• Meysam (1/5): - The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Everything else was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist kept talking about fines for every little thing — if you lose this, if you damage that, if towels get stained, and so on. It felt very uncomfortable and unfriendly instead of welcoming. When we entered the room, the pillow covers and bed sheets were dirty. I even showed photos to the receptionist, but she kept making excuses and saying it was “from the factory” or “just powder.” The bathroom was also in very poor condition, and the room did not even provide basic things properly. During checkout, they carefully inspected the towels looking for stains in a very rude way, even though they had already given us dirty bedding when we checked in. On top of that, they kept pushing us to buy tours and Phuket tickets from them, and after we bought cheaper tickets elsewhere, their attitude became worse. Very poor hospitality overall. I would not recommend staying here.
• Lisanne (8/5): June is so friendly! - The lady at the reception, June, is friendly and tries to do everything she can to make your stay as pleasant as possible with great tips. Phi Phi Don is beautiful in general, and this hotel is located right in the center, yet you don’t hear any noise from it. The price is on the high side for what you get in return. There is no refrigerator in the room, which would have been nice in the warm weather.

• Nassouh (10/5): - Ausserordentlich saubere Unterkunft mitten in der City (der Lärm gehört dazu), mit einer sehr herzlichen Frau am Empfang. Großartig für Solo Traveler oder Pärchen, die mitten im Geschehen sein wollen. Der Strand ist um die Ecke und es gibt Beach Towels an der Rezeption. Vielen Dank June!

Vielleicht gibt es ja andere Zimmerkategorien. Die Lage ist super: sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein großes Dankeschön an June, die Rezeptionsdame. Sie war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. An meinem Abreisetag hat sie mich sogar zum Pier gebracht und meinen Check-in erledigt, sodass ich mich nicht in die Schlange stellen musste. Danke 😊 Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

• Laura (9/5): Amazing value for money, great staff - Such a great place, so close to everything and very clean and comfortable. Extremely grateful for June, who works at the reception and is the highlight of the hotel! She welcomed me very warmly and helped me book a day tour around Maya Bay & the 7 islands, as well as a transfer to the airport, which worked out much cheaper! She greeted me with a smile every time she saw me and even took me to the ferry check in to make sure I got on safely. Could not have been in better hands. Her English is also excellent and she is a great communicator. Would be looking forward to seeing her again! Soundproofing is not great, but that is the case across Thailand.
• Maeha Emannum (10/5): Good location, clean, helpful stuff - Close to pier yet very quiet at night. The location was very convenient. You don't have to drag your belongings far. The lady in management was very helpful, welcoming and had good recommendations for sightseeing (with easy direction). She also offered us boat trip cheaper than online but we had already prebooked. The property is so clean and quiet which was a priority for us. Beach towels are also provided for free, we didn't take since we bought ours. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay and good value for money Nothing

June (vom empfang) gab uns auch Tipps für die Insel, war sehr freundlich und konnte uns auch zu Ausflügen ein paar Tipps und Ansprechpartner vermitteln. Es gab leider keinen Kühlschrank. Außerdem keinen Föhn. Die Wände waren recht hellhörig aber vom außen Lärm kaum etwas zu hören da ruhigere Lage.

• githe (4/5): Central location - Location was good! Very central to everything, and not noisy although in the hub. Size of rooms was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was comfortable enough for a 2x night stay. Clean. This spoiled our experience though: We were booking out, in a hurry to catch our ferry. On leaving, we were told to wait a minute while they checked our room was left in good order. I had no problem with it. But then we were told by the lady at reception that one white towel was not spotless any more and we would have to pay for it. The towel was not stained and had no make-up or food on it, and was just not 'perfectly clean' any more after being used for 2x days. I replied that if I had to be pay for the towel, I would take it with me. She quickly backtracked and said the cleaner had just checked and the towel can be washed. Quite ridiculous - it felt like a scam. So beware.

La responsable de l'hôtel , au centre sur la photo, nous a permis d'optimiser notre temps en nous proposant les meilleurs options pour visiter l'île et partir sur l'aéroport de Phuket aux prix les plus avantageux Chambre un peu petite, sans bouilloire ni frigo mais la proximité du port pallie aisément cela
• Liziane Tereza (9/5): Hotel bem funcional com excelente atendimento da equipe - A localização é muito boa! Fica no centrinho da ilha e próximo do pier, o que facilita muito na chegada e saída. A limpeza e educação dos funcionários também foi excelente. Também é possível fechar passeios direto no hotel. A Juny gerente do hotel é muito simpática e nos ajudou muito. Sabíamos que o quarto não possuía janela, mas acho que no quarto poderia ter mais lugares para pendurar roupas, como também um frigobar no lugar da tv. Pois facilitaria muito trazer coisas da rua e deixar na geladeira, já que é muito quente na Ilha.

