Die Wohnung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, kaputte Möbel, müffeliger Teppich, leichter Schimmel im Bad und häufiger kein Wasser in der Dusche.

Ik was met mijn dochter en het had alles wat we nodig hadden, prima badkamer, klein keukenblokje en voor een klein mini get away. Met de metro prima te bereizen naar het centrum. Het was allemaal goed geen slechte opmerkingen te vinden.

• b421ba9fb7f07358b6e44073f3ac0eae (9/5): Una estada molt bona! - Té tot el que enuncia. Cuina ben equipada que et permet fer els àpats que vulguis sense problema! Llits i coixins molt còmodes. Un lloc ideal, modern i acollidor, a 20 minuts en metro del centre de Londres! L'aixeta de la dutxa costa una mica d'entendre com funciona i de regular. No hem entès tampoc com funcionava la calefacció, els radiadors estaven apagats però feia moltíssima calor a l'habitació. Vam obrir les finestres per regular la temperatura. La segona nit, com que feia més fred va estar bé. Si hagués estat una estada més llarga haguéssim hagut de preguntar ja que no era gaire còmode.

• Malcolm (6/5): Not as smooth as it should have been. - Location was good and very accessible to Hammersmith Tube line which connects you easily to most of London. Apartments were tidy. We booked a two bedroom unit but that ended up unavailable due to water leak. We were then put into two separate studios for the first night which wasn't ideal with two young kids. Transferred to two bedroom on the second night was a pain (couldn't access until late afternoon) and had to store our luggage at reception and then collect ourselves to move to the second unit wasting valuable time on our short stay. We then got unrightfully charged due to internal miscommunications and had to seek refund (confusion between the move between units). Not well managed.

• occams-razor (10/5): Didn't Get the Unit Reserved... - A few days before our arrival the office informed us that our 1-bedroom wouldn't be available due to flooding. We were offered a smaller studio for the appropriate price. We reserved a 1-bedroom so me and my teenager could have some privacy. I explained that to them and the only compromise we could come to was 2 of the smallest studios right next to each other. While each had its own bed, bathroom and kitchen, it wasn't ideal as we would have to go into the hall to be able to check on each other and the space was tiny. However, the price we worked out for this arrangement was agreeable. This worked out just fine - just wish I knew what our 1-bedroom would have been like. Maybe next time. The short walk to Hammersmith station was easy but it does take a while to get to any of the tourists spots - but we knew this ahead of time and saved money and got away from noise. The quiet street was very nice. The studios were 100% clean. The towels were amazing - new and huuuge (taller than my teenager) and very absorbent. At first I was pleased to see that liquid body wash, shampoo and conditioner were supplied (a few reviews claimed only bar soap was given). However, I think the shampoo was just body was - it never lathered - and the conditioner was more like body lotion. After 2 showers, and my hair feeling horrible, I came to that conclusion. I used the shampoo and conditioner that I had brought since we thought it wasn't included and all was well again. That is my only gripe about the stay - given the unanticipated room changes.

• Frany (9/5): Great location - Really cozy and well decorated. In a quiet location and well equipped. Lots of natural light, very comfortable bed and lots of privacy. The fridge freezer was a bit loud overnight apart from it lived everything.

• Jumoke (8/5): My guest enjoyed their stay. - One criticism was the stale smell inside the flat. A scent freshener would have earned a 10 on my score card. The other was poor internet connection in the area. It was a shame really because the flat was lovely.
• Dongdong (3/5): I hope I never encounter a similar hotel again. - The apartment has a good location and convenient living facilities, and the community is clean and tidy. The front desk staff are very responsible. 1. A dishonest hotel. The pictures of the bedroom sent by the hotel all showed normal windows, but the room I actually checked into was one with skylights. After negotiating with the hotel, their response was that there were no other rooms available for a change. 2. The interior decoration is simple and outdated. There is no air conditioning—no air conditioning at all. Other electrical appliances are basically available but also very old; especially when the washing machine is spinning, the entire floor shakes. 3.The room type is weird. There are skylights on three sides, with only the west side having a normal window. The entire room is exposed to the scorching sun for at least 20 hours a day (on summer nights in London, it remains bright until 23:00, with heat lingering). The weirdest part is that the master bedroom has a 3-4 square meter skylight directly above the big bed, which is covered by a louver to block light, making the bed truly a "sauna bed". London is extremely hot this year, and such a room, without air conditioning and under 20 consecutive hours of high temperature, is daunting. 4.There is no elevator. Just imagine the courage needed to carry a large suitcase and walk up more than 50 steps to a room without air conditioning. 5.We booked the room for five days but were only given two laundry sheets and two dishwashing tablets. 6.Since the bed was too hot to lie on, we contacted the hotel and asked them to send a quilt for us to sleep on the floor, but we didn't receive it until check-out.

