• Shaileshwori (9/5): Centrally located hotel with good food and great value for money - The hotel is centrally located and there is a huge market nearby, the Gangaram hospital, metro station and many banks in the vicinity. Service was great with staff always on stand by and willing to help. Buffet breakfast was a mix of Indian and Western style and had wada, sambar, eggs, toast, coffee, and tea. They were nice enough to extend the timing (past 10 am) slightly as a lot of people arrived late to the buffet on Sunday. Other food ordered a-la-carte was also delicious with huge servings and good value for money. The hotel premise is kept clean and well maintained and is under cc camera surveillance, giving a sense of security. The ceiling above the dining area looked ripped off and exposed an area that looks like it has a bit of mold. This may be a health hazard. The twin bed room was not as good as the double as one wall had seepage giving the room an off smell.

Floor was so sticky and rust on tabs. I have called them and asked to change room but complete floor was having mold issues, my wife was having mold allergies and had to suffer badly.

We have our breakfast and dinner, the food is awesome. 3* hotel with all these facilities, super excited. Need to provide tooth kit along with bathing amenities. AC is not working properly and not able to control the temperature.

• vipinsinghc (8/5): Pleasant stay at Metro View - The hotel is very nearby to करोलबाग Metro Station, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable, and the staff and Manager were very cooperative and responsive. The Food was delicious too. My Recommendation is Thumps Up to this hotel.

While it wasn't a luxurious hotel by a looong stretch, it did the job and the staff is what made the difference. It can be difficult to get a sense of who to trust in New Delhi, but the hotel staff was 100% trustworthy, especially the front desk attendants, who went out of their way several times to accommodate any needs.
• Praneet (4/5): Poor - Not so good. Expected to be a average been 3.5 star hotel. We booked two nights. But got out the very next day. Room was super cold. No heater in the room, no hot water on the day we arrived. Bed sheets were not clean(was stain and hair stuck on it ) was not happy at all.

Insects flying throughout your room. Dirty sheets with stains. Stains on the wall. Spider in bed. Bathroom was appalling. Ended up transferring to another hotel near Connaught Place. You’ve been warned.
• 869dianav (2/5): Horrible experience - The hotel was awful! We booked 1 room for 3 people and when they gave us the room, it only had 2 small beds. They brought 1 very thin foam pad for the floor with only 1 sheet. They didn’t give us another one to cover ourselves. On the 2 beds, the sheets were dirty; they had hair from someone else and blood stains. Next morning we went to a different hotel as fast as we could. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

First of all, the hotel is located in Karol Bagh which is very near the Karol Bagh market and is full of stray dogs and is not at all safe. we felt like we reached in a Galli area. When we reached there, tired and with luggage from the airport, we were asked to wait. When we were finally allotted our rooms, we saw that the room itself was in bad condition. There was a smell of dust which would not go. Some of the wall paneling had begun to come out. The room was also smaller than we expected. it is not all like the pictures they have posted. The WIFI connection was not working I called the reception and reported the problem he said he will clear it immediately. till I left I was not able to get WIFI connection. I told them I'm working and need the connection from morning 5 am till 8 am I waited for their connection to get cleared. This was very frustrating. It was only the next morning that this was cleared away. We were not happy with their complimentary breakfast either. the staff was supportive but the property requires maintenance and if you are looking for a good place to stay this is not your place. I had my worst experience.
• YashvanthTr (10/5): Excellent Hotel with good staff - We have spent 02 days in this hotel, we had a great time and first day night @11 PM we checked in and we ordered food at 12 PM, but they served good tasty food at that time, also next day breakfast is very good and very good staff to assist with and all 24x7 receptionist, only parking is bit problem but hotel staff will help you out with that.. totally i am satisfactory with this this hotel....
• Rajvision (4/5): Not satisfactory - We were booked here by our trip organizer and found it quite bad. First up, the hotel is located in Karol Bagh. It's very near the Karol Bagh market, so you can just walk over there in less than 5 mins. There is a bewildering variety of shops big and small, so you can take your time and stroll around shopping and dining. When we reached there, tired and with luggage from the airport, we were asked to "wait 5 mins". That instead turned into almost 45 mins. They told us we can wait in their restaurant instead, so we did. But why wait 45 mins for a pre-arranged booking check-in ? When we were finally allotted our rooms, we saw that the room itself was in a bad condition. There was a smell of dust which would not go. Some of the wall paneling had begun to come out. The room was also smaller than we expected. We had clearly mentioned that we would be needing an extra bed at night. After returning from Karol Bagh in the evening, we requested it and they said they will "send in 5 mins". I called again after 20-25 mins, and they repeated the same thing. Finally, I had to pick my toddler and go downstairs and tell them in person before they sent it. This was very frustrating. The corridors had an overwhelming smell of thick dust. We soon found out why. There is a partition in the corridor wall, which was filled with dust, hair and all sorts of rubbish. I suppose the cleaners use this to dump the vaccuum cleaner wastes. It was only next morning that this was cleared away. We were not happy with their complimentary breakfast either. On the plus side, their location is very good as its in Karol Bagh and not far from the airport.
• Relax815145 (10/5): Thomas - We spent four nights and at the beginning we had some issues. They were accommodated very well by the friendly staff. You are so close to busting market but rooms are still quiet at night. Very good internet and nice breakfast.
• SurajY66 (10/5): Good venue to host party at banquet hall in delhi - We stayed here as a part of destination wedding and the hosting was good. The venue is value for money and the rooms are okay too. The banquet hall at hotel metro view are good for small party. For bigger party large venue was selected. The rooms were nice all alloted to us at least. The washrooms were good too. Some rooms were interior while some exterior rooms. All in all a prefect place for budget purposes.
• BhimY3 (10/5): Neat and good - We visited #hotelmetroview as a part of destination wedding hosted at their banquet halls .the entire system was nicely organized and rooms and food were very good. We could party till late night and felt at home comfort at all times. The banquet halls are decent for small and mid sized parties and the overall service was good.

