- CLAUDIO (9/5): - La posizione dell’albergo è il punto di forza della struttura. Dista circa 700 metri dalla Tokyo station e a 50 metri dalla metro linea A. Camere piccole ma con tutti i servizi utili per i turisti. Ottimo per visitare i quartieri della parte est di Tokyo. Colazione di tipo giapponese ma con anche prodotti “ occidentali” .

- Onisha (5/5): Probably would not stay here again - The location was fine The rooms were really tight. I purchased a twin room and a double room and the double room was smaller than the twin room. The building is a bit odd and there are no stairs up to the floors, just an elevator. The hallway is also odd with openings to the floors below...very dangerous and also stinks.

Some people like that.What type of bed. I don't.I like a very soft bed. i didn't like the pillows either. I in fact had to go buy two pillows so I could sleep. La température de la chambre bloquée, impossible de changer alors qu’il faisait froid. Solution, offre d’un plaid 😳... Les changements des yukata et serviettes se font bizarrement. J’ai réussi à me retrouver sans yukata alors que j’ai donné le sale, pris le propre laissé devant ma porte et au final, la femme de ménage a tout pris 😅. Dans un tel quartier, c’est dommage que le service ne soit pas à la hauteur. Les toilettes ne sont pas chauffées, c’était froid 😁

Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer und Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Für zwei Personen ging es vom Platz her zum Schlafen, aber man konnte nicht gemeinsam im Zimmer sitzen

- Eric Kaljo (8/5): Worth staying here again! - Good, quiet location with a nice, easy walk to the Ginza area. Tokyo Metro (Takaracho) just around the corner. APA Hotels are very consistent in terms of service, style, and overall comfort. Very reliable in that sense. APA should invest in training their staff in English. It is not east to communicate with the staff - they try to help, but it winds up being lots of smiles, hee-hee-haw-haw, and ultimately nothing meaningful is communicated.

- Martin (7/5): Bueno pero - La cama era muy cómoda hasta el último día que me dieron una piedra. El personal es amigable y servicial El desayuno tenía poca variedad, más siendo extranjero. Agregué un día adicional porque hubo un malentendido con la recepcionista y me dieron una cama dura no, lo siguiente. La calefacción es central y la manejan ellos, me quejé de que en mi habitación hacía mucho frío y no podían solucionarlo, que use el aire acondicionado pero no se podía subir a más de 26C o poner en modo calor. Estás a 7 minutos de la estación de tokyo con lo cual es un parto moverte con las valijas

- テッペイ (8/5): ほとんど満点に近いと思いますよ - 東京駅から徒歩圏内 立地もいいし、地下鉄の駅へ一分もかからない オリジナル枕？あれがすごくよかったです！！ 客室のじゅうたんにガム？かなにかが固まってた 黒くなってたし、最近のではないような 深夜に暴走族のような？騒音がうるさい だから、フロントに耳栓があったの？ 今回は初めてアパホテルを利用しました 会社の出張で二泊 うちの会社の規則では一泊18400円が会社の示す規定 ブッキングドットコムを通じて料金もきちんと確認してから予約したのに明細書は一泊目は約15000円、二泊目は約21000円 ブッキングドットコムでは約18000円×２泊と掲載されていました 会社によってルールも違うだろうから仕方ないのですが、私は上司に報告すると一泊目は全額払う、二泊目は18400までしか払わないと言われました アパホテルが悪いのか、ブッキングドットコムが悪いのかわかりませんが今後のためにもきちんと双方で決めてもらいたいです 他にも同様に困る人がでてくるのでは？
