L’emplacement est bien à proximité de tout mais à la fois dans une rue au calme pour bien dormir . La plage est à 5 min de marche. Rien. Il ne manque que le petit déjeuner mais il y en a un dans le resort au bout de la rue qui nous convenait très bien.

- Joy (9/5): Aan te raden verblijf! - De kamer was echt heel goed gepoetst telkens, er waren dagelijks verse handdoeken. De uitbaatster was altijd bereikbaar en hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Het was er rustig en toch dichtbij alles. Uitstekende locatie. Het zwembad kon misschien iets meer onderhouden worden of het water iets properder. Het feit dat er cannabis mag gerookt worden op het terras, maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen natuurlijk.

- Downes (10/5): Excellent value for money. - Second time I have stayed at Hathia House. It offers really good value as a budget hotel, the room is cleaned and towels changed daily. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the main strip, so it’s convenient without the noise. It is important to me to be quiet at night. The beach is five minutes away. Shame it doesn’t do breakfast.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine angenehm leise Klimaanlage. Ich hatte 5 Übernachtungen dort und hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt am Lamai Beach. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig,aber das ist in den meisten Unterkünften in der Region so.Sonst war alles in Ordnung .

Ruime kamer en badkamer. Alles was schoon! Iedere dag schone handdoeken en 2 flessen water op de kamer. Een niet te hard bed en de horecastraat om de hoek, dichtbij maar geen last van. Sorted my laundry out and delivered back to the door. The manager even arranged for a thai lady to come to my room for cupping and acupuncture. Great locstion not far from beach but nice an quiet and close to everything.

- Marina (9/5): Excelente alojamiento en Lamai - Lo que más me gustó fue la gran amabilidad de la señora que lleva el establecimiento, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesta a ayudar en todo. La habitación es amplia, estaba todo muy limpio, la piscina está genial y la ubicación es muy buena, a 5min a pie de la playa de Lamai, cerca de una de las calles principales donde hay un montón de restaurantes para comer y también tiene cerca de un bar familiar donde se come muy bien llamado Apple food. Por poner una pega, la falta de persianas como en todo Tailandia, lo que hace que te despiertes muy temprano si eres de los que te molesta la luz para dormir, y la falta de ascensor, sobre todo cuando tienes que subir con la maleta a cuestas. Por estas dos cosillas no le doy el 10, pero el alojamiento está genial y tiene muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Sicher sind die Zimmer ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber die hervorragende Lage, der saubere Pool und die sauberen Zimmer machen alles wett. Für uns hat alles gut gepasst. - Jolijn (8/5): Ideale locatie om de drukte op te zoeken, maar ligt rustig gelegen - Echt een hele prima accommodatie, dichtbij het drukke centrum en strand Lamai Beach, maar je merkt niets van eventueel lawaai. We hadden een groot appartement met 2 slaapkamers.
- Vladislav (8/5): Думаю, что я бы снова вернулся сюда, так как самое главное здесь есть (описал в плюсах) - Плюсы: - расположение (до пляжа 10 минут пешком, куча кафе и баров) - чистота (никаких тараканов в номере вы не найдете) - хороший вай-фай (не подвел) - тихо (шум от баров поблизости почти не слышно) - небольшой, но чистый бассейн - хорошая и учтивая хозяйка Минусы: - дороговато - это не отель, а гестхаус, поэтому всё слышно, что делают соседи снаружи - нет лифта - нет фена - тусклый свет в номере - в последний день не положили бутылки с водой
