• Alfred (2/5): Pets are welcome, but won't be comfortable. - The parking was impossible. 5 parking spots for 20 rooms. No green area for a dog to relax and do it's business. Astroturf for relief areas, smelled awful. Our dog would not even go in let alone do her business. Rooms feel like a polished concrete jail cell. We abandoned our reservation made through booking.com so there was no refund. Some people might appreciate the proximity to interesting areas, but for us it was not a place to stay.

• david (10/5): Fantastic hotel - Amazing hotel! Very clean, super friendly staff! My husband and I stayed for one week with our small you poodle. They provided a pet bed with dog bowls and free water for my little dog, he loved being here. The pool was awesome for the dogs too, there is no pool for us just the dog pool. You can use it but will smell like a dog lol! The cafe on site is very quaint and has great options for food and coffee, also have special food for your pet to eat with you. Their dogs on site are very friendly and playful too. Very lovely hotel, highly recommend starting here!!

• Suritp (10/5): Wonderful little hotel - OYO 240 Ketawa pet friendly hotel is a wonderful place. It's a hotel that has clean rooms, the staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the time I spent there and I'm planning to come back again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 一進去感覺不太好 和照片太大分別 燈光非常暗，冷氣沒有很冷，而且很偏僻， 非常多蚊，喜歡寧靜的話就不錯 附近基本沒有吃的 最近的7-11也要走兩公里。。。 酒店沒有提供牙刷和牙膏 ，一大清早要跑出去7-11買。總括來說是住這麼多酒店最差和比較失望的一間
• Esther (10/5): Lovely hotel; haven for dog lovers - Our family of 3 enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Ketawa. Our booking includes the a-la-carte breakfast which was wonderful. Staff was ftiendly, and the resident dogs were simply adorable and huggable *muak*. Hotel is also within walking distance to many eateries by the river and night market. Will definitely stay at Ketawa again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

• Yenny (10/5): Pet Haven - For any animal lovers, this place is simply the best. Friendly staff, chic and comfortable room and adorable dogs to play with. The cafe onsite also offers a great selections on their menu and amazing coffee. Simply the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Thailand! It was hard to leave.

Our room is very chic and comfortable and has everything that we need. We are very happy as well with the great selection of food and drinks at their cafe and to have a chance to get to know all their adorable dogs. Highly recommended to any animal lover. Two thumbs up.

• Flora (8/5): - The hotel is pretty and comfortable. Its location is not very convenient, and you need to walk for 5-10 mins to the main road to get a texi. There are Some mosquitos in the room, so you might need to take some mosquito spray with yourself.

• Ivy (10/5): Helpful staff, happy dogs and clean spaces - My favourite hotel among the other two during my stay in Chaing Mai. Staff was quick in response to my request and willing to offer help like booking cheaper transportation and gave me useful suggestions. The dogs are clean and happy to play with everyone.

• Tammy (10/5): Extraordinary hotel in special area of Chiang Mai - We were warmly welcomed by the staff and we loved the hotel design and atmosphere. The hotel is very clean. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff had answers to all our needs. It is nice to stay somewhere that is not merely a "cut and paste" hotel. Ketawa is a place we will remember.

• Min (8/5): Clean and cosy room - Room is clean and modern; slightly dark and shower water wasn't hot enough imo, but I find this common in Thailand, overall lovely room. Nice breakfast included with low price in the dog cafe in hotel. Staff are very friendly...around 5 mins walk to the river with some bars and 15 mins walk to night market district. Location not exactly very convenient but acceptable :)
• Raphael (4/5): - Leider haben wir uns ein wenig mehr vom Hotel erwartet nachdem wir die Fotos gesehen haben. Generell sind die Zimmer stylisch aber es müffelt sehr unangenehm die ganze Zeit, der Teppich wirkt dreckig (womöglich weil es ein Hundehotel ist) und der Pool ist eher eine überdachte Lacke. Schade, man müsste vielleicht das Hotel ein klein wenig mehr pflegen, das wäre es wirklich ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort im Getümmel der Stadt. Die Lage ist ganz gut, vor allem ruhig. Wenn man den Fluss überquert kommt man zu Fuss in ca. 10-15min zum Night Market und 20-25min in die Altstadt. Die Angestellten waren nett und zurückhaltend.

