero no sirven de nada si por una noche te cobran casi 200 dólares y me tengo que lavar el pelo en el lavabo de manos porque de la ducha sale un chorro de agua de nada. Para gastaros ese dinero iros a otro con mejores condiciones en la habitación. No pudimos ducharnos, cortaron el agua toda la tarde sin avisar, lavándome los dientes y las manos con una botella de agua que había comprado yo misma, al día siguiente salía un chorro de agua de nada y tuve que lavarme el pelo en el lavabo y por supuesto no hubo compensación de alguna manera.

The food was fair, nothing special. American dishes were the choices. I would have enjoyed more authentic Costa Rican dishes.

• José Miguel Bolaños (10/5): Great value for price - amazing staff - Location is excellent, as it is close enough to city center for availability of any needs. Has amazing views of the volcano. Is one of the few hotels that actually has hot springs within premises at an affordable price. Staff was incredibly accomodating and very helpful. Food was very good, even if slightly expensive at the bar, although it is a touristy area. Everything was kept very clean, specially the walkways which are important to not slip and fall given how much water is around the hot springs. Lighting at night was a little low, specially for walking from the cabins to the restaurants. This could maybe be improved, as it seems that the lighting is based on solar energy perhaps. However, it is the only minor flaw I can think of.

Desde cualquier punto tienes el volcán justo al frente, por lo que puedes desayunar, bañarte en las aguas termales e incluso levantarte viendo el volcán. Es algo mágico. Es un sitio de mucha paz rodeado de naturaleza y jardines preciosos, para desconectar totalmente y descansar si vienes de días agitados en el viaje. El desayuno riquísimo y muy completo, y las habitaciones grandes y cómodas. El baño es enorme y hay una nevera en la habitación que considero, es un extra super útil. Ademas si vienes en coche, puedes aparcar justo fuera de tu estancia. Recomendadisimo!!

Pequeno almoço bom, no bar da piscina pratos rápidos, no restaurante pratos mais elaborados. Tudo com muito cuidado, sabor, ótima culinária local! Localização muito boa, a meio caminho das várias atividades que realizámos na região. Quarto já a merecer renovação, casa de banho pequena para 4 hóspedes.

• Yglesias (9/5): Hotel com piscinas e jardins maravilhosos, com ótimo pequeno-almoço e excelentes vistas para o vulc. - O hotel está muito bem localizado. Funcionários excelentes e muito prestativos, jardins lindos e muito bem cuidados. As piscinas termais são muito boas e rústicas com água a diferentes temperaturas. Pequeno-almoço almoço muito bom e variado. Só não dei nota máxima porque o quarto é a casa de banho são antigos e já mereciam uma modernização. Mas nada que nos tenha estragado a estadia porque todos os outros serviços e equipamentos eram ótimos. Quartos precisam de modernização.