Sometimes the water wasn't warm, only after letting it run for a few minutes. There was an instruction booklet explaining how to use the heating system, however it did not mach the one we had in the apartment. Some noise coming from upstairs.

• Joanna (8/5): Very pleasant apartment. - It was very clean & modern. Good value compared with hotel room prices in London. The twin room was very small though so too cramped for adults really. I would say it’s better suited for children to sleep in. We were uncomfortably hot. It was cold outside but way too hot inside the apartment. We tried to turn the temperature down but it was on really high again through the night so we couldn’t sleep. We also couldn’t get in the apartment straight away as the codes were emailed to us despite us going to reception in person & there was quite a delay in the email actually coming through so we were stood outside for about 15 minutes waiting for a code to be able to open the door!

• LF19 (8/5): Really good, definitely recommend for a short stay - The staff member that we met was wonderful and extremely helpful. We booked 2 appts and both were clean and well furnished/equipped. The apartments were well laid out and had everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The communication from the team was great before our stay, very easy to check in and a really professional setup. I called ahead to book a travel cot for my daughter but this wasn't actioned upon arrival. Despite this the lady behind the desk sprang into action and called the housekeeping team to find us one so that our child had a bed as requested. The window in the living room was stuck open, which made the room very cold for our child to sleep in. The bedroom window however, was sealed shut so we were boiling in the bedroom - the temperature was hard to get right without being able to control the windows! I understand for security on ground floors, they can't be completely opened but it was a shame they were stuck in opposing positions.

Host team is responsive to maintenance requests. The heaters did not work initially and they brought portal ones the next day. The general facilities of the rooms are not great. As mentioned, the radiators did not work initially. Despite spending hours trying to work with the instruction book, we could not get any heat for the first night. We had portal heaters for the rest of the stay which was fine. However, all radiators started working on the last day, making the whole apartment extremely warm. Another major issue is the hot/cold water faucets did not work properly. It seems that the water did not mix before coming out. It is very hard to get the water to the right temperature, mostly way too hot or just cold. My wife got a slight burn of her hands from the shower because the water was too hot. Hard to imagine this problem in London.
• John (3/5): London was great overall but let down by our experience at the accommodation. - Location to transport and Hammersmith. Staff at check in were helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t stay in a flat/apartment that resembled the photos in the advert. A little misleading and flat we stayed in was more akin to student accommodation. The hot water was temperamental resulting in the minor scolding for one of the family members. Wood panels rotten on the base of the bathroom. The boiler made loud noise when the hot water was running. Multiple sightings of silverfish bugs around the bathroom (managed to capture one of them) Cracks and some stains/ patches on the walls. One of the rooms was too hot and couldn’t be adjusted (not comfortable the one nearest to the vent). The flat entry door frame looked as though there had been a forced entry. While the lock was secure, the unfinished trim didn’t fill me confidence. Perhaps would not have experienced these issues had we stayed at one of the flats/apartments advertised? Who know but make sure you enquire first.
• Martin (5/5): OK, but you get what you pay for - Easy to check in, the property is managed by a group who are very professional. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were located at the back of the house so nice and quiet. The quality of the property was medium to low. Windows are nice sash windows, but single pane so the living room is super noisy. The apartment is a converted house and noise from above was crazy, their washing machine made our whole ceiling shake and light fittings move! they seems to wash twice a day, so not overly enjoyable.

• najlah616 (8/5): Lots of stairs, not a lot of storage! - Overall, fairly good experience. The location is conveniently located near the Tube, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and feels pretty safe. Be prepared for stairs! Lots of stairs! Our one bedroom apartment was very cute, but not very practical because we had nowhere to put our belongings! The closet was meant for a very tall person as the cabinets went up the wall but I could not reach them and had no step stool We had no storage for small items, no shelves or drawers, very few hooks for hanging things (one hook fell off the wall). The bedroom was TINY and the bed was full size (not big enough for my preference). The bathroom was tiny but I appreciated the shelves and drawers to help keep things organized. The shower was a good size. The kitchen and living area were great - very spacious! Every appliance we needed during our stay was there. We did have to go out and purchase towels for cleaning, but that was to suit my prefence. The staff was helfpul and very responsive. Only downside was that we were there during the Christmas holiday and did not get our room cleaned midway through our stay as I had requested. Now that I know what to expect, I would stay there again and I would be more prepared. I would probably select a two bedroom in order to be more comfortable. I love the neighborhood + its close to family.