• Everton (7/5): Boa localização! - Se você me perguntasse por que se hospedar aqui, eu diria: a LOCALIZAÇÃO! Fica a 3 minutos de caminhada do porto, próximo de restaurantes, 7Eleven e todos os pontos principais da ilha. Todas as funcionárias foram muito gentis e bondosas. A gerente June sempre atenciosa e alegre para nos ajudar. O hotel, na prática, deveria ser classificado como uma pousada, pois é essa a experiência que oferece. As instalações são bastante antigas. O banheiro deixou a desejar: não havia toalha de rosto, o ralo não funcionava adequadamente e a pia foi instalada de forma pouco funcional, sem espaço para apoiar itens básicos. O quarto em que ficamos possuía uma janela voltada para o corredor, o que permitia a entrada de luz mesmo com a cortina fechada, prejudicando o descanso. Além disso, considerando que se trata de um destino de praia, faltam comodidades simples, como um local para secar roupas molhadas e um frigobar para manter bebidas geladas. Pagamos um valor acima de outras opções disponíveis e, na nossa avaliação, o custo-benefício não compensou.

• Gabi Ba. (9/5): - Great location. Close to the ferry and all the shops/ restaurants/food market. Quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. June provided us with all the necessary instructions and information upon arrival, shared restaurant recommendations, helped book day trips and the ferry to Koh Lanta and even walked us to the pier to make sure we got on the right ferry. Thank you for all your effort, June! Central location has its disadvantages as well - we experienced occasional sewage smell and generally the room felt a bit stuffy. You can hear people in the corridor as well.

The far and away best perk of this place is the wonderful Miss June -- she is the definition of a kind, welcoming host. Always greeted me with a smile, always added "Mister" before addressing me, and gave me helpful recommendations (informed me about a fire show and some good restaurants). June addressed me and welcomed me as I was coming and going, but never in an intrusive way. This place is lucky to have Miss June. She would make a great concierge at any other hotel as well. Bed is a bit stiff. No options to adjust room lighting. Can hear ambient hallway noise from other guests.
• Maria Isabel (5/5): Never going again. Would never recommend it. - Location. The manager throws herself onto you, she hugs you, kisses you, takes selfies with you with filters, she is obnoxious, wants to hang out with you, interrupts you, talks to you every time you arrive or leave, even if you are in a hurry to get to a boat or to a ride or something else. That alone was inconvenient enough. There wasn't a single hook to hang a coat, in the bathroom the sink wasn't draining, I told the manager and she said it would be fixed that day, at night it was still like that but there is no manager 24 hours, the next morning she said she didn't know that we had left so she could not send plumbers in case we were in the room (maybe she doesn't know that she could knock on the door to find out whether we were inside or not). The shower head came off the second day, the sink was not fixed until the 3rd and last day. It was not clean enough for our taste, the bathroom smelled. We were uncomfortable. This place is for very young people who don't mind anything but going out at night (it is right in the middle of all the night activities for youth) and who are going to sleep in the beach during the day and use this place only to have their luggage secured, or something like that. Definitely NOT for families. When we were leaving, the manager asked us many times to give this place a 5 star arguing that it was cheap, however, we moved to a 3 star hotel with a pool in front of the beach with breakfast included (amazing buffet) for the exact same price.

Pomogła nam w wyborze i rezerwacji wycieczek i poleciła miejsca godne zwiedzenia na wyspie, zaprowadziła nawet mojego męża do fryzjera.. jeszcze nigdy rak dobrze nie wyglądał 😀 Wszystko było super. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce.

• Dana (10/5): Dream - The accommodation was great! It was central and just a 3 minute walk from the beach and the pier. It was one of the most clean hotels I stayed in. Although it is central, it is quiet at night. At the front desk is Juni who will assist you in every need. She and the ladies are so nice and give you good recommendations and tips for the island. They always are friendly and even took our luggage to our room. That is exceptional and Juni always asked about our wellbeing and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. I can only recommend you stay here if you visit the island!