The arrangement was good and food was also nice . the banquets at hotel metro view in Delhi were really neat and elegant. Although rooms varied in sizes all were usable. The AC of one room did malfunction in Delhi heat but management quickly changed our room. Would recommended and come again in this homely environment.
• AmarB398 (8/5): Great stay and nice banquet halls for party and destination weddings. - We visited here for a destination wedding and enjoyed the stay and the hotel very much. The rooms were neat and appropriately sized. The Banquet halls were also good, only sangeet party and roka functions were held here. They had fast WiFi, neat washrooms. For wedding a larger lawn was booked. The only minus about the property is that they had too book some of our guest in nearby hotel and failed to provide the committed 19 rooms instead only able to provide 16 rooms. But we did enjoy every bit in delhi

They are very unclean and the bathroom smells. They have their own laws and do not allow any visitor to even meet you the whole day. Highly unrecommended

• 4h0lidays (10/5): Sooo helpful in our hour of need - We arrived in India thinking that everything had been organised by our travel agent but no---nobody met us at the airport so we took a crazy taxi ride to the Metro View which was listed as our 1st 2 nights stay. We arrived to find it hadn't been booked and they had no room and all other hotels were booked. The desk staff googled the Indian contact we had, Luminous Holidays who sent a wonderful driver to fetch us. We were given water by the staff and are forever grateful for their help in a very difficult situation.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Acceptable hotel in a dirty area - Based on the reviews and number of stars, I had some pleasant expectations about this hotel. Unfortunately the overall stay was disappointing: - The rooms were not clean enough (we asked to change first room); - Front desk clerks has a poor English (except one lady); - One of the front desk clerks charged us more for the airport transfer than it was stated on the rates sheet; - Hotel is located near a busy street, thus there is a lot of noise. I do not recommend this hotel.

They supplied a clean room & comfortable bed and the people were very accommodating. Although not central to downtown sights, it's not far from some good shopping and from the metro.

• Verified traveler (6/5): In dusty Karol Bagh - This is a resonable hotel for the price and most of the staff are helpful and friendly. There was a problem arranging taxi transport from the hotel. They charged a very high flat fee which was more than double the rate of a metered taxi. The vicinity of the hotel is pretty grim or the usual broken pavements,insane traffic and mounds of plastic detritus
• Mark (6/5): convenient - but nothing special - hotel - The hotel is in a convenient location being close to the metro station and a shopping area. As for the room itself although comfortable and clean it did not have a window and the shower was very poor with most of the holes in the shower head seemingly blocked. Did not get my 7am wake up call (or at least not by 7:10 when I spoke to reception about it despite giving them a reminder the night before).
• Rachel (10/5): A nice budget hotel - I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it. It's a good option for travelers on a budget and whatever it lacks in fanciness, the staff make up for in friendliness and helpfulness. They were wonderful.
