Location to public transport hub is perfect The space in room 957 was excellent. However, the stench in the living room was intolerable and not healthy. Staff were informed on check in and reminded to check room thoroughly, upon checkout. ?aircond issues? old sofa?? Sheets were stained upon check in and was changed even in the middle of the night as requested. Shower head had moulds, hence a change or clean up would be enough

• Aeroangel1 (2/5): Horrible stay for a business purpose! 😪 - The absence of a toilet clogging system results in flooding and smelly! The presence of red ants around the TV table and water heater is sickening. The lack of amenities in a hotel, such as shower gel, a shower cap, earbuds, and body lotion, is utterly unbearable! Additionally, there were no extra bath towels and a tissue box for the 3 of us. We paid for business purposes with my colleagues from Malaysia, and we should have had extra key rooms because we ended up moving separately. I don't recommend staying here in Favehotel PGC Cililitan, Jakarta.

• Fazlin (4/5): We liked the location as it was close to the wholesale centre for shopping. - The staff at the restaurant were very on task and very friendly making our stay pleasant. The food spread was also quite good and we enjoyed the ambience too. The overall cleanliness of the rooms as there were cockroaches and the bedlinen and towels had stains despite being already cleaned. The toilets were clogged too.

• Murali (10/5): Excellent. - I arrived late for check in and was greeted with a warm smile. Had difficulty using the card to get into the room and the staff was super fast in assisting me on this. Getting a bite at that hour was easy as they had a McD just along the same building. As it was a short stay as I had to catch the first train to Bandung, it was relatively a smooth check out process. Will definitley stay here again. Had to get out of the room to get drinking water.

• Septaria (7/5): Overnight stay which is too short - The location is quite central as it is adjacent to the mall, especially if you stay for shopping. A lot of choice for meals. It needs more signage and or staff to show customer where the reception of the hotel is, as it is in one building with the mall. The signage in the parking lot also needs to be clear to show the lift which directly goes to Hotel, because there are several lifts which lead to the mall. The telephone in the room is only link to operator. There is no housekeeping service whatsoever. The window in my room only open to the hotel corridor, not outside (it might be my fault though, as I only request room with window without saying window open to outside hotel).

• 351irmann (10/5): Hotel adjacent to shopping mall and bus stop - Favehotel PGC adjacent to Pusat Grosir Cililitan (PGC) a mid-range shopping mall which is quite crowded by visitor, inside PGC also there is a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) bus stop connecting PGC to many places in Jakarta. Room is standard for budget hotel, room size is small, free breakfast available, food option near hotel plenty.

Very dirty,staff rude,not much western food. Had to ask for toilet paper and to top up shampoo. Had to pay to move to another room.
• Ajlouni (1/5): WTF did I just book?! - Not applicable The location is terrible, it's super busy. The room facilities are terrible with no place to hang clothes although you do get 4 hangers, there's no fridge. Bedside tables connected to the wall are hanging on for life, cups & bottles will roll right off. Goodluck getting sleep because the staff might as well roll the bed out onto the road as it feels like you're literally in the midst of peak traffic, when you wake you realise no you're not dreaming, even from the 8th floor. Our observation was that the 25million people in this city drive past this hotel honking, blowing whistles, and revving their engines. There's no hairdryer, nor an iron, and the laundry service is an experience: the 24 hr turn around time the reception claimed actually means 4 days and 4.reception calls to get your clothes. When you eventually do receive them they're dirtier than you gave them, random marks that were not there are present, like someone played soccer with your clothes kicking then around the room then decided to pull a plastic bag over them and call them clean. You're better off walking down the road to a local laundry service and pay 80 cents for 3 kgs than to give 250,000 Rp for dirtier clothes. When you ask for an extra towel they say no, you're only allowed 2 towels we had to return the towels twice because they were also dirty, clean isn't a thing here. I would like to advise all who think about this hotel to really think hard again, you'd be better off sleeping with a homeless person on the street & you'd get the same experience than this 'hotel", consider yourself lucky if you get a window because if not you'd like it to a coffin, and when you get a window you're lucky if it opens, the aircon vents are nowhere to be found, this place needs to be knocked down. The only good thing they did is a job of deceiving people with their pretty photos of one room which looks like nothing in real life.

For breakfast, it better if they have more choice specially for bread choice, not just toast. And, hospitality could be seen from a smile. But, it was so rare to see it here.

AC was not working well in one of the rooms so we had to move. We booked two rooms. The upside was the check in was quite fast. There is a money changer also so easy to change money but you have ask the exact location. There is mini market such as alfamart within the building. The breakfast was not bad... quite a lot of choices from fruits ... salad ...local cuisine etc.