• Wayne (8/5): Convenient if not looking for anything fancy. - Very organised staff/manager/owner. I advised I was arriving early and my room was ready. Very convenient location, quiet at night. Air con drain pipe was dripping onto metal roof below window. I offered ideas of temp and permanent fixes and the manager/owner attempted immediately, and succeeded the following day.. Room is smallish, but completely adequate for luggage and to unpack essentials.. The girls are as good as any guy, they grab your suitcase and disappear up the stairs with it before you have a chance to say anything. I was not expecting 5 star or anything near it, but a couple of things stood out. The bathroom basin was not installed properly which meant it was leaning forward and also to the side. In common Thai style it was patched with a lot of filler/,grout to fill the gap, but it was near impossible to place anything on the basin without it sliding into the sink, and with no wall shelving near the sink the only flat surface nearby was the top of the toilet cistern, not ideal. The doona cover also had several tears in it, hidden when folded down. This would have definitely been known to staff. It looked like guest or laundry damage rather than age wear, but still amazing that anyone would fit this to a bed. Other small issues, no bedside tables or light switch near bed, only at the entrance to room. Only power socket was behind the cabinet the TV was sitting on so you had to move it out from wall to access and leave the item you are charging on the lower shelf, not convenient. Bed is firm, pillows a little lumpy, but still adequate for a nights rest. There can be noise in the morning from guests leaving early or the girls starting to clean early as noise resonates in the hallway.

• Emma (10/5): - The hotel owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for food, tours, and local spots. The location is fantastic- right in the heart of Phi Phi, with everything just a 5–10 minute walk away. Despite being so central, it was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend staying here. Since not all rooms have windows, it would be nice to add a lamp for some ambient light. Not a big deal though!

June alla hall é bravissima, gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci ha organizzato lei le escursioni alla metà del prezzo di quello che si trova online, quindi non c’è bisogno di prenotarle prima di venire perché qui troverete tutto quello di cui avete bisogno. Anche ai biglietti del traghetto ci ha pensato lei facendoci pure risparmiare. Per tutti questi motivi consiglio di soggiornare qui. Nulla
• Rocio (8/5): Friendly place - The hotel is around the corner from the pier. Juny the receptionist is soo friendly and kind, she knows everybody by name. She is very attentive always checking if everything is fine. The are continuously cleaning the place. The bed is a good size, the room a tad small. The AC works great. The shower the pressure goes and comes.

The lock to our door was broken; however, the lady at desk came to the rescue and worked late that night to wait for the person to come and fix the lock and make sure our items in the room were safe since we were out. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Run down room.

• Alexander (10/5): - Sehr zu empfehlen. Mitten im Geschehen auf Phi Phi und trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Zimmer haben alles was man braucht. In der Nähe gibt es einige sehr gute Lokale. Ganz liebe Rezeptionistin, die gerne Tipps gibt und sehr gutes Englisch und auch ein bisschen deutsch spricht:) Würden, wenn wir wieder nach PhiPhi kommen jederzeit wieder das Ivory wählen. Man kann auch alle Ausflüge und Transfers über June buchen, was wir auch ohne Bedenken empfehlen können:)Das Hotel ist auch sicher, da die Gänge überwacht sind.

• Ana (9/5): - The hotel has a great location, just 5 minutes away from the Ton Sai pier. A lot of restaurants, bars and shops around. The room was very simple but clean and with all the confort for a short stay. June was amazing and gave us all the tips to make our experience in Phi Phi even more enjoyable. You can hear a bit the noise from the bars and restaurants in the main street.

• Lenka (10/5): - Recepčná bola veľmi príjemná a nápomocná, pomohla nám vybaviť výlety aj lístky na trajekt, bola veľmi priateľská a vedela dobre po anglicky. Poloha ubytovania je výborná, v centre a blízko prístavu. Určite odporúčame. :)

• Lea (10/5): - Alles war sauber und die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Besonders die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, da ich krank war, hat sie mir einen Wasserkocher und extra Wasser auf das Zimmer gebracht.
• Boris (10/5): Room itself deserves rate of 7 but because of excellent service I will give 10 - Manager was excellent at solving all our issues. Best service ever! Location can't be better. We had problem to sleep with loud AC compressor unit but it was solved quick same day by excellent manager by changing the room. Internet was very unreliable and stopped to work in the middle of our stay. Power plugs were on odd places in the room. There are many mosquitoes coming from the hallway. Rooms are quite small.

• Lara (10/5): Camera pulita, posizione centrale, personale disponibile - Nonostante fossimo arrivati in anticipo per il check in la receptionist si è resa disponibile da subito. Con molta gentilezza ci ha concesso di lasciarle i bagagli e ci ha spiegato le varie attività che era possibile fare sull'isola. Tramite lei abbiamo prenotato un giro in barca per il giorno successivo. Ci ha accompagnato in camera e ha fornito wi fi e spiegato come funzionano tv e condizionatore. La camera è minimale e molto pulita. La posizione è centralissima. Torneremo sicuramente a trovare la signora che ci ha accolti, è stato un vero piacere conoscerla.

The lady running the hotel was incredibly kind and friendly—she even helped us arrange our ferry back to the mainland, which was a huge help. ​The room was neat and very clean. Even though we specifically chose a room without a window for our one-night stay, we had no complaints at all. Highly recommended if you are looking for affordable accommodation right in the center of the island!
