• Michael (1/5): A terrible experience, that I wouldn’t wish on anyone , late on a wet night with family in the car. - Nothing….I was ripped off by them and Booking.com as NO ONE is properly addressing my issue…namely that despite arriving within the time nominated no one was at the motel, no one responded to several phone calls so my family was forced to go find alternative accomodation….I have yet to hear from the motel. The booking was not completed by the motel so I want a complete refund immediately. All of the above !!! You need to ditch this motel as we have found this is a common occurrence and it will bring your platform into disrepute.

Staff were so friendly and very helpful. Reception opens at 9am if needed assistance before then we can leave a message on the mobile number provided. Not helpful if you need help assistance ASAP.

• Heta-lensen (4/5): What made this experience better was that the location, and the friendly hello from reception - Location was great. The bed was comfortable. However the bedding was not fresh and I suspect the bed had not been stripped from the previous guest. This was very disappointing. The room I was in was so tiny it would never have been appropriate for 2 people. Also the night light was right outside my room and it never turned off the whole night. There were non-working power points and had to pull the microwave out to get the jug to work. The back of the microwave was dirty and grimy. There is no kitchen sink so you have to use the hand basin for every thing. The toilet cistern did not fill up properly so the water was running in the cistern continuously. Once I settled in I went to the office to report this but it was already closed. I pulled out very early the next morning so had no chance to let manager know

Good shower and comfortable bed. Great location! The room had no style or vibe - it was just a room, and could have been a little cleaner around skirting boards, lightswitches and doors.

• Alison (4/5): Would never stay there again. - Location was good. There was broken glass in one of the car parks which I didn’t notice till I had parked there. Told the owners who did go and sweep it up. Very narrow entrance and not that welcoming. The hot water was scalding hot so quick from cold. It needs turning down. The shower dripped all night until I put a towel on the shower floor, and the outside light shone in the bedroom way too brightly for me. Very run down motel. Also the wifi was very slow. Would not recommend.

• Brian (1/5): Not good. - The bed was comfortable. This was supposed to be a superior room. it was so small,. The photos are make the room look larger. It says a private bath room, but the vanity was in the main room and we had to leave our clothes in the main room, meant it wasn't that private. The room was so small we had to jam the table into the corner to get our cases open. How they can justify calling it a superior room is beyond me. We only stayed for one night and would like a refund.

Free parking in decent sized bays. It was peaceful yet only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. A spruce up and lick of paint would help but all in all this accommodation was great for the price point.

• Andrea (4/5): Disappointing - On the first night, there was heavy rain, and it leaked from the ceiling in two places, one in the lounge and one above the bed my Mum was sleeping in. It has obviously happened before because there was tape over the holes. Literally pouring in! There were holes in the carpet from where it had been previously leaking. The carpet had an unpleasant smell to it from being wet. Tried to get in touch, rang the buzzer to talk to someone about it in the office, but no answer. I can't understand why it hasn't been fixed, and why would you put people in the motel unit.

• Mikay (5/5): Our stay was comfortable but I wish to have a kinder approach from the staffs. - The property is accessible to the establishments that are intended for the stay. We came from a very long flight and I was expecting that the staff could be more kind to assist us however I don’t know why she was like very unhappy and rude when she is answering my queries. I hope the staffs could understand that most of the people coming there came from a very far place. I was expecting a kinder approach. For the property, it is quite comfortable but it is not that clean. Floors are full of dust. What I appreciate is that it is very quiet.

The bathroom was the same, including peeling of paint. There was a dirty ashtray on a dirty table at the entrance. Our neighbour stopped us when we left and she voiced the same concern. We were very disappointed to spend $279 on this poorly kept motel