Leider liegt das Hotel ein wenig versteckt, dennoch recht zentral in Stadtnähe. Der Pool hingegen ist sehr klein und nicht sonderlich gepflegt. Alles in allem hat mir der Aufenthalt im Ketawa stylish Hotel sehr gut gefallen, gerne wieder!

• Phillip (8/5): Excellent Service and Many Dogs to Play With ... - Ketawa is a very cute boutique hotel right across the river from a lot of things (markets, U.S. consulate). Close to a number of shops and supermarkets. Rooms are very modern and clean, prices are decent, staff is extremely friendly and extremely helpful. The cafe (or "kafe") downstairs that also serves as a day spa for friendly dogs was a lot of fun too. Would highly recommend.
• Jeff (10/5): Nice hotel for a person barely indoors - This place should is adequately priced for the surrounding area. It was quite nice especially since many things are walking distant away. I chose this location because it was remotely outside of the city square and I cannot complain whatsoever. The staff are quite friendly and will help you if need be.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely little hotel - Lovely hotel. It's not very big but that made it nice and homely in a way. The staff are so lovely and more than happy to help organise any trips you want to book. There is a little cafe and a pet shop too! They are dog friendly but I loved this as I was missing my dog from home so the little pups there for doggy day care cheered me up when I was missing her. It is not right in the centre but close to a couple of nice bars and restaurants and walking distance to the night bazaar. Would stay here again if I ever came back to Chiang Mai.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great Hotel, Great Staff - I booked this last minute when I decided I wanted to go to Chiang Mai. It was perfect! The rooms and hotel are clean and comfortable, the AC works very well. The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. They have a small cafe that serves a limited number of items, so we didn't eat there. They are dog friendly too. Great place to stay if you're visiting Chaing Mai. The hotel is just outside the touristy part of the city, but within walking distance.
• Jamie (10/5): Relaxing before big move - I chose Ketawa for their dog friendliness. I adopted two dogs in Thailand and before I flew out of CNX, I spent several days on holiday and organizing the dogs' export/transport documents. The hotel itself was wonderful, and most of the staff were really excellent. The location of the hotel is fine, especially for someone who understands how the city is laid out or is adventurous enough to make it over to the more active parts of town. The biggest downside for me is entirely out of the hotel's control, but should be considered by people travelling with pets and that is-- the hotel is located behind a major road. To access the hotel you have to walk through walled side-streets and there are SO MANY street dogs in this area! I had to call a taxi to the hotel every time I wanted to take my dogs for fear that they would get into an altercation with one of the street dogs. I myself cut through another hotel's parking lot in order to avoid one particularly unfriendly street dog. Having said that, there are small fenced courtyards for the dogs to use at the hotel, and the front desk was always very willing to call a car/tuk tuk for me.
• Lulu (6/5): Nice hotel close to good restaurants on the rivers - Hotel is nice, with clean and comfortable rooms, but the common facilities are quite limited. Most of the staff speaks rough English.
• bryan (8/5): Sweet manager and staff, some eating options - Friendly staff, nice homey hotel and neighborhood is inside a lane which is nice for leisure walking. The female manager is helpful and knowledgeable but the young boy less so. Need tuk tuk to old city and shopping or busy area and don't pay more than 100 baht. Try fancy Woo cafe nearby for great Thai food served like art and nice dessert. Rice salad a must. Breakfast here is ok but uninspired. Would skip if it wasn't included.

• Chuleekorn (8/5): Cute hotel and good location for those who have car - - Very clean room and quiet even there is pets allowed, but the hotel did separated room for pets lover and no pet guests. - Location is good for those who have car (or rent a car). Near by many restaurants and Cafes beside Ping River. However, for those who doesn't have car, hotel can arrange taxi, shuttle service for you. - Just a minor comment about electronic switch and plug is far from bed and only 2 plug in room.

About 10 min walk to the night market street, the hotel is close to cafes and trendy bar (not those sleezy type), breakfast was okay. Hotel staff is very friendly and room is clean considering guest can bring pets, no furs lying around or animal smell.

• alberto (10/5): Pleasant surprise - We were reluctant to book in this hotel due to a very bad review we read in Trip Advisor. We had to because all other hotels were sold out. However, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very cozy, boutique type, with very friendly staff and very good service. It is located near the river, at walking distance of some of the best restaurants of Chang Mai. The room is vey spacious with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom with shower. The breakfast menu was limited but the food and beverages were good. If we ever go back to Chang Mai, we definitely will stay in this hotel. We do not hesitate to recommend it.
