• Yevheniia (7/5): Decent stay, liked it. - The room was clean and had enough space for storage, all lights, outlets and ac/heater were working. The shared kitchen was lots of necessary stuff. All doors were too heavy and loud even when someone tried to close them quietly. It would be nice to put something that stops the door from slamming. Also the lights in the hallway are bathrooms can be dimmed at night.

• Jessica (6/5): Not a great hostel - The location is perfect for Kelowna to access the lake, the downtown area, parks and the historic district. Firstly, there was a lot of issues with our two cards not working to get into the room. Then there was a mix up with the parking passes. It took about 30 mins to check in as a result. Also btw it costs $10 extra dollars per car each night which I didn’t know before driving there. The room two person bunk bed was tiny and dank. It didn’t seem that clean and could definitely use some brightening up. Actually the whole place needs a touch up and refresh and a really good scrub down like the bathroom doors and door handles - yuck. The pillows could use replacement. Overall the price & value was horrendous for the room.
• Cody (3/5): Probably wouldn’t return unless desperate, but location is good - For the price you’d expect a bit more cleanliness and room expectation to be a little higher but I guess the location is what you pay for. We booked a private room. Doors shutting are really loud, you can hear everyone walking around and the traffic outside so if you’re a light sleeper not great. The cleanliness of the rooms were not good, sheets did not look clean and the floor had dirt all over it and old rubbish left in the room as well.

• melis (6/5): - Great location, very central, friendly staff and safe! not too pleasant smell in the hall, probably due to diverse cooking in the kitchen and lack of ventilation.
• Stephen (5/5): - Sleeping accommodations were fine Lobby smelled badly of fish as soon as I walked in, extra money for parking. Yes hostels have quiet times overnight, but the kitchen was locked, so when I went to leave in the morning I couldn't grab my drink or food I left in the fridge, so I left 20 bucks in the fridge. Overall not happy about that. It's fine for a night, bot overall not the best spot.

• Dmytro (8/5): - I’d like to thank Mark for his great service. He was very informative, polite, and helpful, and he made the check-in process smooth and easy. Really appreciated his attitude and support. The room location was convenient, and the price was excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money. Some of the pillows had a few stains, so it might be worth replacing them. Also, our labeled food went missing from the shared fridge. It wasn’t a big issue, but a little disappointing.
• Dana (5/5): Okay for one night - The property was in great location. It had own parking but it was $10 per night . Staff was very kind and helpful and bed was comfy Facilities were quite dirty and run down. It could do with a bit of renovation and better general upkeep.
• FAN (1/5): WORST - The bed was sunken and saggy, the pillow was lumpy with clumped filling. The bath towel had unsightly stains all over it. The windows offered almost no sound insulation, and the traffic noise kept me awake the entire night. The receptionist charged me 10.25 CAD for overnight parking and gave me a parking permit card to hang in the car — yet I noticed no other vehicles had one displayed at all. This has been an absolutely terrible experience. I will never stay here again under any circumstances.

• Bruckmoser (7/5): Good stay, close to centre & waterfront - Location, big kitchen, wifi , common tv room 4bd female dorm could use some hooks or coat rack on wall opposite beds so you could hang your coat or a towel rather lay it on table there

• DARREN (3/5): 👎unforgettable 😳 - In the end not much Dirty the bathroom walls haven’t been washed ever I don’t think there was hair in the shower and by the toilet, it was noisy, the pictures depict a fairly spacious room but it’s not there was no room on the window side of the bed to walk and the other side wasn’t much better, couldn’t eat in the room, the cost of a cheap room escalated when after arriving finding out that had to pay to park in a near empty parking lot that never had security. And the other extra costs that could be occurred by forgetting key card to get in after 11pm, if over check out time the charge was ridiculesly high, I stayed the previous night at a hotel down the street no charge to park got breakfast in the morning and the room was clean and spacious

• Eric (8/5): It was good for me as I only needed a place to sleep - Good value The fact that the front desk didn't open until 8am
• Alice (8/5): - I liked that I was able to get a bottom bunk. Climbing into a top bunk would be hard for me because I have a back condition (spodylitis) I didn't like that the mixed gender room was cheaper than the female-only room. I do like to stay in a room with all females but not if I have to pay more for it. It seems that it is all men in the mixed room as there are no male only rooms.

• SORA (3/5): good location but not good security - the location was good. and facility was kinda charming. we could have break fast in the yard. the senery was good. we lost our some cosmetic products. but it was not that value so we did not report it but the security was not good. and someone knock the door very loudly for some minutes so we woke up in the middle of early morning.

Esqueci uma bota embaixo da cama (quarto privado). Quatro horas depois, ja em Revelstoke, ligo para la informando e dizendo onde estava e me disseram que nao tinha nada. Mandei email a rede Hi Hostel e a gerencia do albergue a noite. Na manha seguinte me ligam dizendo que acharam.

• Kelly (10/5): Great facilities that will accommodate all your needs and then some! - Friendly and very helpful staff, nice hot showers, and great location! A wee bit noisy as the location is on a main highway. I suggest you use ear plugs… Totally an easy solution!

• Gwenola (5/5): On ne reprendra pas de nuit dans cet hostel - La personne de l’accueil était très sympa, le prix était assez accessible pour une chambre privée Par contre niveau propreté les draps étaient tachés mais on a eu une autre paire rapidement. Néanmoins la couette était tout aussi tachée.

• Tomas (5/5): Dirty and fairly run down - Location is close to downtown and the staff are lovely. The building is quite dirty and my bedsheets were stained. There isn’t enough fridge space and some of those fridges are really filthy - dead flies at the bottom that no one has cleaned out. Supplying towels would be nice as well. This place should be nicer given the price.
• Lynn (9/5): Very pleasant hostel - Very good staff, location and comfortable bunks. I am an older woman who ended up on an upper bunk due to it being the last bed available, therefore not as easy for me to get up and down. However, I was already aware that this was possible so not complaining. I needed parking but was unaware I would have to pay extra at the time of booking through booking.com.
